Hotel was in a great location! The breakfast was great. Rooms were clean and quiet, even for our family of four with two jet-lagged kids on the first floor. The only downside was the shower- very little pressure and it never got hot, only warm-ish.

It's less than a mile from Bellevue Community College & Transit Center and just minutes from Amazon, Microsoft, and T-Mobile. With quick and easy access to I-90/405, you're close to parks, Factoria Mall, shopping, and restaurants, and only 10 minutes to Downtown Bellevue and 20 minutes to downtown Seattle. Explore nearby Bellevue, Kirkland, and the greater Seattle area with ease.Please note, our Guest Suite is located beneath our kitchen and living room. You will need to walk down the 10-plus stairs to the side of the house to access the basement. We want to be upfront and transparent about this to set accurate expectations. There is noise transfer between the upstairs and downstairs. Our weekdays start at 6:30/7:00 AM, and you may hear us walking in the kitchen if you're sensitive to noise. We are very happy to list our gorgeous Mother In Law apartment in the gorgeous Bellevue area. When my father built our home we decided to dedicate this portion of the home for our grandparents for when they came to visit but, it wasn't as often as expected so now we have sectioned it off from the home to create a private well built and beautiful mother in law apartment. The neighborhood chosen is easily one of the safest in Bellevue and most quiet (private road) We never have any problems and we have been here for about 10 years now. To add extra security we have the home gated off. The apartment is in a prime location, you are about 8 minutes from the Bravern Luxury Mall and maybe 10 minutes away from the gorgeous Bellevue Square Mall (Arguably the better mall out here in the Eastside) We have pharmacies, gas stations, restaurants, grocery stores just down the street making it incredibly convenient for everyone. We are sure you will love your stay here. Want to go on a hike? We have gorgeous hiking trails here in the PNW only 30 minutes away, the most beautiful lakes, amazing food, winery's, breweries, you name it the PNW has it!About pets:No pets allowed, service animals permitted.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About checkIn:Check in after 1:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About events:No events allowed.
