"I can not begin to tell you how amazing our stay was. Beds, kitchen gadgets, house furnishings, location, outdoor extras... I literally can not say enough good things. The space and location are amazing!!" - Heather R.The Aspen Hollow Cabin is a clean, cozy, unique and thoughtfully decorated Black Hills vacation home featuring three main floor bedrooms. The master suite contains a king size bed and a private bathroom featuring a custom vanity and a beautiful, modern tiled walk-in shower, with easy access to the hot tub patio. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom has two twin beds. There is a second bath at the end of the hall on the main floor with another custom vanity, and a tiled tub and shower. "Comfortable beds, linens, and very clean with loads of “little things” that make all the difference when you’re far from home" - Gina M.The open concept main living area features a pet and kid friendly wood-look tile floor, new furniture, and plenty of seating for the whole family. It also boasts an airy, vaulted reclaimed wood ceiling that opens into the cozy treehouse-like loft for additional living space. The loft is the ideal setting to enjoy morning coffee or snuggle up with book, it also contains a full-sized futon for additional sleeping accommodations. The dining area has a large custom table with seating for everyone. Just off the kitchen and dining area is a secluded patio where you can use the propane grill to cook a meal or simply enjoy plenty of seating to cool off after a long day of exploring the Hills. Later, you can gather around the firepit to enjoy the cool, beautiful mountain evenings by telling stories, making S'mores, and enjoying beverages. If you're ready for a night out, there are well over a dozen great local restaurants, breweries, and wineries within a fifteen-minute drive. Modern architecture home with 2 bedroom and 2 bathrooms. Three miles to Sylvan Lake and Custer State Park. This is the closest home to Sylvan Lake for rent and no gravel roads to negotiate. The house is 3 miles from the town of Custer and is on 2 acres backed by forest service. The home was designed by Dutchish Design out of San Francisco over a two year period. A really unique home for the Black Hills. The home has concrete floors throughout and summertime overnight lows in the 50’s F so I did not have air conditioning installed. Open the windows at night to allow the cool air in and shut them during the day and all should be good! Enjoy all that the Black Hills has to offer by day and then tuck yourself away in this quite little home at night. Newly remodeled one bed, one bath apartment/duplex on close to two acres. The home sits in a valley on the north side of Custer. Out the back door is a small creek and access to the Mickelson Trail. Across the trail is a lovely view of Forest Service land. Unique property bordering the Black Hills National Forest on 3 sides with an easy access county road on the other, the cabin features a full bathroom, a full kitchen, a queen-sized bed in a studio setting, and a comfortable, reclining couch. Although just minutes from Custer, you're truly in the country with hundreds of thousands of connected Forest Service acres to explore or simply view from the front porch. The cabin makes a great location as a home base for touring the many sites of the Black Hills.The cabin is fully furnished with high-speed fiber internet (great work from home location), expansive DirecTv package (also Roku with guest mode to bring your own streaming channels, too), air conditioner, kitchen appliances, flatware, linens, towels, and everything needed for a comfortable stay. Professionally cleaned and laundered between stays.Rarely you'll find a single or couples cabin in the Hills on an acreage where you aren't sharing the property with other cabins and guests, but here you'll be completely alone as you'll have the entire property to yourself to experience the peace and tranquility of the Black Hills in a way you may not have thought was possible.
