The backyard is designed for year-round enjoyment with a large patio and a fireplace!Look no further and read on.....~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~Before booking this home, please review ALL house rules to make sure that this is the right home for you. Feel free to reach out with any questions.We enforce good neighbor policies on all managed properties. Renting homes in a neighborhood/community is a privilege and must be treated as such. Guests must be mindful of their noise levels at all times and respect the rules of the community. We do not provide speakers and/or sound systems on-site.Anyone found to be violating noise ordinances will be subject to an immediate $3,000 fine, in addition to City-imposed fines which can reach up to $10,000 per violation, and can be removed from the property due to negligence.SMOKINGTo keep the property fresh and clean for all, smoking is not permitted inside. If smoke is detected, there will be a $1,000 fee for proper deep cleaning and odor removal. About this space“The Clementine”, a quaint home in the trendy heart of Orlando. Tons of local restaurants, bars, playgrounds, grocery stores, and the artistic scene are within minutes of driving and in many cases, walking distance. Disney is only 35 minutes away, Seaworld 25 minutes, and Universal 20 minutes. We are an hour away from the Atlantic Ocean on the east and two hours from the Gulf of Mexico on the west. Upscale Winter Park is just down the street. The location is perfect for anything you want to do.The spaceOur home is nestled on a brick paved street. The guest house has a separate entrance, a large backyard, and a covered picnic table.Guest accessThere is a picnic table just outside the Clementine that you are welcome to use. We have a charcoal grill that you can use as well, just make sure you clean it afterwards. Grill tools are in the main house so let me know if you need them. Our kids also have a trampoline. Feel free to jump to your hearts content, just don’t break any bones…we aren’t liable for injuries. In addition there is a basketball goal. You’re also welcome to shoot some hoops. WINTER PARK의 부유한 지역에 위치한 새로 개조 된 호텔은 장식이 매우 새롭고 객실이 크고 체육관이 매우 깨끗하며 시설이 완벽하며 밤에는 바가 매우 활기차고 있습니다! 다음날 아침 9시 30 분에 손님과 만날 수록 아침 식사를 할 시간이 없었기 때문에! 호텔은 도보로 4 분 거리에 중국 식당이 있으며 약간 아름답지만 녹색 요리는 맛있습니다! 호텔 맞은 편에 NORSTORE RACK가 있으며, 유명 옷과 가방을 구입할 수 있습니다. 호텔은 공항에서 30 분 거리에 있습니다. 올랜도의 관광 도시에서 가격과 경험은 일치합니다. 참고로 호텔 주차는 무료입니다. 호텔의 뜨거운 물은 충분히 뜨겁지 않습니다.
