This new tiny home sits on a beautiful ranch in the middle of citrus and olive trees, with a vineyard as part of your view. It is near the Safari Park, wedding venues and is walking distance to 4 wineries! The property is gated so guests feel safe and sleep peacefully in the quiet of the country. You will love the fresh fruit, farm animals, proximity to wineries and the Safari Park and the tranquility of the location - all while only being 4.5 miles off the freeway. This space is excellent for couples, friends and solo adventurers.The space:High wood ceilings make this home feel spacious. A comfy queen bed, a full bathroom, a desk for working and a well-appointed kitchenette allow for a comfortable and convenient stay. Two sliding glass doors give way to farm and vineyard views. A large covered deck with a bistro set and Adirondack rocking chairs allows for outdoor relaxing, dining, barbequing, sunbathing or star-gazing.Guest access:You have the entire place to yourself. We live in the main house full-time, which is just up the driveway, and are available for anything you might need during your stay but also unseen if that is your desire. Guests are free to roam the lower part of the property, pick ripe fruit off the many trees and visit with the farm animals.Other things to note:There is also a 2-bedroom guest house on the property listed separately on VRBO. We will not hear you nor you hear us. House has fully equipped kitchen, full bathroom, WiFi, A/Cs and a washer if you need.The main bedroom sleeps 2 with a King size bed with lux mattress for delightful nights.The second bedroom has Queen size bed The living room has a foldout sofa sleeper that sleeps 1 more. Feels like Italy! Come to VILLA ESCONDIDO and get away from it all at this one of a kind gated hilltop estate. Secluded -- yet minutes from downtown Escondido and major highways. The 750 sq ft spacious apartment is attached to the owner’s home-a Mediterranean Architecture Villa. The suite is completely private, free WiFi and cable. Private entrance, parking. Outdoor grill. One BR 1 BA with queen bed and fold out ottoman sleeper. Walk in closet. Huge bathroom and entertainment area with spacious couch, 2 recliners and large flat screen TV. Google Home mini, computer and printer. Fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, toaster, Keurig coffee and drip coffee makers. Beautiful custom cabinets and slate floor. If you don't feel like cooking, Escondido is home to many fine restaurants, outstanding breweries, and wineries within a few miles.Step through the French doors of your suite and relax by the pool, taking in the beautiful views of the native vegetation and the Escondido hills. Listen to the birds or, if you prefer, the outdoor speaker system. Enjoy the serenity of this hide-away estate while knowing that you have easy access to all the major Southern California destinations! 시설에 즐겁게 놀랐고 깨끗하고 깔끔했습니다. 다리미와 다리미판은 고사하고 전자레인지와 냉장고가 있을 줄 몰랐습니다. 직원들은 매우 즐겁고 도움이 되었습니다. 도보 거리에 주류 매장과 주유소 편의점이 있습니다. 바로 옆에는 꼭 방문해야 할 Burger Construction Company가 있습니다. 음식은 매우 좋고 서비스는 훌륭했습니다.

Entry-level master bedroom & full bath. High ceilings, bright and open living space with great natural light. Luxury vinyl and porcelain tile flooring. The house is surrounded by beautiful landscapes and offers a peaceful, quiet, picturesque, and relaxing ambiance. The large balcony on the 2nd floor offers stunning views!This home features upgraded kitchen with quartz countertop, new stainless steel appliances, and modern white cabinets. Large screen TV in the living room. High-speed WiFi available. Multi-zone ductless air conditioning/heating in every room. Complimentary Keurig coffee + teas. Picnic table and BBQ grill located in the backyard. Whole house water filtration and salt-free water conditioning. Drinkable water from every faucet. This home is a great place for a family vacation!
