This updated 1920 Bungalow brick home is conveniently located within walking distance of the University of Utah, and a short 15 minutes from the airport, and 30 minutes from popular ski resorts in Park city and Cottonwood canyon. The Trax station at Rice-Eccles Stadium is one street east - only 2 minutes away so there is no need to rent a car, but there is off street parking for two regular sized vehicles if you do bring a car.The VRBO Rental is for the main floor of this home. It is newly renovated and updated, with all brand new, tasteful furniture and has central air (cooling and heating), 2 bedrooms, 1 bathrooms, with 2 comfortable beds (one king, one queen), a 14 foot comfortable couch, 1 bath, full kitchen, access to washer&dryer, driveway parking, big screen HDTV with FuboTV, Hulu, Netflix, and Google Fiber WiFi.Fantastic place to come watch a football game - you can hear the stadium announcer from the front porch and walk to the stadium gates in less than 5 minutes.The Kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans, toaster, oven, microwave, coffee maker, etc.Convenient location on University street - come to drop off kids starting at the University, or for Salt Lake downtown conventions, or for Ski trips, or other activities at the University of Utah.The property is close (2 minute walk) to the TRAX station at Rice Eccles Stadium. You may not even need a rental car if you time it right, you can get around town or to the airport easily!Parking can be tricky in this area, street parking is by permit only but the south driveway is reserved for VRBO guests. It is a tight fit, but two regular sized cars can fit. Only one oversized vehicle will fit into the driveway space. A guest street parking permit can be requested at the time of booking but needs to be left at the home upon check out or there will be an additional fee ($100) to replace the guest pass. This home is zoned a duplex, there is a basement apartment with permanent renters, they have a separate entrance. The laundry is a shared space and the basment renters do not have access to the upstairs VRBO. We ask that there is quiet time from 10pm to 8am. Being so close to the University of Utah, and in a college area, there may be some late night celebrating nearby in the neighborhood. This is noticeable especially after the Utes win a football game! :) Keyless check-in and check-out makes for easy, safe access. Early check in or late checkout may be requested for an additional fee. 몇 가지를 말씀드리겠습니다. 1, 주차장이 넓고 무료 주차장이 있습니다. 2, 대학 옆, 주변 보안이 매우 좋고, 저녁 8시에 나가서 조용히 산책, 개도 본 적이 없습니다. 눈 덮인 산도 볼 수 있고 경치도 좋습니다. 3, 방에는 뜨거운 물병이 설치되어 있지 않고 전화를 걸어 프런트 데스크를 찾는 사람이 마침내 원을 얻었습니다. 그런 다음 침을 뱉으러 오십시오. 1. 어느 날 외출할 때 속옷을 싱크대에 놓고 잊어버렸습니다. 나는 돌아와서 웨이터가 욕실 바닥에 던진 것을 발견했습니다. 나는 매우 당황스러워서 직접 던졌다. 2, 조식이 매우 부실하여 국내 특급호텔 수준이다. 3, 호텔에 숙박하는 많은 사람들이 개를 데려오고 두 명과 함께하는 사람이 있으므로 상관없는 친구가 이것을 선택하는 것이 좋습니다. 4, 나무에는 욕조가 있으며 욕실은 매우 작습니다.

