Named, the Rim View Grand, this 7000 square foot mansion was completed in 2024 and was specifically built for vacationers like you! This 3 story, 7 king size bedroom, 6 bath mansion has it all, starting with the most amazing 360 degree views from its 7200 square feet of outdoor decking including Lake Powell, the Colorado River, the Glenn Canyon Dam, the Golf Course and so much more. The Rim View Grand features, a "gated" negative edge swimming pool for child safety and a spa large enough to fit your entire party of 14! Inside, you will find large living areas including an 800 square foot Master Suite, multiple kitchen islands, gas range, stainless steel appliances with a fully accessorized kitchen ready for any gathering. In the game room, you will find, a full size billards table, air hockey table, wet bar, multiple TVS, video arcade, Playstation with unlimited play subscription, shuffleboard and plenty of board games to keep everyone occupied. Want to see the stars at night or take in the views? YOU HAVE TO GO to the 3rd story Star Deck which features plenty of seating, lounging, gas fireplace and even an roof top outdoor shower! If that isn't enough, you can wonder the estate outdoors to discover its secrets. You will find a large seperate cabana with private seating, dining and fireplace - all with amazing views. 위치와 방 상태는 깔끔하고 만족스러웠어요. 다만, 체크인할때 만났던 직원의 태도는 정말 생각하기도 싫습니다. 차량 정보를 작성하는데 차량 모델, 차량 제조회사를 묻는 단어였는데 무엇을 의미하는지 몰라 물어보았지만 답답하다는 표정으로 한숨을 쉬었습니다. 서비스 마인드가 최악이었어요. 우리나라호텔에서 숙박할때 차량 제조회사를 물었던 적이 없었기에 생각지도 못했었거든요. 직원만 빼면 호텔은 만족스러웠습니다.

매우 조용하고 깨끗한 경제형 호텔로, 파웰 호수와 가깝습니다. 아무리 늦게 도착하더라도 항상 음식이 있습니다. 도보로 단 1분 거리에 간단한 레스토랑이 있습니다. 디럭스 버거는 매우 비용 효율적입니다. 객실 담당자에 대한 특별한 칭찬. 우리는 이틀 동안 여기에 머물렀고, 둘째 날에는 청소할 필요가 없다고 들었기 때문에 팁을 남기지 않았지만, 담당자는 여전히 우리를 위해 청소하고 모든 용품을 넣어주었습니다. MOAB의 Wyndham에서 같은 이틀을 머물렀을 때의 담당자의 태도와 비교하면, 이번은 정말 감동적이었습니다.

방은 넓고 난방이되고 밖에 수영장이 있는데 아주 작고 아이들이 놀고 있습니다. 저희가 갔을 때는 12월 말인데 비가 오고☔️ 있어서 좀 추웠어요. 그래서 난방이 필요합니다. 방에는 전자레인지가 없고, 밤에 가져온 남은 음식은 가열되지 않았습니다. 아침에 출발해서 주위를 둘러보니 붉은 흙과 탁 트인 고도가 눈에 가득하고 마음이 편안하고 행복했습니다. 마치 셔틀 같은 느낌이에요. 파웰 호수와 매우 가깝습니다.

호텔은 시내 중심에 있으며, 주변의 다양한 관광지에서 차로 단 10분 거리에 있으며, 맞은편에 대형 슈퍼마켓이 있고 주변에 레스토랑이 많습니다. 방은 꽤 넓고 전자레인지와 냉장고가 있습니다. 시설은 비교적 낡았으며 전반적으로 깔끔합니다. 밤에는 목욕물이 별로 뜨겁지 않았고 에어컨 소리가 매우 시끄러웠고 방에 커튼도 없이 작은 높은 창문이 있어서 이른 아침에 매우 밝았습니다. 가성비를 추구한다면 하룻밤 자도 괜찮습니다. 숙박 조건에 민감한 분들에게는 적합하지 않을 수 있습니다. 호텔에서 사진을 찍는 것을 깜빡해서 주변 풍경 사진을 몇장 올려봅니다.
