방은 정말 작고 에어컨은 특별히 강력하지 않습니다. 1910년에 지어진 이 집은 호텔 테이블에 끼어 있는 소개를 보았고 시설은 정말 낡았습니다. 그러나 전반적인 느낌은 매우 따뜻하고 프론트 데스크 사람들은 매우 친절하고 1 층의 벽난로는 매우 따뜻하며 커피와 차는 스스로 픽업되며 단열 컵은 뜨거운 물을 데울 수 있습니다.

Immaculate, sunny, spacious one-bedroom apartment with a fully-stocked large kitchen, free washer/dryer, and free on-street parking. Easy walk to Harvard, HBS, MIT. _ This is the only short-term rental I have, and it's in the same building where I live with my family. We mostly host through the listing service that has the word “air” in its name. On that site, we have 100% 5-star ratings – that’s more than 200 5-star ratings. _ The location is near the intersection of Kinnaird St. and Jay St. in Cambridge MA, so if you have questions about distances, use your mapping app to check the distance from that intersection. We are an 8-minute walk to the Red Line metro station at Central Square. _ My cancellation policy is as fair as can be: if you cancel, I will issue a refund for all nights that get booked by somebody else. Contact me after your dates have passed to see if someone else took the dates. (Don't bother to contact me sooner than that). If nobody else books your dates, there will be no refund, and there are no exceptions. _DETAILS: This spacious, light-filled one-bedroom apartment accommodates four adults plus one infant. (Queen bed, queen sofabed, pack-n-play.) _ The kitchen is large, and stocked with silverware, plates, bowls, glasses, pots and pans. It has a gas range, and solid granite countertops. _ Parking is on the public street, but it's very easy to find a spot right in front of the house. You'll find the parking permit on the table when you arrive. The permit is for any car, even if you do not have local license plates. Be sure the permit is visible on the driver's side dashboard. _ The bedroom is private and very quiet. There is also a pack-n-play for babies. (This is a portable baby bed / playpen.) There is a full-length mirror on the back of the closet door, and there are two portable makeup mirrors. _ The living room has lots of light and a nice backyard view. There is a queen sleeper sofa. A standard queen mattress is 60" x 80", while this sofabed's mattress is 60" x 72". _ There is a $40 nightly charge for each guest beyond two. _ The bathroom is gorgeous, filled with light and style. _ You have your own large, high-quality front-loading washing machine and clothes dryer, which you can use at no additional cost. I provide detergent, and there's an iron and ironing board, too. _ You also have a wireless laserjet printer/scanner. But unless you let me know in advance that you need to use the printer, I cannot guarantee that the ink cartridge will work, since it is used rarely and the ink might dry out. _ In the living room, there is a 55" 4K TV (TCL Roku), connected to an Xfinity cable modem. We have absolutely no idea how it works and cannot provide technical support. Links to the user’s manual and quickstart guide are provided below. _ Check-in is after 4pm, and check-out is by 10am. Early check-in and late check-out are generally not possible, but feel free to leave your luggage in the basement bulkhead next to your entryway (careful on the stairs!). _ The backyard is not intended for guests but if you contact me in advance I can make an exception and reserve it for you. We use the backyard when you're not using it. It's full of flowers and is a lovely place to hang out. _ $100 charge if parking permit not returned. _ If you need to change your dates, please do so through the web site...there's no need to contact me, because I can't do anything -- you have to do it on the web site. (o: _Guest accessYou will have a private entrance, and you will have the whole apartment to yourself. Access is by a computerized lock. Sabbath key available on request. _OTHER THINGS TO NOTE: Please be sure your booking accurately reflects the number of guests. _ Park on the street using the permit we provide. Put it in front of the driver's seat, all the way to that side of the dashboard. You do not need local license plates. _ Quiet time is 9:00 p.m. - 6:30 a.m. You will be staying in our family's home, and we will be right upstairs. The neighborhood is very quiet, except for birdsong. Please don't smoke in the house or make a ruckus. _House Rules:_1. Please be sure your booking accurately reflects the number of guests. There is a charge of $40 for each guest above two._2. No noisy parties, no smoking. We live right upstairs._3. To avoid wasting fossil fuels, please be sure windows are closed when heating or air conditioning is in use._4. No chairs or other furniture on lawn. Please don't damage any plants._5. Another spectacular Boston rental listing from Navarro Properties located on Somerville/Cambridge boarder an easy 5 minute walk to the Harvard University campus, a 2 stop T ride to the MIT campus and short ride into Boston. Minutes from the Porter Square T station with hardwood floors, memory foam king and queen mattresses with an assortment of luxurious pillows. The condo has a 55 inch Smart TV, hi-speed Wi-Fi, and workstations in each bedroom. Central heat a new AC with a fully-equipped kitchen, dining room, and full bathroom.The spaceThis condo is located on the 2nd floor. The entrance to the condo is through the back of the house by the deck. The first bedroom is located on the second floor and has a luxurious king bed and workstation. Pillows, pillows, pillows! On the second floor you’ll also find the large fully equipped kitchen, living room, dinning room and full bathroom. The oversized second bedroom is located on the third floor, has a luxurious queen bed, and workstation. There is also a sleeping sofa in the living room. This is NOT a shared unit. 酒店基本上沒有服務，從check in開始，前台姐姐的態度就像別人欠她500萬似的，喪着個臉。第一天房間都沒有打掃，特意打了電話第二天才來打掃的房間。之前看評論説服務不好，沒想到不好到這個程度。房間裏有兩個大床，帶孩子住着比較舒服。設施比較齊全，房間裏有保險櫃，樓層裏有洗衣房。離地鐵走路10分鐘比較近，酒店右邊沒有吃飯的地方也沒有超市。但周邊環境特別好，可以晨跑。停車不免費，25刀/天吧，我們停了一晚。停車費需要到酒店前台交。

