Kahalu'u Beach Park is a prime spot for snorkeling, surfing and relaxing on the sandy beach. The beach is literally right walk across the street. Enjoy amazing ocean views from your private lanai, a spectacular infinity pool, hot tub and bbq area. This meticulous 2 bedroom/2 bath unit is nicely decorated with an island style theme, quality furnishings, new appliances and everything you need to make your Hawaii vacation experience exceptional.This condo is on the ground floor, with easy access from the parking area to the front door. A full kitchen, well stocked so you can cook your meals at home and eat on the lanai while enjoying the view. The ensuite master bedroom offers a king size bed with ocean view and a slider connecting to the lanai. From the lanai you can watch the sunsets, check the surf and enjoy the swaying palm trees and tropical breezes. This is a very special property within a treasure of history, located across the street from Kahalu'u Bay & Beach Park on the mauka side of Ali'i Drive. Known for world class snorkeling with beautiful coral reefs, bright fish, sea turtles & a super fun ~ surf break. Historic Saint Peters Church, surf lessons, sandy & lava beach, life guards, a pavilion, picnic tables & restrooms are all a part of the neighboring action. Wake up & walk across the street barefoot, jump in with your mask & swim with some frisky fish or catch a wave all before breakfast on your view lanai, while you plan out your day of Big Island Adventures. This luxury & laid back property has gorgeous finishes throughout, furnished with fine woods, koa, bamboo, teak, rattan & all things tropical. This is a 3 story bright & breezy beach house with stunning ocean views, wrap around lanais on both upper living levels & high vaulted ceilings. You'll love the location and the views from the lanai. You can enjoy sunrises and sunsets, depending on the time of year, as well as water views year round. Situated steps (160 m to be exact) from Kahalu'u Bay, which has one of the best snorkelling beaches in Hawaii on the south side, and surfing on the north side. You can watch the surfers in Kahalu'u bay and boats going up and down the coast, from the lanai. The two bedrooms are separated for privacy, with the primary bedroom having a full ensuite and the second bedroom has a full bathroom located directly across the hall.Located about a half mile from the Keauhou Shopping Plaza, which has just about everything you need or want. For boogey boarding, we're only a mile from Magic Sands aka White Sands Beach.The newly renovated kitchen (December 2022) which includes quartz countertops, has everything you'll need. There is a new induction cooktop, a new combination convection microwave for heating, baking or roasting, as well as a rice cooker, instant pot & air fryer. We haven't forgotten the blender for your morning smoothies and afternoon margaritas, as well as a coffee maker. Inside you'll find a dining table, couch, recliner and TV, but you'll want to spend your time on the lanai, which has a teak table and comfy chairs. If you are concerned about the lack of reviews, you can find more on another popular site that can't be named here, where we have the same property name.Please be aware is no elevator, this is a third floor walk up (two flights). If you have difficulty with stairs, this is not the place for you. Unfortunately we do not provide coffee, tea or any food gor our guests. The condo comes with all the essentials you need for an awesome vacation in Hawaii. It is also steps away from the condo pool which has Grills and a gorgeous view of the Ocean. Meticulously appointed and private, the views and location are spectacular. The Guardian newspaper has listed Kona Moana Hale as one of the Top Beach Houses in the World. Completely renovated, this updated home has hardwood floors, granite countertops, koa cabinets, stainless steel appliances, air conditioning, iHome docking stations, Bose outdoor speakers with Bluetooth receiver (to pair your own devices and play music), iTouch pre-loaded with various Hawaiian music, wireless internet, full size washer/dryer, brand new California king bedroom set, luxurious bedding, hdtv plasma in great room and bedroom, gas bbq, teak lounges, etc etc. All lights are on dimmers so you can create your own environment and mood. There's even an indoor switch to light up the water at night to create a spectacular view!Ideally located overlooking Kahaluu Beach, you are within feet of the best snorkeling and surfing on the island. (If you do surf or stand up paddleboard, you can paddle straight out and be in the break in less than 5 minutes.) Dolphin sightings are quite common. During winter months, whales can be seen daily as they swim by.Uniquely situated on a 9000 sq ft oceanfront lot, this home is a one-of-a-kind. You will experience complete privacy with expansive views up and down the coast. (We also own the property next door where you are free to pick papayas, bananas, etc. or just sit and watch the sunset.) This luxury Kona vacation rental is an upper level, center unit with an extended outdoor lanai perfect for taking in those awe-inspiring morning ocean views while you sip your Kona coffee. When breakfast begins to call your name, you can traverse through the sliding glass doors of your lanai, venture across the spacious open-concept living room, and begin to whip up a meal that will perfectly fuel you for the day. The living room looks towards the primary bedroom, which features an ensuite, private lanai access, and a walk-in shower. 호텔은 하와이 열대 스타일로 좋은 환경을 가지고 있으며 2018 년 봄 축제와 씨는 오다오에 살기 위해 이곳에 왔습니다. 당시 같은 1베드룸 빌라를 예약했는데 체크인할 때 침실이 2개 있는 것을 발견했습니다(무료 업그레이드라는 말을 듣지 못했고, 두 사람이 2개 방으로 업그레이드할 필요가 없었습니다). 그래서 이번에는 친구와 부부와 함께 큰 섬을 여행하고 1 베드룸 빌라를 예약했습니다. 체크인하고 침실이 있다는 것을 알았습니다. 친구와 부부는 홀의 소파 베드에서 살 수 있습니다. 이 사실을 알고 우리는 힐로에 살기로 결정했습니다. 가격은 저렴합니다. 검은 해변, 녹색 해변, 카이나 전망대, 화산 공원에 가면 시간이 많이 절약됩니다. 호텔 근처에 쇼핑 센터가 있으며 위치가 매우 좋으며 일몰을 보는 것이 특히 좋습니다. 선택할 수있는 많은 레스토랑이 있으며 일몰 레스토랑은 좋은 환경을 갖추고 있으며 일몰을 보는 것은 훌륭하지만 요리는 매우 일반적입니다.
