Conveniently located just minutes from the airport & white sandy beaches and 10-15 minutes to the heart of Kona town, this vacation home has everything you need for a truly memorable stay in paradise! This rental is the upstairs unit of a two unit home with its own separate entrances. The upstairs unit boasts a beautiful outdoor lanai, 3 bedrooms and 2 baths with a spacious living room and kitchen. Enjoy luxury furnishings and beautiful artwork throughout the whole house. Equipped with complimentary coffee, ample toiletries, beach and snorkel gear, this house is set up for a truly comfortable and memorable stay. The large outdoor lanai calls you to sit back and relax, enjoying the ocean views and unbelievable sunsets!The master bedroom has a California King bed with a Tempur-Pedic mattress and sliding doors to the attached lanai, as well as a TV, walk-in closet, ceiling fan, and A/C unit. The en-suite bathroom has a large rain shower with all necessities such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash and a hair dryer for your convenience.The two additional bedrooms each have queen beds with Temur-Pedic mattresses. Each of these rooms have ceiling fans, A/C units, blackout curtains, and closets with clothes hangers, extra pillows and blankets.The second guest bathroom has a tub/shower combo stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash and more.The spacious kitchen and separate dining area are equipped with modern appliances and stocked with everything you need from pots and pans to coffee makers and blenders. Beautiful and peaceful two bedroom home with an ocean view and convenient location. Located 7 minutes from the airport and 5 miles from town. Easy access to beaches, grocery stores, and everything Kona has to offer. This two bedroom space is the second floor of a completely separated two story home to which you have your own private parking and entrance. Kitchen is completely renovated with brand new appliances and many amenities to help make your stay more comfortable. Spacious dinning table to enjoy meals with your loved ones, California King bed in the master bedroom, and a queen bed in the adjacent bedroom. Brand new Samsung washer and dryer located in the bathroom for your convenience. Massive sectional sofa in the spacious living room with a 55" smart TV and of course free WIFI. You will have a hard time beating the beautiful private wrapping lanai where you can relax and watch Kona's magical sunsets or even sit down at the outdoor desk and conquer tasks with the ocean as your background. Owner lives on the first floor but is gone most of the day and will definitely give you your desired privacy. But also close by should you need anything or have any questions. As a new Hawaiian law requires we are legal and hosted STVR (short term vacation rental). Tired after long flight no worries we are located just a few miles from the airport so no need to travel more! This unit is separate from our main house , it is stand alone ohana. We have created our private suite to be clean, comfortable and affordable home base for your Big Island vacation. We have renovated this unit with all our love and our utmost priority was to provide you a seamless, worry free vacation with all the luxuries we could fit in. When we picked out materials, linens and furniture. the priority was always quality, cohesiveness as supposed to what was the cheapest. We are looking for guests who appreciate quality. My husband worked hard from the floor to the ceiling all is hand made by him. ENJOY this high end fully furnished studio. This unit has a cozy queen sized bed, twin sofa sleeper and twin ottoman. In addition, enjoy the beautiful artwork, textiles and games for down time in a room. 🏝🌈A bamboo Kitchenette with cooktop, microwave oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, tea pot, toaster, as well as cooking and serving utensils. In the living area enjoy band new smart TV and cable and free WiFi.We are located at 1,150 feet above sea level, this elevation is perfect for escaping the heat of downtown, and cooling off after a day at the beach. Less than 10 min from the airport, 15 min to Kona, 15 min to world class beach "Kua Bay", 40 min to Kealakekua Bay and Waipo Valley, 55 min to the base of Mauna Kea. The property is perfectly situated between the best beaches to the north and south of the Kona Golden Coast, with close approximately to Hilo.Here are some activities you may consider to do during your vacation:- Mauna Kea hiking and stargazing at night 🏃‍♀️- White Sand Beaches: Magic Sands Beach Park (La'Aloa), Kahaluu Beach Park, Kua Bay- Green Sand Beach and Black Sand Beach🏖- Waipo Valley and Pololu Valley hikes- Kealakekua bay / 2 steps snorekling / diving- Helicopter Tours (here you can see lava flowing)🚁- Manta Ray night snorkeling, diving- Soaring thru tropical area on Ziplines- Hilo (historical town)- Famous Kona Coffee tasting ☕️ or chocolate made on Big Island- National Parks -Flumin’ Kohala The list goes on and on..Kailua-Kona has several world renowned events, including the Ironman World Championship Triathlon in October, and the International Billfishing Tournament in August, along with ongoing outdoor athletic events. A beautiful & private home on 1 acre in Kona Palisades! Our home is in an ideal location at nearly 1,400 ft. elevation to take advantage of cooler temperatures, while being just minutes from the airport, beaches, and Kailua-Kona town (driving minutes, not walkable).Enjoy a vaulted living room ceiling, 2 covered lanais, and thoughtful finishes throughout our home. Set on a single level, the home features 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms, with a spacious roundabout driveway and green grassy lawns.Caretaker lives on property.The space:Spacious and open concept 1,500 sq. ft floor plan, plus two large lanais for outdoor relaxing. The two dining tables seat 8 people, as well as 4 person seating at the kitchen counter bar. The primary bedroom has space for a pack-n-play crib as well as a large walk-in closet. Both bathrooms have showers - no bathtubs. Please note: there is no air conditioning as the climate is temperate year round.The property is 1 acre with two terraces of green grassy lawns.
