This home sleeps 8 comfortably plus there are two additional pull out sofas for 4 more people . There’s a large rear deck and a porch facing the lake. Boat parking for up to a 35ft boat. Swim-out backyard.All brand new foam beds, freshly painted, always professionally cleaned.Close to great waterfront restaurants, pontoon rentals, state park, hiking trails and more. By car, 1 min from town center and 5 min from Rt 80.The spaceHouse is located down about 70 stairs from street/driveway. If you're OK with stairs, you'll love the location. Beautiful scenic views, incredible sunrises, and great for water sports.Guest accessAccess to lake, dock, fire pit, two kayaks and one paddle board.Other things to noteHouse is perfect size for up to 3 adults and up to 5 total with children. It might be tight with more than 3 adults since there's just (1) Queen bed and (1) Twin bed. Enjoy amazing lake views from this absolutely gorgeous, modern lakeside home! Perfect destination for a mini-vacation, couples retreat or a family getaway. "La Vida Lago" is a completely furnished, single family lakeside home designed for 2 to 4 guests. Features 2 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, deck, patio, private lake access and dock directly across the street. The back yard is a sanctuary nestled into the mountain and surrounded by trees! The ideal environment to connect w/nature, yourself and loved ones.Light and bright open concept living room, dining and kitchen combination with cathedral ceilings and skylights. The living room has 2 love seats w/built-in recliners, a beautiful electric fireplace, wall mounted flat panel TV and French doors leading to a large deck with lake views. The gourmet kitchen is equipped with cook and eating ware essentials with seating at dining table and breakfast bar. The kitchen is complete with a stainless steel dishwasher, full-size refrigerator/freezer, granite counters and under mount cabinet lighting.The sleeping layout consists of 2 bedrooms. The primary bedroom with queen size bed; sleeps 2. The secondary bedroom with full size bed; sleeps 2. Both bedrooms have a flat panel TVs with Roku. There are 2 flex rooms, each are tandem off the primary and secondary bedroom. The flex rooms provide ancillary space and are complete with futons. Maximum home occupancy is 4 people. The full tile bath on the main floor offers a beautiful double sink vanity, tub, shower, rain shower faucet head and glass shower doors.The basement is partially finished and is accessible only from exterior of the property via the separate entrance under the deck in front of home. It has a half bath and a great place to escape to explore some gaming or recreational activities.Other property highlights: Large 20 x 20 deck with incredible lake views of Crescent Cove. Patio furniture, grill, umbrella, table and chairs. The patio area below deck also offers beautiful lake views and seating to gather around the wood burning firepit. Our guests have private lake access from the dock directly across street.The home has central air, baseboard heat, laminate and tile flooring throughout with on street parking. There are approx. 3 flights of stairs to access the main entry on the deck.Guests have use basically of the entire home compromised of mainly of the first floor and the partially finished basement. The deck, patio area below deck, the dock with lake access are all accessible for guest. The rear yard runs deep and is extremely sloped and mountainous. It is accessible however exercise great cautious if climbing rocks/mountain in yard. Deer can be found roaming at back.Kayaks are provided seasonally for free however prior to use, guest(s) are required to complete liability, indemnification, hold harmless waiver. All are welcome however, please note the following:1.) The home is perched up into the mountain. There are approximately three flights of stairs to access the main entry of home located on the deck. The stairs are steep because of the slope of the property.2.) The property may not be suitable for children, infants or the elderly population due to the steepness and amount of the steps as well as the rocky and mountainous terrain that makeup the landscape of the property.La Vida Lago is a place to unwind and be present. Less than an hour from NYC, enjoy your staycation at this newly renovated cottage in a peaceful lake community. Relax on the patio while enjoying the tranquility of nature and creating wonderful memories. Only minutes away from watersports, boating, mini golf, local farms & wineries, and lots of great restaurants & bars. If you are looking to launch your boat for the day, we are across the street from a marina. Less than 5 mins to swimming, 7 min to Hopatcong State Park, 10 mins from Rockaway Mall, and 30 min to Mountain Creek. Upon booking, I will provide you with my guidebook, which has more information on things to do and places to go in the area.The cottage has a bright, airy feel. There are 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom sleeps 2 with a king bed and a Smart TV. The second bedroom, sleeps 1-2, with a twin trundle bed that turns into a king. If you need of a crib or highchair, please let me know and I will have it setup upon arrival.The living room has a sofa that folds into a king size bed with a 50" Smart TV and indoor fireplace. We offer Netflix to all our guests, feel free to log into your own accounts for other streaming services. The kitchen is fully stocked with kitchen tools & essentials. As a chef myself, I wanted to make sure one has the necessary tools to make anything they want to. If there is something specific you are looking for please reach out to check! A doorbell, one near the front door, another in the back facing the basement & back door, and one on the shed pointing to the second driveway. A $500 fine will be charged for tampering with any cameras.- Absolutely no parties or events, this will cause for immediate cancellation of stay and eviction from the property.- Due to township laws, there is a strict 5-person max. All names of guests must be provided for insurance purposes. No unauthorized day or overnight visitors. If there are more than 5 guests, (day and/or overnight), you will be charged $200 per person, per day and a potential cancellation with no refund.- Guests must be at least 25 years of age and provide proof of identity with a government issued ID.- Quiet hours are from 10pm - 7am, please be respectful to the neighbors.- Smoking is not prohibited in the house, you can smoke on the patio. There is a $500 fine if any signs of smoking inside the property are found.- Living in the mountains means sensitive plumbing systems. Please be gentle to our septic.
