Sleeps up to 10. Library can be used as an extra bedroom. Ample parking BBQ grill, and three (3) outdoor seating areas. Master bedroom suite has beautiful new King size bed, large balcony with an adjustable awning for shade. Master bathroom has granite counter top, double sinks, shower and large jacuzzi tub. Elegant living room with floor to ceiling drapes, and stylish bar in the inviting dining room. Close to fine schools, beaches, restaurants and Brickell, downtown Grove, Coral Gables and Miami Beach. Northeast Coconut Grove location on the best street in the best part of Miami. Have the best outdoor pool party fun in Miami.
