From 11/3/2025-11/18/2025 there will be weekday water shutoffs for plumbing repairs on the unit just below mine between hours of 8:30 am-4:30 pm weekdays only. This is why the calendar is giving a huge discount during that time if you are interested. There are showers on the beachfront and a bathroom in the weight room that willl be useable. Most people are out during the day anyway either on beach or relaxing under an umbrella or touring. So if you want a huge discount now's your chance. Newly remodeled kitchen and bath in this condo with an ocean view and located on a beautiful beachfront that has the best snorkel and swimming beach protected by a reef, with lawn like carpet and a Sandy beach where you can swim with turtles or just sunbathe, kayak or snorkel. Beach chairs and umbrellas and snorkel equipment included along with a cooking kitchen and many pots and pans with large fridge and oven and stove and a free washer dryer and AC for your use and free parking. We just installed a bigger colder AC.Condo always uses new clean linens and bedspreads on the memory foam matreeses and pillows along with frequently updated brand new bath mats and towels and beach towels as well. You’ll love this condo and its country location with all the charm Hawaii beachfront has to offer in this unique property with a perfect swimming beach with crystal clear waters where turtles breed and swim and walk around freely. Sometimes there are manta rays and monk seals. The bay is protected by a reef so no worries about predators from the sea. Additionally there is work on the far end of the building that doesnt effect this unit to much and we offer a huge discount in addition and it’s only on weekdays and intermittent noise so most people are touring or on the pristine beachfront so they don’t care and no one or very few have complained. Nestled at the base of the lush tropical Koolauloa mountains range, a hiker’s paradise awaits. Secluded beaches are walking distance away. Polynesian Cultural Center, zip lines, and horse back riding are 5 to 10 minutes away. The studio is 300 sqft and has one Queen size bed, one queen size air mattress, and one full size air mattress. We have snorkeling gear, body boards, beach chairs and mats for your use. We have a hot plate, microwave, full size fridge/freezer, coffee maker and blender. The bathroom features a rustic barn door and a full size tub and shower. WiFi, TV, cable and Netflix are included as well as AC. For questions about availability please inquire. Our property is 2,000 sf complete with three bedrooms each with en-suite bathrooms (3bd 3ba). Our home is the perfect blend of island and modern living. We have a full size kitchen, open concept dining room, living room, laundry room, and outdoor lanai steps from the beach in your backyard.We have a beautifully landscaped front and back yard. Our front yard is fully gated and enclosed for privacy and and the back yard has direct access to the beach. We also have an outdoor shower with warm water to rinse off after the beach. We provide some beach toys for kids, beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach towels for our guests.The beach is private and is literally out the back doors. About 100 ft from the back lanai to the sand and it is about another 100 ft to the waters edge.With nearly an acre of land and 100 ft of coastline our Beachfront Estate is completely private and will provide you with an amazing experience of Oahu's North Shore.Our property has a brand new 2025 Master Spa 7.2 Hot Tub and a 5-person Sunhome Luminar Sauna.Malaekahana Bay or “The Bay” is located between Kahuku and Laie with a little over a mile of sandy coastline. At the end of Malaekahana you can walk around into Hukilau Bay for another mile ending at Temple Beach in Laie. Take in the expansive ocean views and relax in this 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom downstairs unit just steps from the ocean! The unit is fully furnished, includes a full kitchenette with a 2 burner induction cooktop, a countertop convection oven (can cook up to a 20 lb chicken), cookware and utensils, a washer/dryer, outdoor patio area, and ample parking for at least 2 cars. The owner has a selection of kayaks and stand-up paddleboards available for you to use and explore Kaneohe Bay along with a mini charcoal BBQ and pellet BBQ, beach chairs, and a cooler. The master bedroom includes a Queen bed with a little desk area for work if needed. The second bedroom includes another Queen bed with an ocean view, and the third bedroom has a twin bed. The bathroom shower is equipped with built-in LED light and speaker allowing you to jam to your own tunes as you shower. Each bedroom has its own AC for the occasional hot summer night. Free WiFi all throughout the home. Perfect family getaway with lots of yard space, spacious interior living, and dining area with an ocean view.Within close proximity to the YWCA, Windward mall, and Marine Corps Base (MCBH). Just a short distance away from Friendship Garden hiking trail. Only 20 minutes from the airport as well! Easy access to all major freeways H1, H3 and Kamehameha Hwy. Kailua and Kalama Beach - white sandy beaches for strolling, jogging, swimming, kayaking, and many outdoor activities. 6-8 min drive away. Kailua also has ample place to rent kayaks, bikes, play at parks and so much more.No pets and no smoking allowed.Note: rentals in this area require a 90 day stay window by law.
