Kahalu'u Beach Park is a prime spot for snorkeling, surfing and relaxing on the sandy beach. The beach is literally right walk across the street. Enjoy amazing ocean views from your private lanai, a spectacular infinity pool, hot tub and bbq area. This meticulous 2 bedroom/2 bath unit is nicely decorated with an island style theme, quality furnishings, new appliances and everything you need to make your Hawaii vacation experience exceptional.This condo is on the ground floor, with easy access from the parking area to the front door. A full kitchen, well stocked so you can cook your meals at home and eat on the lanai while enjoying the view. The ensuite master bedroom offers a king size bed with ocean view and a slider connecting to the lanai. From the lanai you can watch the sunsets, check the surf and enjoy the swaying palm trees and tropical breezes. Known for world class snorkeling with beautiful coral reefs, bright fish, sea turtles & a super fun ~ surf break. Historic Saint Peters Church, surf lessons, sandy & lava beach, life guards, a pavilion, picnic tables & restrooms are all a part of the neighboring action. Wake up & walk across the street barefoot, jump in with your mask & swim with some frisky fish or catch a wave all before breakfast on your view lanai, while you plan out your day of Big Island Adventures. This luxury & laid back property has gorgeous finishes throughout, furnished with fine woods, koa, bamboo, teak, rattan & all things tropical. Our "Hale Honu" (turtle house) is a rare find in Kona. There are many ocean view homes in Kona but very few beach front properties. You can walk out the back door to your own semi-private beach and drop yourself in the sand. Watch the whales, dolphins and manta rays. Turtles find this beach a quiet and peaceful resting place so enjoy them from a distance as they sleep on the sand. A few minutes down the beach you will see native Hawaiian Petroglyphs and Heiau's. You will not have to leave the property to enjoy all the amazing culture. Look out over the grassy lawn from your lanai that previews the tropical shrubbery where your own path to the beach only a few steps away. The beach is an oasis to put on reef walker shoes and explore the home of Hawaiian sea turtles or to spread out beach chairs or mats and share some first-class beach time with those you love. All sorts of tropical birds are attracted to the lush tropical growth in our location and will often wait for a treat just off the lanai. Direct Oceanfront 2BR/2BA Townhouse with Pool and Pickleball & Tennis Courts

This is a beautiful 2 Bedrooom / 2 Bath townhouse directly on the oceanfront at the Keauhou Kona Surf & Racquet Club. This is a gated community with 4 lighted pickleball/ 3 tennis courts, swimming pool, and community BBQ & picnic areas. There is no air conditioning in the unit. There is a nice breeze from the ocean with the windows open and each bedroom has a ceiling fan and a stand-up fan, if desired. At night it can be cool with the ceiling fan and you might need a blanket! Since it is located directly on the oceanfront there is the possibility of the lanai being closed off when the civil defense issues a high surf warning. The complex management will close up the lanai area to protect the townhouse from the surf. In December 2022, the townhouse had a major renovation. The kitchen was entirely remodeled installing new cabinets and counters, new recessed lighting and new appliances. The laundry facilities are upstairs in the bathroom which has a large shower at the end of the room with a large window overlooking the ocean. The living room, kitchen, bathrooms and stairs have been tiled with travertine. New mattresses were installed in all the bedrooms in May 2019. The downstairs bathroom had a remodel of the shower in August 2019. Living room, dining room and stairwell were freshly painted in March 2021!Let the soft breeze and ocean waves lull you to sleep in the Makai (toward the ocean) Master Bedroom, furnished with a King bed and cable TV. The tropical Mauka (mountain side) bedroom has two twin beds, and teak and bamboo furnishings. Keeping to our motto 'Just Say No to Rugs,' this townhouse sports bamboo hardwood flooring in the bedrooms and tile throughout the ground floor.From the ground floor Lanai you can watch Spinner Dolphins swim the coastline daily, whales breaching during their migration and incomparable sunsets with the ocean waves literally breaking in front of you. If you were staying anywhere closer you'd be swimming!Located in the upscale Keauhou area this is a highly desirable, quiet, family-friendly and gated 14 acre garden community featuring 3 lighted tennis