We hope you will join us.This light, bright & open contemporary Pebble Beach home located halfway between Pebble Beach golf Links and Cypress Point club - within walking distance to The Lodge and adjacent to the Lone Cypress tree along the 17 Mile drive with views of the Pacific from almost every window is the perfect getaway. This home, originally built in 1970 in the Sea Ranch Style has recently undergone a complete remodel.The open kitchen/great room now has additional windows to the sweeping views of the Pacific where you can watch the waves crash and the otters play. A large wood deck opens towards the ocean through sliding doors from the Kitchen. This is the area where you will spend 90% of your time when in the house! There are three buildings on the property. The main house, the guest house and the garage. The main house includes a huge Primary bedroom with a King Size bed and ensuite bath complete with double sinks and walk-in closets. The primary bedroom also includes a large sitting area with sliding door access to an adjacent outdoor patio.Up the stairs is a second large bedroom and a loft space separated by a bathroom. This bedroom boasts a King bed. The loft/den adjacent to the upstairs bedroom has a sitting area with a Flat screen TV and a pull-out sofa for sleeping additional guests.This rental includes a detached 300 square foot guest house. This separate space is the perfect solution for either teens, in-laws, or couples - allowing for private space - yet connection to the main house via the patio - all behind the locked gate. The Guest house has a mini-fridge, it's own en-suite bath with shower/tub and in the sleeping area has a Flat Screen TV and a great reading chair, dresser and book shelf.The very large living room with its abundant windows provides views to the ocean. There is a large dining table in this room to either gather to play games, do a little work or eat a meal.The newly renovated kitchen/great room has a sliding glass door out to an ocean side deck, a large flat screen TV in the sitting area, full sized washer/dryers behind a pocket door, all new top of the line appliances, a large island with seating and great views of the ocean.Each of the three full bathrooms have also been completed remodeled with all new plumbing, cabinets, flooring, lighting. The bathrooms are roomy, bright, modern and VERY functional.There is also a powder room right off the main entrance in what used to be a small closet.There is ample parking at the top of the driveway as well as a several spots along the 17 mile drive, which belong to this property exclusively. There are times when 1 or 2 spaces are available for use in the garage. (please ask if interested). The property also has a Tesla charger in the garage and is available for guests.Enjoy your morning tea/coffee from one of three outdoor patio areas and watch deer, listen for birds, and observe the beauty of the Del Monte Forest which surrounds this special home. Our Carmel home and Carmel itself are lovely any time of year and all the wonderful kids in wonderful, colorful costumes go to a particular neighborhood - far from our house. It makes for great adult time - and no incessant doorbell rings. Come for a few days (or for a whole month at discounted rate) and relax, or work, or workout! Carmel is as wonderful as you have heard and our house is the perfect oasis for a peaceful family or friend or solo/a retreat. Close to town (five minute drive or 13 minute walk) and the beach (seven minute drive and 17 minute hilly walk), in a beautiful and quiet Carmel neighborhood, you'll enjoy our large, sparkling clean, comfortable, and very charming home with its large very private deck, which even has an oak tree growing out of the middle of it! The three bedrooms have very comfortable beds, cozy blankets and great linens, and lots of natural light (and blinds and drapes to make it dark when you want to snooze). The bathrooms are beautifully renovated and large. There is a bonus room off the the living room where one can work, or, better, where the kids can play with our toddler friendly toys. Our favorite part is the large living space, both indoors and out. There is a large deck between the bedroom wing and living room and a balcony in front to watch the sunset, the pileated woodpeckers on the trees across the street, and the multitude of oak tree that abound. The sun streams into the living room to add a warm golden glow in the afternoon and early evening. Sitting on the balcony, you can enjoy a glass of bubbles or wine when watching the sun set over the ocean.Our wifi is great so work or write your novel here. The surroundings will inspire you! Or cozy up and watch a movie; the living room TV is a Smart TV and in the owner’s suite there is a ROKU. The walk to the beach and downtown Carmel in 15-19 minutes because of the little hills (FYI - Carmel doesn't believe in sidewalks except in the downtown but you won't have to worry; there is no such thing as rush hour in Carmel) or you can drive there in 5-minutes max; walking TO the beach is easy but walking back in primarily uphill so grab a coffee and pastry to fortify yourself in downtown Carmel on the way back. (Oh - we also supply coffee and tea for your morning wake up.)We have a heavy discount for longer stays during and happy to work with you for stays longer than 30-days. Talk to us if you would like to kick back in Carmel for a while. We are happy to answer questions about our area as well as our house so ask away. Carmel is a very special place for all ages. 호텔은 꽤 좋습니다. 특히 씨트립 스태프를 칭찬하고 싶었다. 매우 신뢰할 수 있었습니다. 내 예약이 무거웠고 호텔에서 취소할 수 없다고 분명히 명시했습니다. 나는 완전히 패닉에 빠졌다. 씨트립에 전화가 왔다. 고객 서비스 직원이 적극적으로 문제를 해결하는 데 도움을 주었고 특히 몇 시간 만에 답장을 보낼 수 있다고 적극적으로 알려주고 마침내 문제가 만족스럽게 해결되었습니다. 대단히 감사합니다.

地理位置好，就在小鎮中心，去到海灘也比較方便，10來分鐘。但房間開空調噪音非常大，不開空調隔壁房間空調噪音也很高，而且房間隔音差，晚上睡覺還聽到隔壁鄰居在交談和哈哈笑，可能是木板房的緣故吧。早餐是非常簡單的美式早餐，衹能吃飽。停車還可以，車位充足，整體性價比而言一般。
