Our townhome, in this oceanfront complex, exudes pride of ownership with beautiful & comfortable furnishings, art work, entertainment systems, items for beach use and the Aloha spirit in every room creating a home designed for comfort and relaxation! This is a highly desirable, quiet, family-friendly and gated 14 acre garden community with cultural sites and the ocean only steps away. *We have a split zone air conditioning unit which comfortably cools the downstairs and both bedrooms upstairs!*The tropical setting, views from the resort and close proximity to the sand and surf will offer you all the comforts of a hotel (yet not the pricetag) with plenty of space to spread out and relax. You will also have the convenience of being able to prepare your meals in a fully prepped kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, stove, oven and more. Bring some of our beach chairs and a pitcher of your favorite drink and relax as you watch the sun slowly set beyond the horizon each evening and view the light in the sky dance and change hues moment by moment. Our guests also enjoy the convenience of a shopping center complete with restaurants, drug store, groceries, and more. Our "Hale Honu" (turtle house) is a rare find in Kona. There are many ocean view homes in Kona but very few beach front properties. Beautiful 3 bedroom 3 full bath in Keauhou's newest complex. Na Hale O Keauhou is the most sought after rental because you get resort style living right in the heart of Keauhou. H6 is located in the most private location with no pool or traffic noise from this unit. You still have ocean view from the master bedroom patio.Floor plan is great for guests who travel with elderly. There is a bedroom downstairs where the kitchen, dining, and living room is located. There is even an attached bathroom to the bedroom. Your elderly guest will have no reason to go upstairs.Originally purchased in December of 2012. Since then, we have improved it a lot. We've added new flooring, bedding's, small appliances, and even brand new flat screen television in each room. You will not find a cleaner unit!Change in ownership happened in May 2022 but still in great hands.At unit H6, you will enjoy the comforts of a King Bed in the master( new 2022), king bed ( new in 2023) the second bedroom, and a Queen bed downstairs. There is also a pack n play and pull out sofa in our unit.Enjoy preparing dinner in our fully stocked kitchen or enjoy a nice meal in the lanai with a brand new bbq and furniture that was purchased in 2020.Location of this complex is also the best. We are a 15 minute walk from Kahaluu Beach where you have the best snorkeling on the Big Island. This is a beautiful 2 Bedrooom / 2 Bath townhouse directly on the oceanfront at the Keauhou Kona Surf & Racquet Club. This is a gated community with 4 lighted pickleball/ 3 tennis courts, swimming pool, and community BBQ & picnic areas. There is no air conditioning in the unit. There is a nice breeze from the ocean with the windows open and each bedroom has a ceiling fan and a stand-up fan, if desired. At night it can be cool with the ceiling fan and you might need a blanket! Since it is located directly on the oceanfront there is the possibility of the lanai being closed off when the civil defense issues a high surf warning. The complex management will close up the lanai area to protect the townhouse from the surf. In December 2022, the townhouse had a major renovation. The kitchen was entirely remodeled installing new cabinets and counters, new recessed lighting and new appliances. The laundry facilities are upstairs in the bathroom which has a large shower at the end of the room with a large window overlooking the ocean. The living room, kitchen, bathrooms and stairs have been tiled with travertine. New mattresses were installed in all the bedrooms in May 2019. The downstairs bathroom had a remodel of the shower in August 2019. Living room, dining room and stairwell were freshly painted in March 2021!Let the soft breeze and ocean waves lull you to sleep in the Makai (toward the ocean) Master Bedroom, furnished with a King bed and cable TV. The tropical Mauka (mountain side) bedroom has two twin beds, and teak and bamboo furnishings. Keeping to our motto 'Just Say No to Rugs,' this townhouse sports bamboo hardwood flooring in the bedrooms and tile throughout the ground floor.From the ground floor Lanai you can watch Spinner Dolphins swim the coastline daily, whales breaching during their migration and incomparable sunsets with the ocean waves literally breaking in front of you. If you were staying anywhere closer you'd be swimming!Located in the upscale Keauhou area this is a highly desirable, quiet, family-friendly and gated 14 acre garden community featuring 3 lighted tennis courts (tennis pro available), a swimming pool that was fully refurbished in October 2016 and nicely done community BBQ and picnic areas. Walk to Kahalu’u Beach Park (ranked among the best snorkeling reefs in the Islands) and to the nearby Keauhou shopping center for shops, dining, cinema, groceries, local Farmer's market and free Hula and local community entertainment weekly. Excellent golfing is available at the adjacent Kona Country Club Ocean Golf Course or take the day off and watch the local surfers “shred” a few waves. This is an excellent and safe walking area with many sights, open expanses of coastline and minimal automobile traffic. The area is great for strolling and rich in historical landmarks and heiau (temples), one of which is adjacent to the unit. This area was once the home of the Ali'i (Hawaiian chiefs) and the waters were once reserved for use only by royalty! This is a wonderful retreat you are sure to enjoy! 좋은 콘도 스타일 리조트로, 주방과 별도의 침실이 있어서 매우 좋았습니다. 모든 것이 깨끗하고 편안했지만 욕실과 주방은 약간 낡았고 새로 단장해야 했습니다. 직원들은 친절하고 도움이 되었고, 골프 카트로 픽업해 주었습니다. 해안으로 가는 길이 없어서 일몰을 볼 수 없었습니다. 하지만 부지는 잘 관리되어 있고 아름답습니다. 테니스와 피클볼이 이곳에서 매우 인기가 많고, 지역 클럽에서 항상 경기를 하는 듯합니다. 프런트 데스크에 장비가 있지만, 경기를 할 코트를 구하는 것이 어렵습니다. 리조트에는 쿨러, 해변 의자와 우산, 어린이 장난감, 그리고 하루 동안 가져갈 수 있는 다른 해변 용품이 있습니다. 매우 사려 깊었습니다. 우리는 멋진 시간을 보냈고 리조트를 추천하고 싶습니다.
