Views of the Gulf and panoramic views of Destin’s East Pass extending up the coastline of beautiful Okaloosa Island. This is one of the large 1-bedroom units which provides extra space and an extra large 18x9 balcony that protrudes out to give you the extra privacy that you will appreciate. This large balcony has counter-height table and chairs where everyone can enjoy unobstructed western views of the beautiful sunsets and firework displays.This fully furnished and newly remodeled condo has white ceramic tile throughout the main living area, luxury LVP flooring in the bedroom, brand new kitchen cabinets with cooking island and 2 stools, stainless steel appliances and microwave. Dining area seats 4 with beautiful views of the East Pass through the new, top quality, sliding glass doors. The extra space in this condo between the dining area and the living room provides room for a new queen pull-down murphy wall bed with a comfortable 12-inch mattress and built-in desk. In the living room, a large new sectional sofa has a queen pop-up sleeper to accommodate another guest or two. Also, a huge 65-inch flat screen tv with cable and wifi.Master bedroom features a brand new king size bed and mattress, ceiling fan, flat screen tv and a large walk-in closet providing plenty of storage. The bathroom has a new tiled walk-in shower and a washer/dryer tucked away out of sight.Although 4 guests are recommended for this condo, it will sleep and seat 6 as necessary for those larger families. Jetty East is a popular beach-front condominium on Holiday Isle, the best location in Destin, where you can easily stroll up the pure white sand on the Gulf shoreline to the jetties to watch the fishing boats, dolphins and snorkel in the clear emerald colored waters.Jetty East Amenities: 900 feet of pure white sand beach with the emerald colored Gulf water right outside the door. 2400 sq. ft. Pool with sun deck, hot tub, beautiful covered beachfront pavilion with charcoal grills, tennis courts, pickle ball, fitness room, kid’s activities, music entertainment, shuffleboard and covered parking.Hurricane Policy: If the state or local government orders a mandatory evacuation for the particular area where the property is located AND you don’t stay at the property, you will receive a full refund for the nights the mandatory evacuation order is in place. Any refunds will be processed within 30 days after the event is over. Please be advised that we cannot promptly respond to support tickets during times of emergency.

이 힐튼 홈 2 스위트는 정말 훌륭합니다. 나는 별도의 침실을 예약했습니다. 방은 넓고 냉장고는 크고 식기와 식기 세척기가 있습니다. 방은 깨끗하고 위치는 좋았습니다. 해변까지 도보로 5 분도 채 걸리지 않았습니다. 이 해변에 갔을 때 일출과 일몰을 볼 수 있습니다. 주차 공간이 많습니다. 아침 식사는 많지 않지만 맛있습니다. 일반적으로 다시 갈 때이 호텔을 예약합니다.
