We are very happy to list our gorgeous Mother In Law apartment in the gorgeous Bellevue area. When my father built our home we decided to dedicate this portion of the home for our grandparents for when they came to visit but, it wasn't as often as expected so now we have sectioned it off from the home to create a private well built and beautiful mother in law apartment. The neighborhood chosen is easily one of the safest in Bellevue and most quiet (private road) We never have any problems and we have been here for about 10 years now. To add extra security we have the home gated off. The apartment is in a prime location, you are about 8 minutes from the Bravern Luxury Mall and maybe 10 minutes away from the gorgeous Bellevue Square Mall (Arguably the better mall out here in the Eastside) We have pharmacies, gas stations, restaurants, grocery stores just down the street making it incredibly convenient for everyone. We are sure you will love your stay here. Want to go on a hike? We have gorgeous hiking trails here in the PNW only 30 minutes away, the most beautiful lakes, amazing food, winery's, breweries, you name it the PNW has it!About pets:No pets allowed, service animals permitted.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About checkIn:Check in after 1:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About events:No events allowed.

Short walk to the lake with 90’ of private sandy beach, new dock/diving board, and private nature trails. The chanel lineup online that was supposed to be accurate was not so it was difficult to find something to watch. It would be great if the on TV guide were available instead of scanning a QR code and going to a listing that is wrong. It would also let guests see what is on instead of blindly channel surfing. The remote was slow to work, you had to press the buttons very hard to get the channel or volume to change. The pillows in my room were a bit dodgy (lumpy and broken down) and they all seemed to be the same firmness. I prefer a mix of pillows (some firm and some softer). and the ice machine on my floor was broken, which was inconvenient, especially after a long day. Breakfast was tasty and well-maintained, the room clean and tidy, and the staff were welcoming.

환경이 나쁘지 않고 근처에 슈퍼마켓과 버스가 있습니다. 문 밖 도로 양쪽에 묘지가 있습니다. 객실 시설은 괜찮은데 방음효과가 별로에요 특히 옆집에서 일찍 일어나서 일하러 가면 4시가 되면 소음이 많이 나고, 아이들과 함께 오래 사는 소리가 더 커집니다. 잘 자지 않으면 방을 바꾸지 않고 귀마개를 지불했습니다. 옆집의 시끄러운 방 변경은 유료입니다. 프론트 데스크의 일부 직원은 서비스 태도가 좋지 않습니다.
