Walk down to the farmers market and make yourself a gourmet meal in the fully stocked kitchen with butcher block counters and dining space for 4. Inviting tiled bathroom, full size washer/dryer for your use. Complimentary coffee and toiletries provided!You'll arrive downstairs and enter with a code to the keypad on the front door. Go up the beautiful 100 year old stairs to the apartment where you'll find a spacious layout with all the amenities you'll need during your stay. Queen bed with posturpedic mattress topped with crisp white linens and pull out sofa in the large living room sleeps 4 with ease. There is an additional roll away twin bed to sleep a 5th person if needed. Smart Roku TV with Youtube TV cable service, whole home 100 mbps wifi, coffee, bottled water, shampoo/conditioner are provided.Street parking (non-assigned). Stay in historic downtown Wabash, walking distance (1 block) from the Honeywell Center in this newly renovated and tastefully furnished, spacious yet cozy cottage! Great for families, couples, or the individual traveller. Beautifully updated with a modern cottage vibe. Full size washer/dryer for your use as well as a fully stocked kitchen with new appliances and a dining table that expands and comfortably seats 6 or more.Enjoy the view or watching the kids play in the beautiful back yard with lots of shade, or just chilling on the back deck or on the covered side porch of this cute, downtown cottage. You have ample parking! Private parking for 2 cars in the back off of the alley, or you can park off the street in front of the house. Enter through the front or back door, both equipped with a keypad and a unique to your stay pin code. Go inside where you'll find all the amenities you'll need during your stay. The home features a queen bed in the upstairs bedroom, 2 twin XL beds (5 inches longer than standard twin) in the loft upstairs and a queen size pull out sofa in the living room, ensuring the cottage can sleep 6 with ease. Roku TV with Youtube TV cable subscription and 100 mbps wifi are provided. Gas fireplace is fully operational with a beautiful flame for those chilly evenings!
