This beautiful, pet friendly, home is only 2 blocks from Historic Downtown with access to dozens of great restaurants, bars and interesting boutiques for shopping.We are also located a quick 10-15 minute drive from two of Florida's beautiful beaches. Vilano Beach is located slightly north of us and Saint Augustine Beach is a short drive over the Bridge of Lion on A1A.The house has a fully equipped kitchen for those nights you might want to stay in and cook. Pots, pans, dishes and even spices are furnished.There are 3 bedrooms. Two with comfortable queen size beds, one with two comfy twin beds and all are piled high with pillows. There is lots of dresser and closet space in each. The queen size hideaway bed is located in the living room and all the linens and pillows located in the third bedroom closet.The house has two bathrooms. One in the master bedroom and one to share. All are stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner and liquid soap.You may enjoy sitting on the front porch in the evenings and listening to the music on Saint George Street. Francis Field, where many festivals are, is located at the end of the block. There is also a large children's playground there. It's also a wonderful place to walk your dog. Saint Augustine is a wonderful place to visit with many diverse attractions.About pets:Pets allowed: dogs and cats less than 50 lbs per pet (limit 2 pets total).We make exceptions all the time.About checkOut:Check out before 10:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:The stone patio is not a shared space. Mulvey Lodge is a shotgun style apartment built in 1925. The rooms are on the left side of the building with a large hall down the right side. The layout is as it was in 1925 but the building has recently undergone an extensive renovation. The 101-year-old building now offers the latest in electrical and plumbing upgrades as well as a modern kitchen. I think you will find this unique apartment roomy and comfortable for families, as well as a couples get away. It's like home away from home. We are 2 blocks from historic downtown Saint Augustine where you find lots of restaurants and shopping. Also, 3 miles from Vilano Beach or 5 miles from beautiful Saint Augustine Beach.We think that you should be able to bring the whole family including your fur babies. There is a small fee added when you add them to your reservation of twenty-five dollars.About pets:Pets allowed: dogs and cats less than 50 lbs per pet (limit 2 pets total).About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:Saint Augustine has a noise ordinance. Zeer nette locatie, alles super verzorgd en ondanks dat het vrij dicht bij de snelweg ligt toch zeer rustig. Medewerkers zijn heel erg vriendelijk, zeker een plek om eens naar terug te keren. Enige minpuntje is dat bij het inchecken een kopje van mijn paspoort werd gemaakt.

우리는 세인트 오거스틴으로의 여행을 위해 이 장소에 이틀 동안 머물렀습니다. 호텔은 매우 깨끗했고 최근에 리노베이션을 마쳤습니다. 프런트 데스크 직원들은 매우 친절하고 도움이 되었습니다. 우리는 그곳에서 즉시 편안함을 느꼈습니다. 첫날, 우리는 9시 30분에 아침 식사를 먹으러 갔습니다. 계란 제품이 없었고 소시지 조각 몇 개가 있었습니다. 포크가 없었습니다!!! 우리는 아침 식사를 감독하는 사람에게 말했고 그녀는 사과하며 포크가 없다고 말했습니다. 저는 프런트 데스크에 불평했고 그들은 우리의 청구서에서 주차 요금($20/일)을 차감하기로 동의했습니다. 다음 날, 아침 식사는 포크까지 가득 차 있었습니다! 이 호텔은 보석입니다. 모든 것과 가깝습니다. 우리는 분명히 다시 거기에 머물 것입니다.

우리는 아침 식사를 위해 추가 비용을 지불했고 그들은 아무것도 모으지 않았습니다. 누구나 먹을 수 있습니다! 마지막 날 웨이트리스는 사람들이 와서 약간의 요금을 청구하는 동안 히트 앤 미스였습니다. 그녀가 앞을 떠났을 때 누구나 스스로를 도울 수 있습니다. 온수 욕조와 수영장은 아름다웠지만 추웠습니다! 아무도 그들을 사용할 수 없었습니다. 그리고 통지도 없었다. 또한 호텔은 강한 유황 냄새로 끔찍한 이틀 밤 냄새가났습니다. 방은 완전히 구성되지 않았습니다. 나는 밤 5시에 깨끗한 수건을 얻었지만 방은 결코 재구성되지 않았습니다.

가격 때문에 선택했습니다. 방해가되지 않고 조금 낡고 낡았습니다. 그러나 서비스는 좋았습니다. 내 TV가 작동하지 않았지만 리셉션의 남자는 몇 분 안에 교체품을 가져 왔습니다. 침대 맥주는 부드럽지만 시트는 깨끗합니다. 예기치 않게 아침 식사가 포함되었고 플라스틱 모든 것과 선택이 제한되었지만 커피는 훌륭했습니다. 돌아갈까요, 아니길 바라지만 그렇게 했다면 내가 머물렀던 최악의 장소가 아닐 것입니다.

First I am going to star saying that I feel sad I am going back home today. The hospitality of the hotel and the service was above and beyond fantastic. The staff was sooo nice and efficient staring from management to the breakfast guy always with a smile . The entire team was great . Hotel’s location is perfect , you can walk to the old city and is safe at night. Rooms were clean and everyday housekeeping service with new towels and soap . I recommend this hotel 100% no doubts every time I come back to st Augustine I will make my home Hotel las Villas 1565. 🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻

Great customer service. Rick was friendly, funny and helpful. Had a good sleep on the beds. Evening social hour, snacks,& refreshments were nice. Breakfast quiche was delicious! Very nice breakfast served,& view of water, awesome! I have two suggestions that would make my rating a 5.  The floors in our room were dirty enough to make my sisters new, clean, white socks black.  The tv remote fell behind the dresser/ refrigerator console. When I slid it away from the wall to retrieve the remote, it was pretty dirty back there. Shower may have been clean, but maybe due to the brown grout, appeared dirty.  We were questioning the cleanliness, after seeing my sister’s socks,& chose not to use the shower .😬 As a suggestion, putting some type of reflective tape, paint or lighting at the different step elevations . ( my 83 yr old brother in law missed the step, leading to our parked car, and fell, getting pretty banged up). Overall, despite the negative observations,  we enjoyed our stay, the location,& would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt Place Vilano Beach. It was a close walk to a beautiful, clean beach. We were told the pool wasn’t warm, but turned out it was! We skipped swimming because we weren’t aware until it was too late. The breakfast was great and well stocked. We paid a little extra for a balcony but the view wasn’t good. Don’t waste your money on a balcony. We paid for valet parking which ended up not being necessary. There is plenty of street parking. It was overall a clean hotel and very friendly staff.
