Lovely beach getaway home. Great outdoor entertaining with plenty of comfy seating inside and out. Come relax blocks from the water. Lagoon with all the pontoon boat rentals for Shell Island and fishing on one side, beach few blocks other direction. And don’t forget about St. Andrews State Park just minutes away. Plenty of restaurants near by or travel down the beach to many other options in just a short drive. Tucked away off the world famous Thomas Drive in Panama City Beach in a quiet neighborhood. 10 minute walk or minutes drive to Schooners on the beach. Great beach restaurant with open ocean view seating. This house has been in the family since the 70’s. We have put new floors in and are still wanting to remodel the kitchen with new cabinets. Its nothing fancy, but it’s fairly priced. It’s a wonderful home in a quiet neighborhood. Gas grill on patio to grill out. Enjoy complete relaxation and come stay on Panama City Beach. We hope you like our home. It’s simple and complete with what you’ll need to enjoy yourself. If there is something you see we should have, just ask. WATERFRONT LAGOON CONDO in Panama City Beach , FL SLEEPS 5 , 1bed/1bath condo with loft has a large balcony to enjoy the beautiful views of Grand Lagoon and the community pool for guest use only .While sitting on our balcony you can enjoy the bay view perfectly . This cute 3rd floor walk-up (no elevator) condo features spacious living room with large flat screen TV. The full-size kitchen has a wine cooler and a stackable washer and dryer. The main level also has the bedroom with king size bed, two closets (only one for use) and flat screen TV. The bathroom is on the main level and has a shower, toilet, and vanity. There is no tub. A brand-new spiral staircase takes you up to the loft which also has another flat screen TV and a King size bed.This condo can sleep 5,Treasure Cove is located on Thomas Drive right at the Grand Lagoon Bridge and across from the marina, seafood market, pontoon, jet ski, and charter boat rentals. Boat storage facilities are close by, and it is also walking distance to the beach and great restaurants such as Capt Andersons and J Michaels. St Andrews State Park is a half mile away. There is only two king size beds one downstairs and one upstairs in loft , the couch can be arranged to make another bed , No pets aloud and no smoking, no boat or trailer parking. You will get 2 parking passes they will be on counter inside to put on your vehicle mirror , and to be returned upon checkout, if fail to return it will be $40 replacement for each pass . Lower Grand Lagoon Beach House is the perfect place for your next family getaway or fishing trip! It's a 3 bedroom 2.5 bath that sleeps 10 comfortably. The open floor plan has plenty of room to relax and unwind. The Master bedroom is located on the 2nd floor and the other two rooms are on the 1st floor. We have a private pool to enjoy after a hot day beach lounging or fishing. There's plenty of room out by the pool to have family time or to grill. The home is furnished with beautiful furnishings throughout and all the needed amenities for those days you want to stay in.Plenty of parking for 3-4 cars or even a boat. It is close to the Marina and Lagoon, plenty of amazing restaurants minutes away such as Schooner's, Christo's, Off The Hook Bar and Grill, Captain Anderson's, J Michael's and many more. There is also plenty of fun entertainment for the whole family nearby. The beach access is only a 7 min walk or a 2 min drive. There is ample beach parking when you need to tote all the beach things. We do offer a 4 person golf cart to use for beach purposes only for extra charge. House Rules…Please No college or high school groups. We rent only to families or groups where each renter or at least two renters who are staying are over 28. Absolutely No house parties with outside guests.