There is a bus stop a few houses down, and the Trax light rail system is within a mile, a 5-10 minute walk. The home has hardwood floors, central air (cooling and heating), 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, with 4 beds, 3 couches, 2 baths, full kitchen, washer&dryer, backyard with trampoline, driveway parking, front balcony with table and chairs, gas fireplace, big screen HDTV with Hulu, Netflix, Basic Cable, Blue-Ray/DVD player, and of course wifi.I stay downstairs when I have guests, with a separate entrance, I'm a musician who travels all over the world performing and am usually out until late at night when I'm in town.Many of my guests rent the place to drop off kids starting at the University, or for Salt Lake downtown conventions, or for Ski trips, or other University of Utah related visits.About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.Please be respectful and watch your kids..About customRules:No parties, no pets, no smoking, no extra guests. This lower level apartment has its own private entrance in the back and front of the house. There is a long driveway on the north side of the house, for parking up to 3 cars. The backyard is fully enclosed and is shared with the upstairs guests. Interior:There are 2 bedrooms with plush, luxury mattresses, pillows, and sheets. Both rooms have full-sized closets with hangers. An extra blanket is provided for each room.The bathroom is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and of course fresh towels, hand towels, and rags. Laundry is in the bathroom, detergent and dryer sheets are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with essentials you need to cook a full meal. If anything is missing, we encourage guests to reach out so that we can add the missing item to our inventory for their convenience and to improve the stay of all future guests. Basic cooking oils and spices are regularly stocked as well. There is a Keurig coffee maker- we also provide coffee, tea, and sugar.The living area has a 50" Roku TV so you can stream your favorite services/shows. There is a dedicated work space for traveling workers. The living area also has a few board games for family nights. There street parking along the south and east side of the house. The backyard is fully enclosed and is shared with the downstairs tenants. Keep in mind, you must go up a flight of stairs to get to the front door of the unit and there is a small step right inside the door. please be cautious when entering and watch your step.Interior:There is a bedroom with a plush, luxury mattress pad, pillows, and sheets. Both rooms have full-sized closets with plenty of hangers. The couch is a futon with extra sheets and blankets provided for additional guests. The second bedroom has been converted into a large office, perfect for guests working remotely.The bathroom is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash and of course fresh towels, hand towels, and rags. Other bathroom necessities like extra toothbrushes, toothpaste, floss, and more are provided for our guests' convenience.The kitchen is fully equipped with anything you would need to cook a full meal. Basic cooking oils and spices are regularly stocked as well. This unit is for coffee lovers – are 3 different coffee machines (including standard drip coffee)- we also provide coffee and sugar.The living area has a 48" Smart TV so you can cast your favorite streaming services/shows. Guest will need to login to their own accounts for steaming. If you book for an extended stay, there is plenty of storage space throughout the living area.The guest has access to a private laundry room in the unit. Laundry detergent and dryer sheets are regularly stocked.Guest access:There is a smart lock on the door. You will have full access to the upper unit and backyard. There will most likely be people downstairs.Other things to note:Check-in instructions will be sent to you on the morning of your arrival. If you need adjusted check-in/check-out times feel free to ask! We are happy to adjust when we are able.The water pressure is inconsistent because of the age of the house. 우리는 타호호에서 솔트레이크까지 차를 몰았기 때문에 긴 하루였습니다... 다행히 프런트 데스크가 매우 친절해서 오전 4시까지 예약을 보류해 주겠다고 했는데, 우리는 오전 1시 조금 지나서 도착했습니다. 방은 괜찮았지만, 약간 이상한 냄새가 났습니다(에어컨이요?). 유럽식 조식은 괜찮았지만, 아들과 내가 와플을 다 먹기 전에 와플 믹스가 다 떨어졌습니다. 그리고 체크아웃할 때까지 수영장과 온수 욕조에서 놀려고 했는데, 수영장은 청소나 뭔가로 닫혀 있었습니다... 전반적으로 약간 실망스러웠지만, 4인 가족에 109달러라는 가격표는 반박하기 힘들었습니다...

2박을 묵었습니다. 새로 리모델링을 마쳤는데, 객실이 너무 예뻐서 놀랐습니다. 큰 TV도 있었고, 남동향 객실이라 눈 덮인 산이 보였습니다. 깨끗하고 밝은 흰색 침구도 있었습니다. 수건은 새것만큼 새것 같지는 않았지만 깨끗했습니다. 내부는 모든 것이 새것처럼 보였습니다. 몇 년 된 것 같은 유일한 부분은 문과 욕조였습니다. 객실은 넓었습니다. 음식과 음료는 훌륭했고, 레스토랑과 바도 좋았습니다. 주차는 1박에 25달러였습니다. 전반적으로 훌륭한 숙박이었고, 꼭 다시 예약하고 싶습니다.

