Our place is a newly renovated unit in a multifamily house. We are an 8-10 minute walk from the Journal Square PATH Train Station that takes you into NYC in as little as 10 minutes. We are also under 5 minutes walk from multiple eateries and supermarkets, and a 3-5 minute walk from the Jersey City cultural street of Indian Square. Our place is newly renovated and provides you a comfortable place to relax and unwind, while still being close enough to the action and liveliness of the city.Please note this is a **NO SHOES PROPERTY**. There is a shoe rack in the lobby directly outside the entrance to the unit. Thank you! We are located on a relatively quiet tree-lined street for city/urban standards - rest assured you will be living in a central area close to the action, but will also be able to get a good night's sleep.There is free street parking on our street and surrounding streets but only for 2 hours at a time, and the city requires a permit if you park on the street overnight. We have one parking space on our property driveway that is available for booking for $5 a night, subject to availability on your dates. Please inquire if you are interested.This shared apartment has 4 private rooms available for booking, and a total of 3 full bathrooms. Max 2 guests are allowed per room. Two rooms have a dedicated or private bathroom, and two rooms share the main bathroom in the unit. 스위트 호텔은 뉴포트 패스(Newport Path)에서 도보로 10분 거리에 있으며, 바로 길 건너편에 허드슨강(Hudson River)이 있으며 맨해튼(Manhattan)이 보입니다. 객실에는 전자레인지, 가스레인지, 조리기구, 접시가 마련되어 있지만 세탁기는 없습니다. 청소는 체크아웃할 때 하셔야 합니다. 보통 목욕타월을 갈아주고 청소도 직접 하셔야 합니다. 프론트 데스크에는 매우 친절했던 아시아 여성이 있었습니다.

Path station 1~2분 거리에 위치 좋고 새로 지은 건물이라 깔끔합니다 room 크기도 큰 편이구요 그런데ᆢ 직원들 서비스 정말 엉망입니다 오후 2시에 호텔 도착했는데 4시 15분까지 로비에서 기다렸어요(3시 check in) 다른 투숙객들도 다 로비에서 계속 기다리게 했구요 사과도 없었구요 보통 가족이라 일행들이 같이 사용하는 connecting room 을 줘서 밤 늦게까지 옆방 이야기 소리ㆍ먹는 소리ㆍ전화소리ㆍTV소리 때문에 잠을 못 잤어요 5회이상 complain을 한 후에야 다음날 방을 바꿔줬어요 다시는 가지 않겠습니다 데스크 직원들 최악입니다
