This home has some of the BEST views on the lake. Stationed in a large cove just off the main channel, the sunset views are breathtaking all summer long. It is a quiet area with generally calm waters good for swimming, paddle boarding, or wake surfing. Its a fisherman's delight with some good spots nearby... but shhh its a secret! Boat ramp on site. Pontoon boats can be rented nearby at Poor House Marina. The home is all one level with spacious living area. Large deck spans the back of the house, perfect for soaking up the view. Flat back yard with a short, easy stroll to the water.Life jackets and various floats available for complimentary use. Lily Pad available for additional fee. This home is in a great location about 15 minutes from Pell City which offers a few dining options and basic shopping. Bring the whole family to this Gorgeous Lake home in this wonderful waterfront community that’s very convenient and located less than 5 miles from I-20.*Lake Access with its own private Boat Launch and a large partially covered pier with a picnic table and plenty of room to fish or just layout and enjoy the warm sun. You'll have access to one of the most peaceful and BEAUTIFUL spots on the Coosa River. *Large Outdoor patio with a nice gas grill with a propane tank provided. There is also a nice outdoor table and 6 chairs and umbrella plus an extra seating on area with a wrought iron 2 seater couch and 2 other matching wrought iron chairs to enjoy your morning coffee or use to layout and get some sun with a great view of the lake!* Spacious and very nice GAMEROOM with Ping Pong table, Darts, a nice 2 player NFL Blitz arcade game, Shuffleboard, Air Hockey, Cornhole and a 3 in 1 kids table with foosball, air hockey and a mini pool table.
