A ground level Mother-in-law's apartment with a million dollar view, 2 bedrooms, 1 bath with washer and dryer, living room with gas fire place and reclining couches, kitchen with all of the tools need to make a home cooked meal (You bring the food) Just 15 minutes to sundance a great place no matter what the season is, winter has skiing, both day and night, you can also snow shoe. Summer offers horseback riding, hiking, shopping, fly fishing, Ziplines shows and etc. Fall is bursting with Provo canyon colors and the leaves are falling. Bridal veil falls a great canyon to see wild life and natural water falls, hiking trails and biking. Utah Valley University is 10 minutes south/west and BYU is 10 minutes South/east of us. Salt Lake city/Lagoon Amusement park is about 40- 50 minutes north of us. lots of Parks and splashpads around us and even the Murdock canal Trail is down the road for biking/walking/jogging Thanksgiving point is a great place to visit as well we are 10-15 minutes away You may also reserve a private outdoor pickle ball court for only $10 an hour, it is only five minutes from the house. come and enjoy our neck of the woods! Your cozy getaway awaits in Provo at this marvelous walk out basement apartment, meaning no stairs!! With 3 bedrooms including a king, twin, and queen bed, guests will have plenty of space to relax. The king bedroom also features a 50" TV sitting on top of a mood setting/romantic 5' electric fireplace. The second fireplace is wood burning and right across the double French door entrance. The twin bedroom also has an available Pack and Play that toddlers and babies can sleep in and is easy to set up. One of our favorites is the queen bed in the third bedroom. It is equipped with a remote control that allows one to raise or lower your head or legs while receiving a mild massage. All of the nightstands in the king and queen rooms are equipped with charging stations on the top back side. The bathroom comes equipped with a hair dryer for added convenience and 2 safety grab bars as seen in the pictures. In the living room area there is a wall mount 70" TV that can also easily be seen while eating at the island. A toddler high chair is also available. The laundry room is complete with an iron and ironing board. Soft water is plumbed throughout the apartment except for the fridge and the kitchen sink cold water. The kitchen is complete with all new appliances including a coffee maker. Enjoy the AC, high speed WiFi/internet, cable TV, exercise spinning bike and outside propane BBQ during your stay. We are conveniently located to Rock Canyon Park and hiking trails (less than 2 blocks), BYU Football and baseball stadiums (1 mile), the BYU Basketball Arena ( 3/4 mile), the MIssionary Training Center (referred to as MTC is less than a mile), scenic Bridal Veil Falls (8 miles away going up Provo canyon), Sundance Ski Resort (13 miles, 20 minutes by car). Our place will help you feel at home while you're traveling in Provo. I was very impressed by the beautiful warm and inviting feeling as I entered your lobby. The lady at the check-in desk was very friendly and helpful, with her warm smile. Our room was sparkling clean and cozy. I especially liked the electric window shades. The beds were very comfortable. I liked the walk-in shower but think that the towels should have been hung closer to the shower rather than across the room, which was inconvenient. The breakfast was out of this world, the best I have seen in a long time, with its great variety of items on its menu to suit anyone's taste. The coffee was delicious, freshly ground. When we checked out, the lady enrolled me in the IHG program, and recommended a park nearby for us to visit, and we enjoyed spending the morning there. I was very pleased with my visit to this hotel, and we will definitely consider staying here again on a future visit to Salt Lake City. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Salt Lake City for its location, reasonable price, and superb customer service down to the smallest detail!

멋진 새 호텔, 프런트 데스크 직원은 Tru 브랜드로 평소와 같이 훌륭했습니다. 객실의 단순함을 좋아합니다. 그러나 여기에서는 청결이 부족했고 시트와 욕실 바닥에 머리카락과 얼룩이 여러 개 있습니다. 침대도 매우 엉성하게 만들어져 있었는데, 아마도이 호텔은 하우스 키핑 직원을 바꿔야 할 것 같습니다. 안타깝게도 매진으로 전환 할 수있는 대체 공간이 없었습니다.
