Our unit is located at 115th St. and Coastal Hwy. It is on the 16th floor with gorgeous views of the ocean. From the balcony you have ocean front views as well as views of the bay. It has been recently renovated , completely painted throughout. I have converted the den into a 3rd bedroom for guest privacy. The master shower has been replaced with a beautiful frameless glass system. The master bedroom and the 2nd bedroom have new, queen sized noise free frames . I have tiled floors throughout with accent rugs, granite kitchen countertops and a fully equipped kitchen. The 3rd bedroom has twin beds with a wall mounted TV. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the family room . Blankets and pillows are provided. I provide bed linens and bath towels which will be dropped off at the condo. At the end of your stay you will just need to put all the linens and towels into a provided container. You will need to bring your own beach towels..The condo is comfortably furnished. The living room has a 42' flat screen You will find wall mounted 42" wall mounted TVs in both bedrooms. There is a 38 inch wall mounted TV in the 3rd bedroom, as well as puzzles, cards, and other board games.Just outside the front entry door is your personal, conveniently located laundry room. Inside the laundry room you will find beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, "floaties" (which are allowed in the ocean but not the pool ) and crab nets. Off the pier at 123rd street bayside ,the children love to watch their strings move away and catch small crabs.The balcony has all new furniture including a rectangular table with 4 chairs and 2 chaise lounges.You are just steps away from the sand and surf. You can hear the relaxing sound of the ocean waves from the living room, kitchen, master bedroom and balcony while enjoying a panoramic view of the beach and ocean. Enjoy having morning coffee on the balcony while watching the porpoises swim by just off the coast.There is so much to do at the Sea Watch- indoor/outdoor pools, a baby pool, tennis courts, 1/2 basketball court, pickleball courts, exercise room, theater room, game room and sauna await you. Across the street are movie theaters and the Gold Coast shopping mall. Lions grocery store is just a block away. There are many restaurants within walking distance or hop on the bus and ride all day for $2.Sea Watch charges $50(CASH) per car for the length of your stay.Rentals restricted to a MAX number of 8 occupants. NO high school senior week stays are permitted . There must be at least 1 person over the age of 28. My unit is NON-SMOKING. Sea Watch property is also non-smoking and pets are prohibited by renters at Sea Watch. Come enjoy the sand and surf at my condo. Do you have a boat or Waverunner you want to bring to the beach and dock right outside your unit during your vacation? If so, this unit is just right for you with boat docking access included for Beach Club guests (first come, first serve for guest docking access, but usually there is plenty of room). This lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom two-level townhome is conveniently located in Beach Club, directly across from Gold Coast Mall and the movie theater, at 112th St. This unit will sleep eight. Per HOA guidelines, no pets allowed for guests, sorry. You will find approximately 1,000sq. ft. of this tastefully remodeled unit to be very inviting for your stay at the beach. Beach Club is a direct canal-side community, complete with an outdoor pool and shower area, as well as a private cookout area at the end of the canal, bayside. This unit features an 2.5 ton central Air Conditioning system, sure to keep you cool on those hot summer days. Also available to all Beach Club guests is a private community outdoor pool and picnic/cookout area, bayside, complete with private shower access. This beautiful condo is on the 6th floor right on the beach. Go out on the balcony and look at the beautiful ocean and beach! Go to the front sunroom and you can see the bay!! It’s the best of both worlds!! You have 1 bedroom with a king size bed and 1 queen sleep sofa. You have a full size kitchen and washer and dryer in the unit. There is a TV in the bedroom and in the living room with cable. You have a nice big ocean front pool / deck with lounge chairs and table you can see from your room as well + walk off the pool deck onto the beach. You are right across from Gold Coast Mall also. You need to bring your own linens and towels. You need to bring all your own toiletries and bathroom needs. Unit is being sanitized after every renter. Rain or shine there is much to do, even if it’s just much needed relaxing on the balcony, sipping coffee and watching the action and beautiful views below. Both the ocean and bay views are outstanding. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes, utensils and pots. Some spices too! A keurig and coffee pot are available, as well as a toaster, blender and mixer etc.Ocean City boardwalk only minutes away. You can leave your car in the garage and take a bus to the inlet. Plenty of restaurants, mini golf and various entertainments all up and down Coastal Hwy. Take your pick and enjoy!Amenities include: Exercise room, sauna, cinema, game room, pool table, tennis courts, basketball, volleyball, play ground, indoor and outdoor pools and lovely beach to enjoy. Indoor games and puzzles in house. A few beach chairs and sand toys for your convenience.Please bring your own linens, towels, toiletries and paper goods. ( one king, one double and one single. There is also a queen sleeper sofa if needed.) Blankets and pillows are provided.Linens and towels can be provided by a professional linen service (with additional cost) by calling owner with details on number of people.There is a $65 dollar parking fee for each car per stay, collected by garage security at check in. Beautiful one bedroom/one bath condo located on 114th Street. One of the rare views in Ocean City with full ocean front and bay view that is absolutely breathtaking. This condo is located on 114th street. On the 11th floor with 3 high speed elevators. The condo sleeps six which has a queen and full size beds in the bedroom and a queen size sofa in the living room. It has a full kitchen, cable tv in the living room and the bedroom,washer/dryer, air conditioning and a Smart TV & Wi-Fi The ocean balcony has a full enclosure with windows that can be opened and brings a relaxing breeze.The building has a great outside sun deck with tables, chairs and lounge chairs. It has an outdoor pool and showers just steps to the beach. The pool level has bathrooms for your convenience. Entertainment, restaurant and bus stop is across the street along with the Gold Coast Mall directly across the street and groceries just blocks away.The building has plenty of parking. There is. $50. building registration fee that is not part of our rental. Took the wife out of state for our 10 year anniversary. She was so excited to be staying at an Aloft again as we have in the past! We got into the room, my Flowers were there, which was great. We adjusted the AC to our comfort likings and 4 hours later after being at the beach, the temperature in the room was 78. Called the front desk, they said there isn't anything they could do. Maintenance checked the panel and all is fine but our room was above the indoor pool. The pool room was found to be 80+ degrees but no one agreed to trying to lower the temperature of the pool room. Instead they suggested we open the balcony door and give us a box fan. The outdoor temps were in the upper 80s low 90s. There was a hint of a breeze but when the box fan was dropped off, we came back from dinner and it was tolerable with the door closed. No check up from management, the staff was quite short with our concerns and requests. Overall the stay was amazing but disappointing

The service was great! The hotel was well maintained-inside and outside. Our room was super clean and comfortable and we had sufficient washcloths & towels and the water was nice and hot! The view from the balcony was a lovely addition. I enjoyed the complimentary tea and coffee too. My husband and I have already decided that will stay stay there on our next visit.
