Located in serene Tyrolian Village, with an unobstructed view of Diamond Peak ski resort and Tahoe National Forest. Surrounded by mountains and a forested greenbelt, footsteps away from hiking and biking trails. This townhome features an open great room with wood-burning stone fireplace and a fully stocked kitchen with a large center island. Everyone in the room can enjoy the high speed wifi and large flat screen TV. There are 2 large decks to BBQ, or just relax and watch the sunrise and moonrise. 3 private bedrooms are located downstairs. A mudroom with level entry is on the ground floor, along with full size washer and dryer. Per local regulations, max occupancy is 4 persons and 1 overnight car.Winter Activities: Family-friendly Diamond Peak Ski Area is a 2-minute drive. We are also close to Mt. Rose Ski Area, Heavenly, Northstar and Squaw Valley resorts. Cross country ski trails and fun sledding can be found at nearby Tahoe Meadows or Spooner Lake. A 4-wheel drive vehicle is recommended in the winter. Summer activities: Incline Creek trail is a short walk away and is fantastic for hiking and mountain biking. It is a 5-mile path that extends from Mt. Rose thru Diamond Peak...The Tahoe East Shore Trail (formerly the Incline to Sand Harbor Bike Path) is a spectacular three-mile paved path that provides a new opportunity for the community to experience the natural beauty of the eastern shore of Tahoe. This is truly a gem! *There is a max of 5 people including children/babies in the home at any time. There are absolutely no exceptions.*Please note this home has a steep driveway and you will need AWD, 4WD or chains to access during the winter.*Please note: We have had multiple inquiries on an outdoor grill, unfortunately we are in a very high bear zone and outdoor cooking, and leaving a grill will encourage even more activity.We appreciate all guests being respectful of the property and the neighbors.
