Surrounded by outstanding coffee shops, restaurants, galleries, retail, performance halls, museums, nightclubs, and wedding venues and 2 blocks from the nationally recognized Wilmington River Walk. This is the perfect place to park your car and enjoy the ability to stroll to everything…Enjoy a long weekend or even a longer stay in The Art Loft on Princess. The building was originally completed in 1785 and served as the County Jail. The 24-inch thick walls, exposed beams, and high ceilings remain, though the remainder of the property is beautifully renovated with modern details and amenities to ensure your comfort. Unwind in Downtown Wilmington in this historic jewel. You'll find everything you need for a delightful stay. The property has a fully equipped kitchen, with granite countertops, modern appliances, a dining room, office space, a living room with a 65-inch TV, and a unique art installation on the ceiling. King-size master bedroom with fine linens and walk-in closet. Queen-sized second bedroom…both bedrooms with blackout draperies and 55-inch TVs. The full bath features a large walk-in shower, bidet toilet…plush towels, and robes. We almost forgot to mention the fully stocked coffee bar, with a Nespresso, Krups, Cuisinart Coffee Maker, French Press, Pour Over, and Electric Tea Kettle for those who like to enjoy a leisurely cup of coffee/tea in the morning.Also included is a full laundry room washer/dryer, cable TV and internet streaming channels, and of course, wireless internet. Please note that there is a Ring doorbell/camera at the entry door off Princess Street and at the entry door of the unit. Historic charm without the crazy price. Only one block from downtown Wilmington, NC. Walk the river front and visit the many privately owned shops and restaurants of every imaginable kind. Visit museums or numerous historic sites dating back before the revolutionary war. You can also ride the various trolleys or horse drawn carriages. Maybe the famous ghost tour is more to your liking. Several beaches within 15 to 30 minutes. The downtown area is very supportive of our four legged friends.There is a little bit of everything for everyone. This is the best location in downtown Wilmington! I mean it! This one bedroom with a very large kitchen including an island that is perfect for a small business cocktail hour or pregame for the weekend. The bedroom has a queen bed, but other sleep options are available in the entertainment area if needed (Murphy bed and also a fold down couch)! Pets are welcome! Also, please enjoy the view of the Iconic Cape fear Memorial bridge from the window. Heart of historic Downtown where all the shops and restaurants are and an easy one mile walk to Live Oak Pavilion for concerts. This is a second floor unit in the circa 1899 Masonic Building once owned by the famous Dennis Hopper. This condo has everything you will need to enjoy and close to all that Wilmington has to offer.This condo comes with one bedroom and couch. Very convenient to everything downtown. The living room has a nice leather sofa, upholstered chair, and a 50 inch Samsung Smart TV to watch your favorite shows and I provide Sling TV to catch many cable shows. There is also Netflix to enjoy. Wifi is available throughout the unit. The kitchen has a full size refrigerator, range, and microwave. The cabinets are stocked with dinnerware, pots, pans, and baking dishes. There is a drip coffee maker for those coffee lovers.The Bedroom has a king size Energie Innerspring Pillow-top Mattress, the perfect mix of comfort and support. The bathroom has a beautiful tiled shower and towels, shampoo and soap are provided.Stay for a night or a week, the goal is to make you feel right at home.There is parking in the parking garage across the street for a fee of $12/day. Let me know if you want to use the parking pass and I can leave it out for you and bill you separately. If not, you will have to find parking in one of the garages near by. You can also park in the metered parking which is free after 6:30pm and before 9am. If you park between 9-6:30, please make sure you pay for it because they will issue parking violations.Access is through the front door and up the elevator or stairs to the second floor where there is an access door for residents and guests only. From there, make a right and head down the hall and then a left to arrive at 2D2 which will be on your right.This property is non smoking throughout the entire building. By booking, you agree to pay a $150 fine should you or any of your travel guests be caught smoking.Since this unit is right downtown you will hear noise from the street below at times, mostly on weekend nights. I have provided a sound machine for any light sleepers. There is one King bed and a queen memory foam sleeper sofa.
