This Unit has a great view of the pool. It is so relaxing to sit out on the deck and listen to the soft sounds of the water and see the beautiful pool and courtyard. This Unit is on the second floor and has new flooring throughout. Living room has cathedral celings with celing fan, sofa and loveseat, entertainment center with flat screen tv and dvd player. Dining room is open to the living room with cathedral ceiling, sliding glass doors that go out to the deck, and has a bar that seperates the kitchen, Kitchen and bar have granite counter tops, microwave, full size refrigerator, dishwasher, garbage disposal, glass top electric stove, kitchen equipped with pots and pans and dishes ready for your cooking, hall has full size washer and dryer in closet, master bedroom has celing fan, king size bed, flat screen tv, master bath has twin sinks, tub with shower, and closet. Guest bedroom has queen bed, ceiling fan, flat screen tv and it's own bathroom, This unit also has Direct TV, and linens are furnished. New custom luxury beach house with a private saltwater pool. Pool can be gas heated with a extra charge. Only 2 blocks from the beautiful white sands of Gulf Shores and a short walk to the Hang Out. Restaurants, grocery store, souvenir shops, beach rentals and miniature golf are all less than 5 minutes with a easy walk. You can sit out on the front balcony or lounge out by the pool and hear the music from the Hang Out. Our home has everything you need to relax and enjoy your vacation. There is even a EV charger if you have a car that needs charging. Fully stocked kitchen with everything and a outdoor charcoal grill. There is a Keurig coffee maker, air fryer, waffle maker, blender, toaster, mixer and a chopper. Full cooking utensils, pots and pans along with outdoor grilling utensils. Beautiful quartz countertops island with 4 bar stools. Dining room table with bench sits 6 people if needed. The house has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms with each bedroom having its on private bath. Master suite downstairs with a king size bed, smart tv, bathroom with a tub/shower combo. First bedroom upstairs on the left has a king size bed, smart tv, bathroom with a full shower and overlooks the pool. The second bedroom has full over full bunk beds sleeps 4 people, smart tv, bathroom with a full shower. 3rd bedroom has a king size bed, smart tv, bathroom with a full shower and a door that goes to your own private balcony. There is a stackable full size washer/dryer with a iron and ironing board. Rounding out the living room you can step out to a private balcony and relax enjoy the sunsets. The downstairs patio/pool area has a full size refrigerator and a smart tv to enjoy catching a game or watching a movie. Free WI-FI. Our beach house is located 2 blocks from the beautiful hidden treasure of Gulf Shores white sandy beaches.Easy walking distance to many great restaurants like The Hangout, The Pink Pony, Mikee's Seafood, Sunliner Diner, Shrimp Basket, The Steamer and Baked Oyster Bar, Gulf Island Grill just to name a few. The home is also conveniently located within walking distance to many souvenir shops, mini golf, scooter, kayak, bicycle and paddle board rental, ice cream shops and much more. Gulf Shores/Orange Beach has a number of festivals throughout the entire year, many of them are within walking distance of the home. 전반적으로 모든 편의 시설에 매우 만족했으며 때때로 불길해 보였지만 맑은 날씨에 즐겁게 놀랐습니다. 유일한 부정적인 점은 원격 위치에 있는 주차였으며 매일 사용료가 청구되었다고 생각합니다. 오 글쎄, 모든 것을 가질 수는 없습니다. 해변, 수영장, 부두 및 음식은 그만한 가치가 있었습니다. 다시 방문할 것입니다.
