This house is unbelievable! Constructed in 2010, this house was designed specifically for vacation rentals, every detail with you in mind! The home has 6 bedrooms and 4 1/2 baths, can sleep 16 people comfortably, has a private hot tub on the 1200 square foot upstairs deck, game room with pool table and 37" flat screen TV, dual master suites, one with a jacuzzi bath tub, both have gas fireplaces and flat screen TV's, and an enormous kitchen with dining for 12! The upstairs living plan has hardwood floors and a 55" TV, the kitchen has granite counters and a beautiful gas range, dual sided gas fireplace faces both the living room and kitchen, there is a gas barbecue on the deck, and a wet bar with mini fridge and wine refrigerator! Located in a quiet neighborhood with easy access that South Lake Tahoe has to offer: Heavenly Ski Resort, Lake and beaches.Summer Travelers will enjoy jet skiing, boating, fishing, hiking, biking, golfing, hanging out at the beach, shopping, dining, gaming and Tahoe nightlife. In the winter there are fun filled mountain excursions like sledding, tubing, snowboarding, and skiing.• 3-5 mins drive to Heavenly Gondola and village or shuttle at the corner of next block of the condo • 3-5 mins drive to Stateline Casino (Hard Rock, Harrah’s, Harvey, and Monteblue)• Public bus system is located at in front of our street. Uber and taxis are readily available to pick you up at our cabin• Walk to restaurant, coffee shop, Whole Food, CVS and Safeway• 25 mins to Emerald Bay, 30 mins to Sand Harbor, 40 mins to Incline Village & 50 mins to Kings BeachMaximum occupancy is limited to 6 persons. 4-bedroom 2 stories house is located in a gated community close to Lake Tahoe. 10-20 mins walk (5 min drive) to Stateline casinos, Lakeside Beach, Heavenly Ski Resort, shops & restaurants at Heavenly Village, and the gondola up to Heavenly for skiing/snowboarding.Lakeside Beach charge $25 per adult which is 10 minutes away by walk; free beach is El Dorado Beach which takes 5 minutes by drive. Tahoe has prohibited open-flame BBQs. The BBQ area in community is not allowed to be used. Make yourself at home in this 4-bedroom South Lake Tahoe retreat. This superb house features 3 queen beds and 1 bunk bed, perfect for families or groups of friends. With 3 bathrooms equipped with hair dryers and showers, guests can freshen up after a day of exploring. Relax in the tranquil surroundings or stay connected with WiFi. Enjoy your time in South Lake Tahoe at our enchanting house.4 bedrooms(3 queen size beds, and a bunk bed with 2 twin size) and 3 bathrooms. We really love the stay here. We came during off peak period at end April2024 and there were ample parking. The beach is just outside the lodge and we absolutely love the food selections that are within the vicinity. Love the serenity and comfortable 3 nights stay. Will absolutely love it to visit again during summer if I have the chance

The bed is on the softer side but still comfortable. Bathroom was clean and functional. Breakfast: Great hot breakfast selection including eggs, bacon, potatoes, and a variety of bread, bagels, and muffins. Overall: Great value for money. Highly recommended for a comfortable stay in a central location.

방도 깨끗하고, 소파베드도 있고, 홀과 방 사이에 문이 있어서 이 호텔을 선택했어요. 이틀연속 묵었기 때문에 시트를 갈아주지 않아서 만족스럽지 못했어요. 객실 승무원은 변경할 수 없다고 강조했습니다. 주차는 누군가의 도움을 받아 나가서 서비스 데스크에 등록하고 싶었지만 20분을 기다려도 차가 도착하지 않았습니다. 서비스 직원. 가장 웃긴 점은 몇 분 후에 그가 다른 사람의 차를 나에게 몰고 왔다는 것입니다. 그러다가 이야기를 나누다가 드디어 제 차를 갖게 됐는데 30분 정도 걸렸는데 담당자가 나와서 사과를 안 하더군요. 리조트피가 이렇게 형편없는 서비스를 제공하는지 몰랐습니다.
