About this space :This is a spacious, modern, and newly remodeled studio unit in our beautiful home in the center of Hillsdale. This studio features a king bed, smart TV, private bathroom, large kitchenette and wet bar, in-unit laundry, and a spacious shared deck with the main unit.It is 2 blocks from San Mateo Medical Center and only a mile from Hillsdale Shopping Center & Traders Joe's. This San Mateo lower Baywood neighborhood location is great because of the closeness to downtown San Mateo with all the restaurants, shopping, movie theatre, medical center, public park, and Japanese garden while still being in a very quiet upscale neighborhood.Luxury brand new 3440 sq ft, 8 bedroom 8 bath 12 bed home. $1 million renovations with new hardwood floors throughout, a large central great room for gatherings, new kitchen, new bathrooms, granite countertops, new floor and wall tiles. This space is in a quiet neighborhood, walking distance to vibrant downtown San Mateo. The home is centrally located 10 min to SFO, 20 min to Palo Alto, Stanford, and Half Moon Bay, and 30 min to downtown San Francisco with easy access to highways 101, 280, and 92. Bedrooms: 8 bedrooms in total. 5 bedrooms with queen beds, 3 bedrooms with 2 twin beds or 1 King bed. Each room has a direct 1 Gig ethernet connected 50-55 inch smart TV, a desk and night lamp with USB charging ports, and a closet with high-quality wooden hangers, a luggage rack, and a laundry basket. Bathrooms: All 8 bathrooms completely renovated with granite countertops, modern glass shower enclosures, and new tile work throughout. Hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, liquid body wash soap, and liquid hand soap are provided.Connectivity: Superfast 1 Gig wireless internet throughout the home and surrounding area via a network of mesh routers. From this home, its a just a walk to downtown San Mateo featuring a major shopping and dining destination with a movie theatre, grocery (Draeger's), Central Park, Japanese garden, and medical center.Walking distance to the bus stop and the San Mateo Downtown CalTrain stop (with connection to BART at the Millbrae stop). Having a car is best to get around or rideshare services. Two car garage, two car parking spots in the driveway, and street parking although for longer-term parking, neighbors prefer to have the street parking in front of their home for themselves.IMPORTANT HOUSE RULES: 1) This is a no-shoes home. Please take off shoes when entering the home.2) If you wish to adjust the AC/heat temperature, please request it directly via app, text or call3) No smoking anywhere on the premises, no pets, no parties, no drugs, and no loud noises after 10pm. Local law enforcement will and have been called by the neighbors for excessive noise during quiet hours (10pm to 7am).4) Guests beyond the number listed in the reservation booking are not allowed on the property without prior written approval. In addition, by city ordinance, total occupancy during stays less than 30 days cannot exceed 10 persons.5) Do not tamper with the video cameras. Interior cameras are turned off during your stay. 기본적으로 만족, 호텔은 개조에 수영장이 없으며, 2 박 동안 머물 렀으며 아무도 청소하지 않았으며, 프론트 데스크는 매우 따뜻했으며, 출입 할 때 인사를 할 것입니다. 프론트 옆에 전자 레인지가 있습니다. 아래층에는 후난 레스토랑, 스타벅스, 인터넷 유명 비스킷 가게가 있으며 호수, cvs, ihop, 맥도날드까지 도보로 매우 가깝습니다. cvs 옆에 있는 일본 재료는 좋고 가격은 매우 높습니다.
