You’ll treasure your time here at The Curran Street Cove. Nestled away on the water, you can enjoy days of soaking in Lake Erie's sounds and gorgeous views. This prime spot is also located just down the street from Sandusky's historical downtown. There are bars, breweries, a distillery, kayak rentals, and so much more all within walking distance.So, kick back and relax, and truly embrace that lakeside living. This property is a boathouse built on steel beams over the water. The livable space is up above a boat-well on the second story of the property. This would be the area that you will be renting! Come enjoy our newly renovated 2 bedroom townhouse/boathouse right at the Cedar Point entrance. Located in the heart of all Sandusky's attractions. 1 mile from Cedar Point, 2 miles from Sports Force, 2 miles from downtown Sandusky and a short boat ride to the islands. There is no lack of things to do in this area. This house has a master suite with a king size bed and a second bedroom with two double beds. Sleeps a family of 4 very comfortably. It also includes two full bathrooms, laundry room and a fully equipped kitchen and living area. Towels and linens provided. House includes Wi-Fi, large smart TV in the living room and a smart TV in each bedroom. TVs are ROKU and you can log into your personal steaming apps as well as free channels. Unwind by sitting outside on the new patio furniture while making some dinner on the grill. If requesting access to the boat well, please send me a message and it will be an additional $100 per stay (no boat lift). This property has two parking spaces available but could have a third vehicle parked directly in front of the patio as long as the street is not blocked. THINGS TO TAKE NOTE OF BEFORE YOUR STAY 1. This is a very close boating community filled with wonderful people. Everyone is there to relax and have a good time. Please be courteous and respectful to the residence. Gatherings do happen with the residents and periodic noise maybe heard inside unit as all boat houses have adjoining walls. 2. Take note that the speed limit on the street is 5mph. Please be sure to follow this posted speed as many times there are children and animals crossing. 3. If paying additional fee for access to the boat well, it is use at your own risk and owner will not be responsible for any incidents. No access to the boat lift. 4. No swimming in the boat well or anywhere near the boat houses due to safety issues. 5. Come enjoy our cozy, newly remodeled 3 bedroom home in the quaint Cove district neighborhood. Views of Cedar Point and the Sandusky Bay. 1 mile from the Cedar Point causeway, 3 miles from Sports Force Athletic Complex, 3.5 miles from a public boat ramp, and 1 mile from downtown Sandusky, where you can enjoy a variety of activities, dining and pubs. The Jet Express Island ferry, Jackson Street Pier and many other attractions are also in downtown Sandusky. The house has been completely remodeled in the spring of 2022 with all new furniture, appliances, and beds. Sleeps max 6 people with a large sectional couch which could be used for a 7th person (not a pullout sleeper) Bedroom 1 has one queen bed , Bedroom 2 has two twin XL, Bedroom 3 has two twin XL ( Twin XL is an extra long twin bed). Wifi and large smart TV in living room, fully stocked kitchen, towels and linens provided and outdoor gas grill available. Off Street parking and extra side driveway available for boat and jetski parking. Wake up and grab ur coffee or juice and walk on the patio have a seat and look out over the water as ur breathing in that fresh air as the sun hits ya ,ur friend comes out w a fishing pole and starts catching a few perch ! Only a 1/4 mile from Cedar Point to the east and a 1/4 mile to downtown Sandusky & the Jet Express ferry boat to the Lake Erie Islands of Put In Bay and Kelley's Island. Only 1 mile to the Sports Force Parks at Cedar Point & The Cedar Point Sports Center. Great dining and spectacular sunsets await you downtown. Only a short 10 min. drive to the Kalahari Resort, many clients love staying off site of their function there. Fishing charters or sunset cruises, even a boat ride to a beach are available. Kayak and paddle board rentals nearby as well as jet ski rentals. Many State and Metro parks and wildlife areas to explore. Our area is rich in history, come and explore.
