Please bring enough paper towels, toilet paper and disinfecting wipes to last through your entire stay in case the local stores are out of stock.We follow the CDC's guidelines for cleaning your vacation rental prior to your arrival. We disinfect all high touch surfaces with CDC recommended products. We clean all hard surface floors with steam mops. We take special care to wipe down everything in bathrooms and kitchens. All doorknobs, faucets, towel bars, countertops, tables and light switches are sanitized. Our laundry is sent out to a professional service for high temperature washing. Once our housekeeping staff finishes cleaning and disinfecting, our inspectors check everything and finish off with a Sanix fog treatment just to be sure nothing was missed. Sanix is a commercial grade germicide, that allows us to do this final disinfection without having to touch anything in the property. We also have ozone generators that are used for additional disinfection when properties are vacant for more than 24 hours or if there are additional concerns that need to be addressed.Keeping you safe and healthy are very important to us and we appreciate your confidence in us. This 4th-floor condo overlooks Grand Panama's beautiful pool and hot tub and has unobstructed views of the emerald waters! Listen to the waves while relaxing on the balcony. Don't leave your furbaby at home! We are small dog friendly! See additional pet fee ($100), pet policy, and the HOA restricts the size to 25 lbs and under. This is one of the very few beachfront resorts that allows pets.Enjoy making your own smoothies or daiquiris with the provided blender. Get a fresh start in the morning with a hot cup of Joe and spoil your family with a homemade breakfast, using our included appliances. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary items to make your own home-cooked meals.The Gulf front master bedroom boasts a king-size bed with views of the Gulf of Mexico and has its own private access to the patio balcony. Enjoy movies in bed on the room's flat-screen TV. Amazing views of the Emerald Coast! This luxury beachfront unit has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, with a full size bed in the hallway nook area. It sleeps 8 comfortably with the sleeper sofa.This 4th-floor condo overlooks Grand Panama's beautiful pool and hot tub and has incredible views of the emerald waters! Listen to the waves while relaxing on the balcony. Don't leave your furbaby at home! We are small dog friendly! See additional pet fee ($100), pet policy, and our HOA restricts the size to 25 lbs and under (more info below). This is one of the very few beachfront resorts that allows pets. Enjoy making your own smoothies or daiquiris with the provided blender. Get a fresh start in the morning with a hot cup of Joe and spoil your family with a homemade breakfast, using our included appliances. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary items to make your own home-cooked meals.The Gulf Front master bedroom boasts a king-size bed with views of the Gulf of Mexico and has its own private access to the patio balcony. Enjoy movies in bed on the room's flat-screen TV. The master bathroom includes a soaker garden tub and a beautiful tile shower.You will find a queen size bed with private access to the hall bathroom in the 2nd bedroom.The full size bed is located in the hallway nook area.After a long day at the beach, relax in the living room on the unit's sofa sleeper couch while watching television on the TV.We provide a starter set of 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, a trash can liner for each can, a roll of paper towels, (1) dishwasher pod, and hand soap. You are also within walking distance of the Shoppes at Edgewater which offers many shopping and entertainment options! Pier Park and Frank Brown Park are a convenient drive away.Grand Panama Resort charges a $55 resort fee that is collected directly by them.