조식은 20달러이지만 호텔은 스타벅스와 연결되어 있어 스타대드를 선택할 수 있습니다. 또는 아주 소박한 아침 식사 체인이기도 한 던킨 도너츠(Bobby 찐빵이나 Shaxian과 비슷하지만 품질은 안정적입니다)가 옆에 있습니다. 위치는 도시와 비교적 가깝고 레드 라인 지하철에서 도보로 10분 거리에 있으며 맞은편에 신선한 연못이 있으며 환경이 좋습니다. 호텔은 손님과 강아지와 함께 애완 동물 친화적이어야 합니다. 조금 문제는 씨트립이 호텔을 예약한 후 호텔 요금이 객실 요금보다 100위안 이상 더 많이 나왔고 사전 승인 보증금 50위안을 현장에서 확인하고 별도로 지불했다는 점이다. 이것은 씨트립 고객 서비스가 아직 응답과 해결책을 받지 못한 것보다 훨씬 더 나쁩니다. 또한 호텔의 웨이터 대부분이 흑인이며 서비스 인식이 약간 나쁩니다. 어느날 오후에 한번 돌아와서 침대 옆 탁자에 다음날을 위한 팁을 올려 놓곤 했는데 밤에 와서 보니 없어졌네요...

호텔은 매우 편안하고, 커피 머신, TV, 에어컨 등 시설과 장비가 매우 완벽합니다. 서비스 직원도 매우 열정적입니다. 특히 주차 서비스를 제공한 외국인 남성에게 감명을 받았습니다. 그의 서비스는 사려 깊고 열정적이었습니다! 마치 집에 있는 것 같은 느낌이 들었어요! 서비스가 매우 좋았습니다! 호텔은 찰스 강 유역에 위치하고 있으며, MIT와 하버드에서 불과 1~2마일 떨어져 있습니다. 저는 아침에 MIT와 하버드 사이를 달렸는데, 정확히 10km였습니다. 정말 편안했습니다! 보스턴에 다시 오면 다시 이 호텔을 이용할 거예요!
