This is an 1880s Cottage in Woodbury, NY. Mostly original nanny house for the Guggenheim estate. This is an older home in the moutains, only an hour from NYC. It's well maintained, clean and rustic. The cottage has two bedrooms, one full bath, and a galley kitchen. The bathroom is on the second floor. The living room has a wood burning stove. The stove serves as supplemental heat in winter (firewood included.) Enjoy the amenities and outdoor activities that Central Valley has to offer, including hiking, canoeing, bike trails, skiing etc. The home is two miles from the Woodbury Commons Outlets. [Please note: The Westpoint Military Academy is a 25 minute drive. VRBO shows the US military acadamy as a 6 minute walk, however this indicates land owned by the military and not the actual campus.] Rooms are freshly painted and the original hardwood floors are refinished.
