Located in serene Tyrolian Village, with an unobstructed view of Diamond Peak ski resort and Tahoe National Forest. Surrounded by mountains and a forested greenbelt, footsteps away from hiking and biking trails. This townhome features an open great room with wood-burning stone fireplace and a fully stocked kitchen with a large center island. Everyone in the room can enjoy the high speed wifi and large flat screen TV. There are 2 large decks to BBQ, or just relax and watch the sunrise and moonrise. 3 private bedrooms are located downstairs. A mudroom with level entry is on the ground floor, along with full size washer and dryer. Per local regulations, max occupancy is 4 persons and 1 overnight car.Winter Activities: Family-friendly Diamond Peak Ski Area is a 2-minute drive. We are also close to Mt. Rose Ski Area, Heavenly, Northstar and Squaw Valley resorts. Cross country ski trails and fun sledding can be found at nearby Tahoe Meadows or Spooner Lake. A 4-wheel drive vehicle is recommended in the winter. Summer activities: Incline Creek trail is a short walk away and is fantastic for hiking and mountain biking. There are two living areas, The first one has a stone fireplace, sofa, love seat, chair, rocker & Flat screen HD T.V . DVD player & DVD's. The other one has a Gas Fireplace, Large sofa, chairs & Flat Screen HD T.V., DVD player, VHS Player & VHS tapes. There are 3 decks, one large one with the hot tub, one off the Kitchen & Master Bedroom with a view of the Forest Preserve behind, and at the front of the house a huge 24 x24 deck with a view of the mountains & at sometimes of the year a peek of the lake. We call this our 'outdoor' living room. It has 2 love seat & 4 big chairs, an a large table and chairs. Our gourmet kitchen is a joy to work in with granite counter tops and lots of space, stainless appliances, including a 5 burner cook top, double oven, wine cooler, microwave and French door refrigerator. The kitchen is outfitted with just about everything you will ever need during your stay.The lay out of the house is as follows: The Upstairs has a King Master Bedroom with a Gas Fireplace & Granite Bathroom. Also Upstairs is a Double Bedroom & Queen Bedroom sharing a Granite Bathroom. Downstairs there is a Master Bedroom with a king bed and Granite Bathroom. Also a Double bedroom & a Queen Bedroom sharing a Granite Bathroom. We have a full laundry, Wi Fi, plus several large HDTV's. There is a nice hot tub on the lower deck. Our home gives everyone privacy and space. We are 1.2 miles from the lake, approximately 1.5 miles from the Hyatt, Chateau, & Championship Golf Course. 3 miles to diamond peak ski area, 5 miles to Crystal Bay Casinos. Our home is ready for you regardless of the time of year. With its high cathedral ceiling the living room is a spacious and a wonderful place to relax. It has an open kitchen, a large teak dining table with 6 chairs, comfortable sofa and a gas fireplace. The house is situated in the higher part of Incline Village. Wake up from a restful night sleep and open your blinds to start the day with gazing over the lake.The house: It consist of 3 floors. On the ground floor you will have 2 bays to park your car(s) (2 cars max). From the entrance on the ground floor you walk up the stairs to the floor with the 2 bedrooms. There is one master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. This room has plenty of space to add an air mattress or crib (not provided in the house). On this same floor you will find the second bedroom and the second bathroom. This bathroom is accessible from the hallway, so no need to go through the second bedroom. You also find the washer and dryer on this floor. From the second floor you walk up the stairs to the third floor (top floor) where you find the living room, dinning area an kitchen. The kitchen has everything you need to cook (and eat) a wonderful meal. It has an electric stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, coffee maker and toaster. The gas fire place adds a nice nuance for a cozy winter evening and on a nice day you can sit out on the balcony. Both the couch (queen) and the love seat (single) in the living room pull out as beds.Sorry, no pets allowed in the house.No street parking allowed Incline Village is a wonderful town with nice restaurants and bars. The lake is a few minutes away from the house for plenty of summer activities (swimming, boating, canoeing, etc.). There are also many nice hiking trails very nearby. In the winter the slopes are there for you. Diamond Peak is only 5 minutes away. Mt rose about 15 and NorthStar 25 minutes. Alpine, Squaw and Heavenly are all 45 minutes away. And the nice plus: your car is parked in the bay, so no snow to remove before you want to hit the slopes. Access to the private beaches in Incline Village available for a fee.
