Enjoy shopping and entertainment and come home to our tropical paradise with private pool, Jacuzzi, Tiki bar and many more amenities.The spaceYou'll absolutely love the 3,470 sq ft two story home! Upon entering the home, you will be delighted to see the billiards room boasting of a beautiful pool table and smart TV. Next to the billiards room, you will find the large formal dining room in which to dine with your favorite people. Common spaces include a living room with 65 inch TV and a large reclining sectional. The kitchen is attractive and fully stocked and has an island for preparing and serving delectable cuisine and a bar for mixing favorite drinks. Both Keurig and drip coffee makers are ready to brew your favorite coffee. The breakfast nook adjacent to the kitchen is encircled with large windows and offers a great view of the backyard tropical paradise. The hotel was exceptionally clean. It was quiet and the staff was very friendly. It was in a great location near camelback ranch. The only complaint is that the pool was green and smelled dirty and the bottom of the pool was very worn. The jacuzzi wasn’t working and breakfast was bland.

(We border Avondale to our south side, Glendale to our north, and Goodyear to our west ) close to 5 spring training stadiums and Cardinals football stadium. 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, 1 King and 1 Queen sized beds on the ground floor with a private entrance and a patio. Desert Breeze Condominium is a convenient gated community 5 minutes from Cardinals State Farm Football Stadium. Community amenities are Heated pool with hot tub, outdoor community gas grills, fitness room.Condo has highspeed internet included9 foot ceilings make it feel very spacious.sofa, dining room table and 4 chairs, 2 bar stools, towels, pool towels, sheets, Keurig coffee maker, dressers, bed frames, night stands, tv stand, and rugs. Laundry is fully equipped and up to date. Shower/tub combo in both bathrooms.Desert Breeze Condos are very convenient to several sports venues , shopping and the new Vai resort /venue. Located close to Loop 101 at Indian School Rd on the West side of Phoenix. Only 2.5 miles from the Dodgers and White Sox Camelback Ranch Spring Training facility.Only 4 miles from Westgate shopping center and the Cardinals Stadium! ***Due to the popularity of Desert Breeze Villas we have a minimum stay requirement of 7 days!Our gated resort style condo comes with everything you need to enjoy your stay in Phoenix! The pool view from the balcony will really make you feel like you’re on vacation. Being 3 miles from State Farm Stadium and the Westgate Entertainment District you will never run out of things to do! You will also be 15 minutes from downtown Phoenix and 30 minutes from Scottsdale. Nearby hike: Estrella Mountain Regional Park.The space:The condo complex is in a gated community, the code for the gate will be given 24 hours prior to your arrival. Once you go through the gate there is a FREE designated parking spot right in front of the condo. Parking spot number will be disclosed before arrival. The unit is on the second floor, away from the busy highway, and looks over the sparkling salt water pool. When you get to our unit you will see a lockbox attached to the railing near the door. The code for the lockbox will be given 24 hours prior to your arrival. The key in the lockbox will unlock the front door and there is a keypad to unlock the main door, code will also be given 24 hours prior as well.When you walk into the condo you will see a guestbook and a few itineraries outlining the attractions in the area. The unit is complete with a washer and dryer, which is to the left when you walk in, through the pull-out doors. The condo is complete, with a fully stocked kitchen and bathroom. The master bedroom is complete with a king bed, walk-in closet, dresser, and small TV with Roku. In the living room there is a dining table that seats 4, smart TV with Roku, and a couch with an extra bed that pulls out and sleeps 2 people. You have access to the balcony from the living room and the master bedroom. On the patio you will have 2 chairs and a table that makes it easy to enjoy the scenic view of the pool and complex.Enjoy your stay and please let us know if you have any questions!Guest access:Entire condo is yours with one parking spot! You will also have access to the pool, hot tub, and onsite gym. You are welcome to use any of the grills throughout the complex.