courts (tennis pro available), a swimming pool that was fully refurbished in October 2016 and nicely done community BBQ and picnic areas. Walk to Kahalu’u Beach Park (ranked among the best snorkeling reefs in the Islands) and to the nearby Keauhou shopping center for shops, dining, cinema, groceries, local Farmer's market and free Hula and local community entertainment weekly. Excellent golfing is available at the adjacent Kona Country Club Ocean Golf Course or take the day off and watch the local surfers “shred” a few waves. This is an excellent and safe walking area with many sights, open expanses of coastline and minimal automobile traffic. The area is great for strolling and rich in historical landmarks and heiau (temples), one of which is adjacent to the unit. This area was once the home of the Ali'i (Hawaiian chiefs) and the waters were once reserved for use only by royalty! This is a wonderful retreat you are sure to enjoy! Upstairs is the master bedroom with a king size bed, second bedroom features double twin beds and a second full bathroom with tub/shower. Townhouse has air conditioners located both upstairs and downstairs to keep you cool and comfortable. We are in a great location next to the swimming pool, barbecue area & tennis courts and a short walk to the sandy beach. Our assigned parking stall is located directly outside the front door with visitor parking located next to the assigned parking or across the parking lot. Keauhou Kona Surf and Racquet club is located on Ali'i Drive near the Keauhou Boat Harbor where you can take snorkeling or kayaking tours, near golf courses and the Keauhou Shopping Center. We are a short drive to Kahalu'u Beach Park (popular for snorkeling), Magic Sands Beach Park (popular for swimming and surfing), Pahoehoe Beach Park (oceanside oasis for picnics or sunsets) and several shopping centers and restaurants in Kona. Unit 195Our ABSOLUTE OCEANFRONT corner unit (#195) has a spectacular 180-degree view of the Pacific & Kona Coast. While relaxing on the lanai (patio), enjoy watching yellow tang fish floating in the bay, green turtles grazing on the rocks, the spinner dolphins leaping (typically mornings), and the humpback whales offshore (during the winter birthing/mating season). Experience sunsets year-round and let the sound of the waves relax you. Our 1-bedroom (with new Cal King bed) plus large sitting room, 2-bath unit is fully equipped with everything you will need to have a relaxing and memorable vacation. Remodeled kitchen with new appliances. Free high-speed Wifi & telephone (local, U.S., Canada, Mexico, China, & EU). We are directly adjacent to a salt & pepper beach. At the far north end, lots of tide pools with critters & petroglyphs. At the closer south end, at high tide, if the waves are calm, then experienced & fit snorkelers (with a buddy, never alone!) can find a variety of sea life. However, if a novice and/or the seas are rougher, then the Kahaluu state beach (just ~ 5 to 10 minute walk north of our bay) is full of sea life and a safer location (with a protective ancient seawall & lifeguards). We provide lots of extras: shampoo & conditioner, laundry detergent, dishwashing soap, beach towels, snorkel gear, a cooler, boogie boards, & beach chairs, etc. This unit is surfside-immersed with extensive jalousie windows letting the sea breeze & sounds drift upon you as readily as the light of sunsets or moonbeams (ceiling fans; no air conditioning).Location: Our townhouse is located in Keauhou-Kona Surf & Racquet Club, a private 16-acre gated community ~5 miles south of downtown Kona. The complex offers 3 pro-grade lighted tennis courts (with tennis pro access and a pickleball option; please remember to bring non-marking tennis court shoes), a large swimming pool, a volleyball court, BBQ pits & gas grills. The grounds are lush with beautiful flowers. We are also within walking distance to Kona Country Club for golf (reduced rates if a Surf & Racquet guest) and the Keauhou Shopping Center with grocery & drug stores, restaurants, movie theater, & a walk-in medical clinic….plus on Saturday mornings, visit their farmer’s market with local produce, Kona coffee, flowers, & fish. 호텔은 하와이 열대 스타일로 좋은 환경을 가지고 있으며 2018 년 봄 축제와 씨는 오다오에 살기 위해 이곳에 왔습니다. 당시 같은 1베드룸 빌라를 예약했는데 체크인할 때 침실이 2개 있는 것을 발견했습니다(무료 업그레이드라는 말을 듣지 못했고, 두 사람이 2개 방으로 업그레이드할 필요가 없었습니다). 그래서 이번에는 친구와 부부와 함께 큰 섬을 여행하고 1 베드룸 빌라를 예약했습니다. 체크인하고 침실이 있다는 것을 알았습니다. 친구와 부부는 홀의 소파 베드에서 살 수 있습니다. 이 사실을 알고 우리는 힐로에 살기로 결정했습니다. 가격은 저렴합니다. 검은 해변, 녹색 해변, 카이나 전망대, 화산 공원에 가면 시간이 많이 절약됩니다. 호텔 근처에 쇼핑 센터가 있으며 위치가 매우 좋으며 일몰을 보는 것이 특히 좋습니다. 선택할 수있는 많은 레스토랑이 있으며 일몰 레스토랑은 좋은 환경을 갖추고 있으며 일몰을 보는 것은 훌륭하지만 요리는 매우 일반적입니다.