호텔은 눈길을 끄는 외관을 가지고 있으며 찾기 쉽습니다. 호텔 외부는 매우 아름다운 큰 단일 꽃잎과 이중 꽃잎 튤립으로 가득 차 있습니다. 객실의 하드웨어 시설은 매우 좋습니다. 우리는 정원 전망이 있는 객실 두 개를 예약했지만, 도로를 바라보는 객실 두 개를 받았습니다. 우리는 프런트 데스크에 연락했고, 그들은 객실이 이미 만실이라고 말했습니다. 이 답변은 분명 문제가 있습니다. 방향이 다른 두 객실의 가격은 다르고, 씨트립에서도 가든룸은 아직 예약 가능하다고 나와있습니다. 그 방은 2층에 있었는데, 큰길을 바라보는 발코니는 방음이 매우 형편없었습니다. 밤새도록 차들이 윙윙거리며 지나갔는데, 매우 시끄러웠습니다. 칫솔과 슬리퍼를 달라고 했는데 슬리퍼가 없다고 하네요. 서비스가 형편없었고, 판매에 대한 걱정도 없는 듯했습니다.

호텔은 셀프 체크인입니다. 객실은 고풍스러운 집과 같습니다. 들어가고 나면 조금 우울하지만 객실은 시설이 잘 갖추어져 있고 깨끗하고 깔끔합니다. 호텔의 위치는 훌륭합니다. 그 옆에는 거리 정원과 같은 광장이 있습니다. 저녁에 산책하기에 매우 적합합니다. 멀지 않은 곳에 큰 슈퍼마켓이 있습니다. 쇼핑과 식사가 매우 편리합니다.

모압 타운은 솔트레이크시티까지 차로 5시간 가까이 이동하지만 실제로는 6시간 이상 운전하고 중간에 쉬어야 하고 산길, 비, 밤이 있습니다. 이것은 매우 기억에 남는 장거리 여행입니다! 거의 새벽이 되어 호텔로 열렸는데 프론트 직원이 매우 우울한 것으로 추정됩니다. 왜 누군가가 새벽이 아닌 숙박을 할 수 있습니까? 호텔 환경은 나쁘지 않고 객실은 크고 아침 식사는 고전적인 미국 음식입니다! 체인 호텔도 장점이 있습니다. 표준화입니다!

It is a good hotel if it’s a one day trip. Everything is outdated in the hotel even the walls and door colors. Staff were very friendly and gentle so five stars to them. Try to have breakfast after 7 am, then you will get all the items otherwise just bread and coffee. One day we had at 6 am, it was disaster. Next time we had at 9pm, so I could order the bf meal @$10.99. It was good.

청결도에 대해서는 불평할 것이 없습니다. 1박만 머물렀고 청소는 보지 못했지만 방은 더럽지 않았고 조금 낡았을 뿐입니다. 환경은 정말 평균적입니다. 호텔 주변을 돌아다니면서 편의점도 보지 못했습니다. 근처에 문을 닫은 상점이 몇 군데 있고, 물 몇 병도 살 수 없습니다. 먹을 수 있는 유일한 방법은 아래층 스펜서(Spencer)인데 이곳의 새우는 특히 맛있고 신선합니다. 서비스는 기본적으로 정상적이며 특별히 좋거나 나쁜 것은 없습니다. 시설은 정말 보통 수준이고, 슬리퍼도 없고, 방에 있는 에어컨이 벽에 똑바로 서 있습니다. 켜면 소리가 최소 50데시벨이므로 밤에만 끌 수 있습니다. 솔직히 힐튼호텔이 이 사실을 미리 알았더라면 다른 브랜드를 예약했을텐데 힐튼호텔마다 물을 무료로 주지 않고 한병에 3달러인데 밖에서는 1달러 3달러 정도 하는 물이다. .

방도 넓고 주변 환경도 좋습니다. 공항과 가까운데도 방음이 매우 잘되어 소리가 전혀 들리지 않습니다. 그런데... 이 호텔 건물 모양이 너무 이상해요. 저는 2층에 살아요. 복도를 따라 2~3분 정도 걸어야 엘리베이터가 보이거든요. 그런 다음 엘리베이터를 타고 지그재그로 방으로 이동합니다. 5~6분동안 캐리어를 끌고다니는 느낌이었어요... 제가 본 호텔 중 엘리베이터가 로비에서 가장 먼 호텔이에요 😂

鹽湖城比較高端的酒店了。位於市中心，周圍有一些比較好的餐館，如牛排館，日本料理，等。此外，周圍銀行，超市都有，方便。酒店前台服務很好，我們預存了行李。酒店房間乾淨整潔顯得有一定檔次。但床還是太軟，睡不慣。淋浴水籠頭是固定在牆上的，使用不方便，美國酒店都是這樣的。沒有預訂早餐，但估計美式早餐都差不多！
