Our condo is a 3 minute walk to one of the most beautiful beaches in Maui - Charley Young Beach. The condo has been completely remodeled with luxury furnishings and comes with access to a pool, spa & barbecue grill area. AquaMaui comes with all the amenities that you need to have a great vacation!THE SPACE750 sqft 2 bed 2 bath condo, perfectly optimized for max privacy.The Master bed room has California King Bed with an en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet. The 2nd bedroom has Queen Bed with a work desk and high speed dependable wi-fi. The 2nd bathroom has a tub which could be useful with kids.The open concept kitchen features stainless-steel appliances and custom cabinetry housing all the essentials needed prepare great meals, including but not limited to a blender, toaster, electric kettle, rice cooker and coffee maker. Dinning table can seat 6.The island themed living room includes a comfortable pull-out sofa & features a 58 inch smart Roku TV with all your favorite streaming apps. The sofa bed opens up to a queen size bed that can comfortably sleep 2 adults. There is a private lanai off the living room that offers garden views, ocean breeze and comfortable seating for 2.The entire condo has silent A/C units. Stay cool inside thanks to the split A/C system or enjoy the afternoon breeze accompanied by ceiling fans in living room and bedrooms.Appliances include - fridge, cooking range and oven, microwave, dishwasher, full size washer and dryer, hair curling & straightening iron, clothes iron etc.Amenities include - Cooler, sand toys, beach chairs and umbrella, snorkeling gear, body boards and more.Located in one of the most desirable areas of South Maui, Condo AquaMaui offers peace and tranquility while remaining central to the best of Kihei. This condo has 2 bedrooms 2 Full Bath with a open floor plan in the Living room, Dinning room and Kitchen. You are looking at a lovely and functionally designed 2bd/2ba condominium situated on the third floor of a building. An elevator is provided.The SpaceAre you sick and tired of being stuck in the four corners of your house? Have you had more than enough of the air, noise, and water pollution where you are at now? Do you want to hibernate but still have fun in a paradise-like island but afraid of the high-cost of renting compounded by the hidden charges that would cost you a fortune? We don’t hide any cost and try and give you all you need to save on your trip.You are on the right page! What you read and see are exactly what you get. Let the pictures speak for themselves.You are looking at a lovely and functionally designed 2bd/2ba condominium situated on the third floor of a building. An elevator is provided for easier access to the property. It has a lanai that faces the north and offers a view of fantastic tropical flowering trees and the aromatic scent of their fresh flowers. What more can you ask for?New HD TV in the living room and Roku TVs in the two bedrooms. New high end mattress were purchase in April 2022 for each bedroom. Also, new individually control AC units were installed in each bedroom in April 2022. One bedroom can be made into a king size bedroom or two twins and the master bedroom has a queen size bed. The unit has WiFi. It two parking spaces(if needed), pool, hot tub, and BBQ area. Just across the street (South Kihei Street) are Charley Young Beach and Kamaole Beach 1. Beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach towels, snorkel gear, boogie boards, water and sand toys, and cooler are supplied so there is no need to rent anything. Swimming, surfing, stand-up paddling, snorkeling, fishing, diving are just across the street. You are only minutes to boating, kayaking, hiking, and golfing and a walking distance to everything, more great beaches, groceries, shops, spas, salons, bars, restaurants, music, movie theater, rentals/lessons, etc. It is also a few minutes to Kihei Boat ramp.Property Type:The condominium is located on the third floor of a 4 story building with an elevator.Accommodation Type:The condo is a vacation rental.Meals:The guests must provide their own mealsSuitability:No smoking inside or outside the condo Not even the Lanai: Smokers may smoke in designated areas on the property grounds out near the pool. Children are welcome: The condo is completely equipped for babies and children. One bedroom has a queen size bed while the other bedroom has a king size convertible bed that can be made into two twin size beds, if needed. The mattress were bought new from the bedstore in April 2022. Each bedroom has its own AC unit that can be controlled individually. There is a sofa bed in the living room that can accommodate two people. Bathrooms:There are two well-maintained tiled floor bathrooms. Each bathroom has a tub and shower.Kitchen & Dining Areas:The dining area has a table that can sit 4-6 people. If you are a food enthusiast, you have a very spacious and very clean full kitchen where you can do your own Top Chef inspired meals or cook at one of the 4 Gas Grills down pool Side. Hawaii’s afternoon breezes are simply amazing and fabulous. One block from the beach allows you to go and enjoy amazing sunsets.Guest AccessThe Door has a key code entry lock to come and go so no need to keep up with keys or loose them on the Beach. The manager lives just down the way for help with any problems that may come up. We give you the code a day or two before your visit. The only keys you will need is your car keys and the Pool gate key.Interaction with Guests:If we are in town we love to meet the people visiting and share hidden secrets that we have learned about the Island and places that are Great to Eat. We have a on site Manager to help with any needs that may come up.The NeighborhoodThis spot is in walking distance to so much that a Car may not be need for most of your visit.Getting aroundThere is a Maui Public Bus route that pass right in front of this condo complex on South Kihei Road. The A/C accommodates year-round enjoyment of the fully equipped chef’s kitchen, completely accessorized and newly remodeled bedrooms and bathrooms. The owner has recently decorated the unit in a Hawaiian Tropical theme which lends itself to complete enjoyment inside along with the beautifully landscaped complex grounds outside. All unit appliances are new and feature every convenience. This condo includes an in unit extra large stackable washer/dryer for all your laundry needs. Above all else, this unit allows for complete enjoyment of both beautiful views and sounds of ocean waves throughout your stay. This unit is on the top floor in the building that is accessed easily by stairs or elevator. Vacationers will enjoy the closest walk to nearby Charlie Young and Kamaole beaches for swimming, snorkeling, stand up paddle boarding, surfing and beach walking. Unit provides Tommy Bahama beach chairs, beach towels with a cooler that will complement your beach experience. Unique to this unit are two side by side parking places which easily can accommodate a full-size utility vehicle or two compact size vehicles. Das Zimmer, Ausstattung etc. war super. Es war groß, die Lage war top. Grandiosen Sonnenuntergänge von Balkon aus. Einzige ”Problem” war das Check-in. Im Trip steht das es ein Hotel ist und wird überall als hotel bezeichnet. Es ist kein Hotel, es gab nur einen Telefonnummer womit man der Vermieter angeblich kontaktieren sollte um ein Check in zu vereinbaren. Da wir aber aus der EU kommen, können wir nicht USA anrufen... also standen wir 2-3 Stunden da und haben gehofft das es uns jemand hilft oder irgendwas passiert. Zum Glück war der Security von diesen Komplex mit Eigentumswohnungen da und konnten von seinen Handy dieses Nummer anrufen und dann haben wir unsere Pin erst bekommen. Also ich Empfehle es mit zwei Händen, aber bitte hinterlassen Sie bitte auch eine Email Adresse oder whatsapp sodass der Kontakt einfacher wird. (Kundebservice von Trip war auch nicht hilfreich, wäre der Security im Maui vista nicht da hätten wir woanders übernachten müssen)

시설: 호텔의 전반적인 환경은 리조트 느낌입니다. 우리가 머물렀던 방은 매우 새 건물이며, 침대는 3인 가족이 머물기에 충분히 넓습니다. 가장 좋은 점은 층마다 세탁실이 있다는 점이에요 청결도: 새 건물, 로비, 객실 모두 매우 깨끗하고 흠잡을 데가 없습니다. 환경: 이 호텔은 키헤이(Kihei)에 위치해 있습니다. 길 건너편에는 매우 푸른 바다와 매일 비치발리볼을 하는 사람들이 있는 아름다운 해변 공원이 있습니다. 호텔 북쪽에는 여러 개의 해변 공원이 있으며 서쪽을 향하고 있어 일몰을 감상하기 매우 편안합니다. 북쪽으로 LAHAINA로 가서 HALEAKALA 국립공원으로 가는 것이 매우 편리합니다. 서비스 : 프론트 데스크의 서비스 태도가 매우 좋습니다. 주차 요금이 부과되지 않습니다. 유일한 단점은 호텔의 음식이 그다지 맛있지 않다는 것입니다. 근처에 ABC 스토어가 있어서 이것저것 사서 보충할 수 있어요. 전반적으로 우리 가족은 매우 편안하게 머물렀고 마우이에서 가격 대비 성능 비율이 매우 좋습니다. 다음에 마우이에 오면 이곳에 다시 묵을 것입니다.
