A 3 minute WALK to the University of Cincinnati, Cincinnati Children's Hospital (and many others including the VA, UC Medical Center). Also, a short 3 minute walk to the world-famous Cincinnati Zoo and Burnett Woods.This apartment can sleep up to 4 people (one queen size bed and one air mattress). There is access to a shared driveway and street parking. Full kitchen with microwave, full bathroom with shower, one bedrooms and one living area.Available as a whole house, if not currently rented out, which adds another 2 bedroom apartment- another full kitchen and another full bath in a separate listing. Open floor plan with spacious kitchen, granite counters, stainless steel appliances. primary suite. Marvelous marble bathrooms with heated floors & Bluetooth exhaust fan/speaker. Full laundry room. Third floor includes two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with a queen bed and trundle bed. Sleeps 11 comfortably. Queen air mattress available upon request. (7) security cameras outside of residence, motion sensor floodlights, along with smart video doorbells. The house is a short walk from the Cincinnati Zoo, UC, hospitals, and The Gaslight District. Just a short drive or Uber to OTR, Oakley, and downtown. Guests also enjoy the Ark Encounter and Creation Museum. Ample free on street parking. $100 pet fee, no breed restrictions. 아주 좋은 호텔, 방이 크고 깨끗하고 직원들이 매우 친절하고 밤이 매우 조용하고 아침 식사가 다양하고 맛이 좋으며 1 층에 셀프 서비스 세탁기가 있으며 건조 할 수 있습니다 옷. 문에서 멀지 않은 곳에 슈퍼마켓이 있고 걷기 쉽고 택시도 매우 편리합니다. 인터뷰를 위해 아이를 대학에 데려가 열흘 동안 머물렀다. 나는 다음에 여기에 머물 것이다.

Good location with quiet surroundings despite near major road. Very close to many outlets at Rookwood commons and pavilion. Very comfortable beds. Strong internet connection. Large TV with many channels. Large and clean bathroom. Thoroughly enjoyed staying here. Special mention must be made of one outstanding young staff called Mike. Initially he could not find my reservation despite me having a confirmed reservation number. It was later he decided to allow me to see the list of guests arriving that day. I realised my COLLEAGUES name was in the list of guests and later realised that I made the booking under my colleague's name accidentally without realising it. Thanks to this being resolved we were able to check in without having to make a new booking and incur the loss of the trip.com booking. He also helped me to change the booking name to my name instead. A big kudos to mike for saving our business trip from being a disaster!!

I recently stayed at the Hampton Inn and Suites by Hilton Cincinnati Midtown Rookwood and had an excellent experience. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the location was perfect for my business trip. The service was outstanding, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. The amenities provided were top-notch, making my stay comfortable and enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to business travelers.

Hotel was okay. When we first arrived we were given a room that was dirty but the front receptionist quickly corrected the mistake. House keeping also knocked on our door and said checkout was 10AM when it was really 11AM. A bit of a disconnect we found with the staff. The bed was comfy, bathroom was spacious, but overall the room/hotel/elevator itself is a bit dated. It’s an ideal location to attend a baseball game or walk around downtown.
