This is your 4-bedroom dream villa for your vacation! The house is very well decorated and is luxurious in every way. In the kitchen you will find everything you need to prepare a meal for your family and friends. It even has a separate wine-fridge. What more do you want! The dining room table is large enough to seat your group and in the living room, the seating is stylish and comfortable. The Master bedroom has a King bed, and the Master bathroom could be one from a five-star hotel. It has a very large walk-in shower and a huge stand-alone tub. You will also find a half bath on the first floor. On the second floor you will find the other three bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has a King and its own bathroom with a shower/tub combination. The other two bedrooms both have a Queen and share a bathroom, also with a shower tub combination. On the back porch there is a high top with chairs overlooking the Marina, so you can enjoy your drinks after an active day at the water. It also has a BBQ. In the garage you will find two Kayaks and life vests which you can use during your stay. And, last but not least, there is a commercial icemaker in the garage. So, no worries about your catch staying fresh (or your beer staying cold). The house offers free WIFI. If you bring a boat (we can accommodate boats up to 27 ft) you can rent a boat slip, which is located right behind the villa. This house has its own parking area across the street, so you can easily park your car and if necessary, your trailer(s).The community has a nice swimming pool with a large pool deck, which is located just two doors down from this villa. Welcome to Let’s Live Canal Cottage in Old Homosassa! Our three bedroom, two bath cottage is located on a canal off of the Homosassa River, with nearby gulf access. Bring your small boat or golf cart to enjoy the area. There is a boat ramp at McRaes’s down the road and your small boat can be stored at our dock. Culvert access to the Homosassa River. This property also includes use of five kayaks and two bicycles. Get in your kayak and go to dinner! We are just minutes away on a beautiful walk to The Shed at McRae’s, The Freezer, The Monkey Bar and Monkey Island. There are so many activities that are so easily accessible from this property. Come enjoy the manatees and everything the nature cost has to offer! Enjoy this little slice of heaven!**Guests must agree to a waiver upon booking for use of the dock, kayaks, and canal as requested by our homeowner's insurance. We are required to have a waiver for use of water and water related activities to maintain coverage. Waiver is available under "rental agreement" tab in this listing.Optional pull out bed guests (in master) available for small extra fee of $10. Please let us know upon booking if this will be needed as this bed is not prepared prior to all check ins and extra linens are not provided with stay. Experienced boaters who are familiar with their vessel and tides may fit a pontoon through the culvert, however, we are ideally set up for docking a fishing skiff. We are located two minutes from two boat ramps and ample daily parking if our dock cannot accommodate your vessel. *Please contact me about the size of your boat that you plan to dock before you book! Let’s make sure it fits and can access the river through the culvert! We are also a pet free property! Please note that scallop season is a very busy time at the cottage as well as in the area. We often host parties of six at the cottage and are generally fully booked from early July through August. We work diligently to try to accommodate early check in requests, but also always want to make sure the house is ideal for our next check in and our guests are happy. Early check ins and late departures for especially larger groups during this time are more difficult to accommodate. I just finished remodeling this water front duplex that is right across the street from The Freezer in Old Homosassa. One queen bedroom, one beautiful bathroom, full size kitchen with everything you need to cook, a screened in porch with rocking chairs, and a back porch with some chairs and a table. Located on a quiet culdesac but close to everything in Old Homosassa. Enjoy the nature from you back porch. This 2/2 water front property is Villa number 3 of 5 houses on 8 private acres that make up Homosassa Landing. Comes with access to a dock and room to park your trailer. This house was remodeled within the last two years so everything is still in like new condition. The house got new floors, paint, bathrooms, furniture and kitchen. The small kitchen everything you need to make basic meals. Has refrigerator, stove, oven, sink, traditional drip coffee maker, microwave and dishwasher. Basic linens such as bedding, bath towels and kitchen towels provided. Washer and dryer on site. Basic supply of toilet paper and paper towels provided. Stilt home right on the water overlooking Camp and Water. You can bring your boat and dock right on the property and there's plenty of room to park your trailer. We do not have a boat ramp on site, please DO NOT use Camp N Water’s boat ramp. It is reserved for their guests only and they will report you if you are caught using it. Thank you for your cooperation. There is a charcoal grill for you to use and enjoy however charcoal is NOT provided. Both bedrooms will have queen size beds. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. This house is simple and has everything you need for your stay. Plenty of parking available at the house. Enjoy walking around the property and explore everything that Homosassa has to offer. With other houses available on the same property, it's the perfect place for multiple families to vacation together while still having their own space. Walking distance to the heart of the action. Minutes from the boat ramp, The Monkey Bar, Florida Cracker Kitchen and so much more. Super affordable so why pay more? Park your boat, truck and trailer here with no issue. Needing a captain to take you to the scallop grounds or maybe a manatee trip I have a few of those as well. Laid back spot just off the main road. Build a fire in the fire pit, walk down to The Shed or MacRaes for an icy cold beverage and listen to the band.
