Our unit is located at 115th St. and Coastal Hwy. It is on the 16th floor with gorgeous views of the ocean. From the balcony you have ocean front views as well as views of the bay. It has been recently renovated , completely painted throughout. I have converted the den into a 3rd bedroom for guest privacy. The master shower has been replaced with a beautiful frameless glass system. The master bedroom and the 2nd bedroom have new, queen sized noise free frames . I have tiled floors throughout with accent rugs, granite kitchen countertops and a fully equipped kitchen. The 3rd bedroom has twin beds with a wall mounted TV. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the family room . Blankets and pillows are provided. I provide bed linens and bath towels which will be dropped off at the condo. At the end of your stay you will just need to put all the linens and towels into a provided container. You will need to bring your own beach towels..The condo is comfortably furnished. The living room has a 42' flat screen You will find wall mounted 42" wall mounted TVs in both bedrooms. There is a 38 inch wall mounted TV in the 3rd bedroom, as well as puzzles, cards, and other board games.Just outside the front entry door is your personal, conveniently located laundry room. Inside the laundry room you will find beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, "floaties" (which are allowed in the ocean but not the pool ) and crab nets. Off the pier at 123rd street bayside ,the children love to watch their strings move away and catch small crabs.The balcony has all new furniture including a rectangular table with 4 chairs and 2 chaise lounges.You are just steps away from the sand and surf. You can hear the relaxing sound of the ocean waves from the living room, kitchen, master bedroom and balcony while enjoying a panoramic view of the beach and ocean. Enjoy having morning coffee on the balcony while watching the porpoises swim by just off the coast.There is so much to do at the Sea Watch- indoor/outdoor pools, a baby pool, tennis courts, 1/2 basketball court, pickleball courts, exercise room, theater room, game room and sauna await you. Across the street are movie theaters and the Gold Coast shopping mall. Lions grocery store is just a block away. There are many restaurants within walking distance or hop on the bus and ride all day for $2.Sea Watch charges $50(CASH) per car for the length of your stay.Rentals restricted to a MAX number of 8 occupants. NO high school senior week stays are permitted . There must be at least 1 person over the age of 28. My unit is NON-SMOKING. Sea Watch property is also non-smoking and pets are prohibited by renters at Sea Watch. Come enjoy the sand and surf at my condo. In case you are in the market for both units for a larger party, the other unit is listed at https://www.vrbo.com/1984048/ ***REMODELED FOR SUMMER 2024 - One block from the beach! Do you have a boat or Waverunner you want to bring to the beach and dock right outside your unit during your vacation? If so, this unit is just right for you with boat docking access included for Beach Club guests (first come, first serve for guest docking access, but usually there is plenty of room). This lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom two-level townhome is conveniently located in Beach Club, directly across from Gold Coast Mall and the movie theater, at 112th St. This unit will sleep eight. Per HOA guidelines, no pets allowed for guests, sorry. You will find approximately 1,000sq. ft. of this tastefully remodeled unit to be very inviting for your stay at the beach. Beach Club is a direct canal-side community, complete with an outdoor pool and shower area, as well as a private cookout area at the end of the canal, bayside. This unit features an 2.5 ton central Air Conditioning system, sure to keep you cool on those hot summer days. Also available to all Beach Club guests is a private community outdoor pool and picnic/cookout area, bayside, complete with private shower access. Off-street parking for one vehicle in the unit's driveway (Garage area is for owner storage, and is not included with guest rental). On-street parking is available on the north side of 112th St. and at the Gold Coast Mall/Comfort Inn parking lot. Guest WiFi access is included as part of your stay, along with three televisions configured for Roku guest access, great for times to just unwind during your stay. You will find a private patio at the rear of the unit, complete with a table and chairs and an electric grill to enjoy some rest and relaxation outdoors. A full kitchen with dishwasher, range/oven, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, toaster, air fryer, and blender allows for full meal-prep accommodations. The kitchen is stocked with necessary dishes, utensils, and cookware to make your stay complete. An in-house washer & dryer are located in the first floor bathroom for your convenience. This beautiful condo is on the 6th floor right on the beach. Go out on the balcony and look at the beautiful ocean and beach! Go to the front sunroom and you can see the bay!! It’s the best of both worlds!! You have 1 bedroom with a king size bed and 1 queen sleep sofa. You have a full size kitchen and washer and dryer in the unit. There is a TV in the bedroom and in the living room with cable. You have a nice big ocean front pool / deck with lounge chairs and table you can see from your room as well + walk off the pool deck onto the beach. You are right across from Gold Coast Mall also. You need to bring your own linens and towels. You need to bring all your own toiletries and bathroom needs. Unit is being sanitized after every renter. Took the wife out of state for our 10 year anniversary. She was so excited to be staying at an Aloft again as we have in the past! We got into the room, my Flowers were there, which was great. We adjusted the AC to our comfort likings and 4 hours later after being at the beach, the temperature in the room was 78. Called the front desk, they said there isn't anything they could do. Maintenance checked the panel and all is fine but our room was above the indoor pool. The pool room was found to be 80+ degrees but no one agreed to trying to lower the temperature of the pool room. Instead they suggested we open the balcony door and give us a box fan. The outdoor temps were in the upper 80s low 90s. There was a hint of a breeze but when the box fan was dropped off, we came back from dinner and it was tolerable with the door closed. No check up from management, the staff was quite short with our concerns and requests. Overall the stay was amazing but disappointing

The service was great! The hotel was well maintained-inside and outside. Our room was super clean and comfortable and we had sufficient washcloths & towels and the water was nice and hot! The view from the balcony was a lovely addition. I enjoyed the complimentary tea and coffee too. My husband and I have already decided that will stay stay there on our next visit.

Location is great, right in the boardwalk. The pool and jacuzzi were great too. The balcony had a high top table, with great views. Downside: Even though the room has a kitchen, there were no utensils or pots/pans or anything for the kitchen. Huge downside since we took items to make breakfast. There was a coffee maker and sugar but the machine was super dirty.
