We are open after Milton and have full power. Here's the place to kick back, fish and recharge or to enjoy endless attractions Central Florida--Disney, Universal Studios, Sea World, Busch Gardens, LegoLand. My home is a renovated 2 bedroom 2.5 bath home with gorgeous sunsets on Lake Echo. Master bedroom has full bath with French doors leading to a screened deck with lounge chairs allowing you to watch the water skiers or pelicans diving for breakfast. "Kids" bedroom has Animal Kingdom theme with bunks. Large main room splits for two living and one dining area. Florida room has breakfast nook and queen sofa bed. (Kids might enjoy the air hockey game too). Both bedrooms and one living area have TV (one DVD) with Roku connections. Phone and wireless available. Kitchen has granite countertops, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, and gas stove. Full size washer and dryer is next to kitchen. But more....the views are awesome from the back of the home through 2 sliding doors and bay windows along with French doors all look west to the lake. There is a 16'x30' covered deck with lots of shaded deck seating or step down to the 3rd deck for sunning and a picnic table. Then proceed further to the pier where you can dock your own boat/jet ski, use my paddleboat, or fish. Of course, the lake offers swimming and a sand beach area. The paddle boat is possibly available with advanced notice and signing liability waiver. But it doesn't end as there is another lakeside picnic pavilion and gas grill. Across the street is the Lake Alfred/Winter Haven bike/jogging path of about 5 miles. Again, location is central to everything Florida--LegoLand, Disney, Universal Orlando, Sea World, Busch Gardens Tampa, Bok Tower, and so many pure Florida attractions. This the place to relax, refresh or the never ending attractions. 전반적으로 좋은 경험이었습니다. 따뜻한 아침 식사가 제공되었으며 아침 식사 간식과 함께 갈색 가방 옵션이 제공되었습니다. 프론트 데스크 직원은 친절하고 도움이 되었습니다. 방은 깨끗했습니다. 욕실은 조금 구식으로 보였고 욕조는 거기에있을 때 딱딱 소리를 냈습니다. 그 외에는 모든 것이 좋았습니다. 유일한 불만은 얼음이 1 층에서만 사용할 수 있다는 것입니다.

Newly vacation home with lake view in a quiet neighborhood. Come and enjoy beautiful sunrises in this peaceful setting. The house has an open split floor plan with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar, a dining area, and laundry corner. Every room is furnished with a smart TV. It offers a large backyard with patio and outside furniture. You can also sit in front of the house and enjoy the nature with garden and lake views. We have over 20 lakes connected by channels, therefor a perfect vacation destination for water sports people and nature lovers. Our central location offers numerous opportunities for further recreational activities in the surrounding area like Jack Browns Seaplane Base, Legoland, Disney World, Universal Orlando, Busch Gardens Tampa, Bok Tower Gardens, Sun 'n Fun Airshow Lakeland, and more. Lake Alfred also offers good family-owned restaurants in the vicinity. We do not offer cable TV, but we provide a smart TV in every room with different TV apps, and you can login to your own accounts on Netflix, Hulu, sling, Vudu, Amazon, apple TV, etc.We provide WiFi, but there may be a power outage or an internet failure like it can happen everywhere. We will do everything we can to fix it quickly. For business people, we always recommend an internet backup.We provide essentials such as toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, detergents, etc. only for the beginning of your stay. New remodeled Lakefront Vacation Home on the Chain of Lakes right next to Winter Haven Municipal Airport across from Brown's Seaplane base. Come and enjoy the beautiful sunrises over the lake. The house offers wonderful lake views from almost every room with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (2nd bathroom in the garage), large living room with sleeper sofa in the corner and small desk, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, screened lanai/porch with outside furniture, large backyard, internet, and AC/heating. Every room is furnished with a smart TV.We have over 20 lakes connected by channels, therefor a perfect vacation destination for water sports people and nature lovers. Our central location offers numerous opportunities for further recreational activities in the surrounding area like Jack Browns Seaplane Base, Legoland, Disney World, Universal Orlando, Busch Gardens Tampa, Bok Tower Gardens, Sun 'n Fun Airshow Lakeland, and more. We have a boat house and dock which unfortunately is NOT usable for now. It was destroyed by the last hurricane and we couldn't repair it yet.
