This new tiny home sits on a beautiful ranch in the middle of citrus and olive trees, with a vineyard as part of your view. It is near the Safari Park, wedding venues and is walking distance to 4 wineries! The property is gated so guests feel safe and sleep peacefully in the quiet of the country. You will love the fresh fruit, farm animals, proximity to wineries and the Safari Park and the tranquility of the location - all while only being 4.5 miles off the freeway. This space is excellent for couples, friends and solo adventurers.The space:High wood ceilings make this home feel spacious. A comfy queen bed, a full bathroom, a desk for working and a well-appointed kitchenette allow for a comfortable and convenient stay. Two sliding glass doors give way to farm and vineyard views. A large covered deck with a bistro set and Adirondack rocking chairs allows for outdoor relaxing, dining, barbequing, sunbathing or star-gazing.Guest access:You have the entire place to yourself. We live in the main house full-time, which is just up the driveway, and are available for anything you might need during your stay but also unseen if that is your desire. Guests are free to roam the lower part of the property, pick ripe fruit off the many trees and visit with the farm animals.Other things to note:There is also a 2-bedroom guest house on the property listed separately on VRBO. The house is surrounded by beautiful landscapes and offers a peaceful, quiet, picturesque, and relaxing ambiance. The large balcony on the 2nd floor offers stunning views!This home features upgraded kitchen with quartz countertop, new stainless steel appliances, and modern white cabinets. Large screen TV in the living room. High-speed WiFi available. Multi-zone ductless air conditioning/heating in every room. Complimentary Keurig coffee + teas. This cozy, spacious upstairs guesthouse is attached to main house, and is just 25 minutes from Downtown San Diego and close to lots of fantastic places to visit - San Diego Zoo Safari park, Center for the Arts, Parks etc. Perfect for an enjoyable, peaceful and relaxing stay in your own private space. Ideal for a couple, or solo traveler. Spacious, sunny, and tranquil guesthouse provides kitchen, bath and a separate entrance. You will have the entire attached one-bedroom guesthouse to yourself, giving you lots of privacy and comfort.The spaceCozy, newly renovated guesthouse on the second floor. The guesthouse is attached to the main house where we live, but separate. The space is above the garage and has its own private entrance. Parking is just a few steps away from the guesthouse and there are some stairs to get up to the guesthouse. Motion lights come on at night to guide you. Once in the guesthouse, it will feel cozy, tranquil and private, and has an open floor plan. The bathroom is newly renovated with a shower and tub. Bedroom has a queen bed that sleeps 2.. The guesthouse has a Roku T.V. and common streaming apps. The kitchen has a small refrigerator, cooktop, microwave, coffee maker, cooking utensils, pots & pans, bowls, and things you would need to cook a small meal.The neighborhood is quiet. This is a magnificent golf course home, with brand new luxury furnishings. This single level home is situated directly on the golf course with views of the fairway from every window. This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is located in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood of Rancho Bernardo. Just 200 yards (5 minute walk) from the renowned Rancho Bernardo Inn with direct access to the private entrance, as well The Country Club of Rancho Bernardo. Rancho Bernardo Inn provides a number of options for fine dining, cafe, spa, and golf, all of which are available to you! This home is outfitted with brand new modern furniture, and was recently renovated to provide a luxury escape while still providing the comfort of home. From the chef’s kitchen with brand new cookware and overlooking the golf course, to either of the the two large living areas equipped with Samsung entertainment system, and large comfortable couches perfect for viewing movies, sports, or just catching a show. The kitchen provides every gadget or utensil needed to whip up a meal or sweet treat. Anything goes great in the formal dining area, with a lovely barn style table seating up to 6 guests with room for more. Carrera marble countertops. This guest house was built in 2021 and is brand new construction.. Centrally located in San Diego County.This guest house is on a property where there is another vacation rental. This means there are two vacation rentals plus the main house where the owners live. Each vacation rental guest house is a separate structure. ALL outdoor areas including POOL and JACUZZI are shared with owners who live onsite and one other guest house! The pool and Jacuzzi are located on a private property where the owners live.You will have full use of your private vacation guest house with two bedrooms, full kitchen, full size washer/dryer, and bathroom. Enjoy the peace and tranquility this property has to offer. House has Roku TV and WIFI. Do NOT book and ask for a refund. We will not grant a refund as it is a complete and absolute administrative hassle. Property owners live onsite in the main house. Guests must be able to walk up steps and on ground cover.
