Enjoy our spacious one bedroom unit located across from the Snowshed lift and next to the Killington Golf Course. The bedroom has 2 queen sized beds and there is a fold out sofa in the living room. After a day on the slopes or on the greens enjoy a home cooked meal prepared in our fully stocked kitchen or have a nice dinner and drink at Hops in the Hills also in the building. Full laundry facilities located in the building.A fully stocked ski shop is on site for equipment rentals or purchase.Swim and picnic at the outdoor pool exclusively for Mountain Green occupants. An indoor pool, health club, hot tubs and spa are located in the building as well. Adventure Awaits! ⛷🏌️‍♀️🏍🏔🌈Killington VT the “Beast in the East“ is a four seasons resort of astounding natural beauty. Whether conquering moguls, riding 30 miles of mountain biking trails, golfing or sipping hot cocoa by the fire before your spa treatment, Killington has something for everyone. Our ground floor, Ski-In 1BR bedroom Condo at Trail Creek comfortably sleeps 4. We provide a queen size bed in the master bedroom and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. We recently replaced the sofa mattress with the most comfortable, highest rated one we could find.Enjoy the indoor pool, hot tub and sauna. Free parking Wi-Fi, cable and firewood. Fully stocked kitchen and 50” HD Roku TV. Extra large windows provide lots of natural light and beautiful mountain views. Walk to Snowshed or Ramshead lifts or take the free shuttle in the winter. It runs approximately every 15 minutes Friday-Sunday from 8am-4:30pm. The bus stop is at the entrance to the parking lot. Ski-home weather permitting. The sign for the Trail Creek ski-home trail is visible from the Snowshed express lift, by the fourth lift pole. This unit is fully updated featuring a new 50” Roku enabled smart TV (4K Ultra HD), cable, WIFI, washer/dryer, and a new sofa bed. Down the road are the acclaimed restaurants and nightlife on the Killington access road. Please note the cancelation policy. Rustic one bedroom / one bath condo that sleeps four at the Mountain Green condo complex and is close to everything. It is across the street from the Snowshed and Ramshead ski lodges.Amenities include: - Queen pullout couch with a memory foam mattress- Newer 42 inch flat screen television in the living room- Newer 32 inch flat screen television in the bedroom- Newer quartz kitchen counter and under mounted sink- Newer regular coffee maker and Keurig coffee maker- Newer stove- Newer dishwasher- Newer refrigerator- Newer microwave- Newer flatware and glasses- Newer dining room table and chairs- 2 newer chairs in living room- Newer carpeting throughout- Newer bedroom set- Lots of antique collectible decorationsOur unit is perfectly set up for a couple, friends or a small family. Enjoy the small electric fireplace! There is also a nice balcony where you can enjoy the views and the crisp Vermont winter air.Our unit is located in building 2 in the Mountain Green Condo complex. Our unit is steps away from the parking lot. There is an elevator, but it is only a half flight of stairs to get to our room. There is also laundry in the building.The location could not be better for winter, summer, and fall fun. It is located on the 9th hole of the Killington golf course, across the street from the Snowshed & Ramshead lodges and diagonal from the Killington Grand Hotel. The access road that is loaded with all of the legendary restaurants, bars, nightlife, shops, etc. that Killington is known for is just around the corner and a few minute ride down the road.In the winter there is a free Mountain Green shuttle that picks you up steps from the ski lockers and brings you right to Snowshed. It circles around every 15-30 minutes during peak ski season. Even with the convenient shuttle, both Snowshed and Ramshead are close enough to walk to. For more winter fun walk next door to the tubing area, located at the golf course.The Mountain Green complex has everything you need. In the winter there is a restaurant, convenience store/deli, gift shop, rental/sports store, fitness center, indoor pool/hot tub, steam room, sauna, fitness center (hours may be limited). There is also a game room for the kids. Although services slow down in the summer, you can still enjoy the outdoor heated salt water pool, located right outside of our building.Included is use of an outdoor ski locker, Wifi, and all of the firewood that you can burn. There are no phones in the unit. Most cell phone carriers provide good coverage.In the summer, there is so much to do walking distance from the Mountain Green Resort. There seems to be an event every weekend and there are free concerts at the Snowshed ski lodge on select evenings. Our building is located on the 9th hole of the Killington Golf course. Across that street at the Snowshed lodge they have a mountain coaster, a zip sky ride, zip line, ropes course, kayaking, paddle boarding, Segway tours, ATV Razor tours, and some of the best mountain biking on the East Coast. At the Killington (K1) base lodge they have gondola rides up to the beautiful and scenic peak lodge. The summer at Killington is just as fun as the winter.There is no air conditioning in our unit and most condos at Killington as it it rarely needed during the summer. It usually cools down nicely in the evening. We do have a few fans in the unit just in case Mother Nature turns up the Vermont temperature.In the fall you can enjoy the beautiful Vermont foliage, hiking, and seasonal brews. Please come visit us any month of the year as even in May as there is still good skiing when it is mud season at most other resorts. Weekend goals include skiing, biking, and golfing in May! Thanks for staying at our condo, we hope you love it as much as we do! NOTE SUMMER/FALL 2024: Building improvements are being done and construction is expected Monday to Friday 7am to 5pm (sometimes later and weekends if needed). The balcony will be unavailable for use this summer but the window and slider can still be opened. Lower pricing reflects the impacted guest experience. Thank you!
