Includes queen size bed, couch that folds down into a bed, dinette that drops down to a bed, 2 twin bunks, full bathroom and kitchen with refrigerator/freezer, sink, stove & microwave, dishware & utensils. We include towels and linens. For outdoor is an awning with mat, 5ft table and 4 chairs, grill with propane and generator with gas.We will setup the camper and meet you to review the operations and Do's and Dont's. Located only a few miles from University Park Airport, Bryce Jordan Center, Beaver Stadium, downtown State College, Penn State Campus, and downtown Bellefonte. Take in the beautiful scenery each morning with a warm cup of coffee and relaxing views of the farm/mountain out of the bay window.This home will provide guests with a full kitchen, two living spaces, dining area, three bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms as well as a deck and swing set for children. Each bedroom is accompanied with a ceiling fan, black out curtains, and heat/air conditioning. It is the perfect place for a family or group needing a place to stay close to State College and Bellefonte, Pa.Guests will have access to main floor. As PSU alumni and long time locals, we hope you enjoy our 3 bedroom, 2 bath newly remodeled home just 8.5 miles from Beaver Stadium, 1/2 mile from Fisherman’s Paradise, & 4 miles from State College Airport (SCE). Large open yard available for outside activities. Views of both sunrise and sunset while surrounded by nature. Soak in the remote environment in close proximity to State College and Spring Creek (Fisherman’s Paradise). Room 1: 1 king Room 2: 1 queen Room 3: 3 queens (1 bunk bed) Living room: Queen Sofa Bed + air mattress available. All new furniture and beds.
