Bring the whole family to this great home in Lincoln,AL with lots of room to spread out. This home has 5 Bedrooms and 3 full baths! The Master bedroom is HUGE and has a garden tub and separate shower. 2 King beds and 3 Queens. Smart TVs in the LR and all 5 BRs! * 4 mi. from Talladega Superspeedway* 7 mi. to CMP in Talladega, Lincoln Landing and Honda* 20 mi to Choccolocco Ball Park in Oxford* 15 mi. Coldwater Mtn Bike Trail* 8 mi to Anniston Army Depot and Kronospan* 12 mi to Pell CityVery nice and spacious newer home with a very large living room with a leather couch, loveseat and recliner, 2 huge full length wall mirrors and a 65 inch Smart Tv. It is open to the large kitchen with quartz countertops, a large island with 3 stools, built in desk with quart countertop, a gas stove, built in microwave, dishwasher and double door LG refrigerator and plenty of cooking utensils, pots and pans, blender and deep fryer. There is also a table and 6 chairs in the dining area and a large pantry.There is one Queen bedroom downstairs with a full bathroom across the hall. Upstairs there are 4 more bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms and the laundry room. The master bedroom is HUGE and has a king size poster bed with 2 dressers, 2 side tables, and large chest of drawers, an upholstered chair perfect for some early morning reading and a large 65 inch Smart Tv. The master bath features tile floors and a nice soaking tub with separate tiled shower, a double vanity and a large walk in closet.The third bedroom also feature a King poster bed with a dresser and 2 side tables and a 55 inch Tv. The fourth and fifth bedrooms have Queen beds with a chest and 2 side tables and Smart TVs. The third full bathroom has tile floors, a double vanity and a nice tub shower.This home is located in a nice newer subdivision 2 miles from I-20 and just off Hwy 78 and has a nice size driveway with covered front porch and a rear concrete patio with some outdoor seating. The driveway will accommodate most trucks with boats attached and has a spacious garage. This home has some of the BEST views on the lake. Stationed in a large cove just off the main channel, the sunset views are breathtaking all summer long. It is a quiet area with generally calm waters good for swimming, paddle boarding, or wake surfing. Its a fisherman's delight with some good spots nearby... but shhh its a secret! Boat ramp on site. Pontoon boats can be rented nearby at Poor House Marina. The home is all one level with spacious living area. Large deck spans the back of the house, perfect for soaking up the view. Flat back yard with a short, easy stroll to the water.Life jackets and various floats available for complimentary use. Lily Pad available for additional fee. This home is in a great location about 15 minutes from Pell City which offers a few dining options and basic shopping. It’s a quick 45 mins from downtown Birmingham, and just under 2 hours from Atlanta. It is also an 11 min drive by road to the popular fishing tournament destination Lincoln Landing. Talladega Speedway is 12 mins away. Enjoy sunsets/rises from the back deck while enjoying your favorite beverage. Inside you will find all premium memory foam mattresses and ultra comfortable beds to help you unwind, and all perfectably cleaned and ready for you. Launch the on site kayaks in the quiet cove and go for serene paddling moment. Bring your jets or boat and use the private on site launch to enjoy all of your water toys.No stress here...just enjoy.
