Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Be one of the first to enjoy this new construction home with plenty of space for everyone to enjoy. All Stainless steel appliances, large kitchen island with granite countertops, and fully stocked kitchen. Screened in back patio with fire pit. Orange City is just an hour from Orlando airport, Universal Studios and DisneyConveniently located close to I-4. Daytona beach or new Smyrna beach, just 30-45 minutes.Modern conveniences (Publix, Walmart, Target etc.) just miles away.Just minutes from Blue Springs state park, where manatees gather in the cooler waters during January & February.Check out nearby towns DeLand & Sanford , which have some good breweries.Celery City, Deviant Wolfe, Wops & Hops, Tuffy’s bar, Central 28 brewery, Blue Springs brewery.Don’t miss Another broken egg in Sanford for breakfast, but make a reservation!For authentic Mexican try Mi Terria with great specials each day.Riverfront Pizzareia & Brewery and Blue Springs pizza are two of my favorite spots. Close access to St John’s River with the St John’s Rivership compamy with the Barbalee lunch & dinner excursion, also you can rent kayaks.Close to Black Hammack airboat rides.Note: Lawn care company comes every Friday morning at 7:00 am - 8:00 am.Please note: there is a smoke, fire, and security system in the house. Our Orange City home sits on 1.5 acres. Quiet neighborhood comfortable for a family, couples, or single traveler.Open concept living kitchen and dining. 3 bedrooms, master has a king bed and private master bathroom. 2nd bedroom has a king bed with full size dresser and closet, 3rd bedroom has a queen bed dresser and closet. Guest wifi available. Screened in pool, pool is not heated, dining table and couch. BBQ and fire pit outside screen.Our home is minutes to Blue Springs state park. Minutes to the freeway for easy excess to head up to Daytona or down to Orlando to play at Disney World, Seaworld, Universal Orlando, and many more attractions.Guests are limited to those specified on the reservation. Additional guests need to be approved by owners. If more than specified (6) there will be a fine of $50 per person per day.Early check in or late check out can be arranged upon arrival and approved. A fee of $20 per hour.The house has security cameras to monitor access to the premises. Please know tampering with devises or any connections will result in your reservation cancelled.There is no smoking in house or any part of the screened in porch. Please keep garbage locked at all times. We have wild animals that may come on the property. 좋은 호텔 방은 좋고 깨끗합니다. 고속도로 출구에 위치하고 있습니다. 편리한 시설과 장식은 포지셔닝 서비스와 일치합니다. 좋은 주차는 무료입니다. 하지만 장사가 잘 되다 보니 위치가 빡빡하지만 아침식사를 중단하고 미국과 비교가 가능하다. 맛도 더 좋고, 서비스 직원도 매우 친절하고, 호텔 근처에 레스토랑도 있지만 황량하기에는 좋은 곳입니다.
