아마도 인터콘티넨탈에 대한 기대가 너무 컸던 것 같습니다. 200달러가 넘는 호텔이라면 꽤 좋을 거라고 생각했는데, 가격대비 성능비가 평균적이고, 시설은 중국과 비교할 수 없으며, 객실이 크지 않고, 미니바가 없고, 생수도 두 병만 제공되며, 아침 식사는 매일 5~6가지 품목으로 제한적이고, 예약 후에는 객실 환불이 불가능합니다. 프런트 데스크 서비스는 보통입니다. 장점은 교통이 매우 편리하다는 것입니다. RICE 대학과 매우 가깝습니다. 호텔 주변 1km 이내에 다양한 식당이 있으며, 호텔에서 2마일 이내에서 무료 버스를 이용하실 수 있습니다.

Our forte, backed by our reviews, is hosting families, friends, academic & medical professionals visiting the Houston Medical Center & Rice University both only a short stroll from the duplex.The living & dining areas are approx 1000 sq ft, all hardwoods with refreshingly large windows looking out into the treetops. There is a Dyson Hepa Filter unit to keep the air clean & indoor air quality high.The retro kitchen is fully equipped with both gas & electric appliances, kettle, coffee machine, plate wear, glasses (from moscow mules to martini glasses & everything in-between), utensils, pans, oven gloves etc. And great tasting, high quality water throughout the house with the whole house Culligan HD-950a three-stage filter system.The dining table seats 6, the games table 4 & there is comfy tv seating for 6+.As well as the 55" SMART TV, there is a Geneva Sound System to bluetooth your favorite tunes to.There are 3 bedrooms:- The 1st front sea blue bedroom features a plush aloe vera queen mattress & has a walk in closet, an ensuite bathroom, desk, seating, a Wolfe convertible chair (converts to a twin bed when needed) & looks out over the old oak tree in front of the building- The 2nd rear sky blue bedroom has a firm memory foam queen mattress, a reading chair, desk, a Shayne Convertible Sofa (converts to a full size bed when needed) & shared bathroom- And the 3rd rear forest green bedroom has a medium memory foam lavender queen mattress, desk & a shared bathroom (though the smallest room, it is my personal favorite)All bedding, linens & towels are washed & treated with UV-C lights between guests. We consider the cleanliness of your environment to be paramount. (Cleansebot uses FOUR UV-C lamps to blast away 99.99%+ of germs and bacteria)There are full length mirrors & desks in each of the 3 rooms & each bedroom is also equipped with charging units for your convenience & white noise machines for your privacy.The two bathrooms are stocked with fluffy bath, hand & face towels & a variety of amenities, just incase you forgot something, as well as hairdryers, flat iron etcHopefully we have thought of all the little things that will make your stay an easy one ;)Though there are both front & rear entrances to the flat, the front entrance visible from the street is where the keypads are located for you to enter & exit the building.If you need anything during your stay, reach out & if we can help, we will!The entire upstairs duplex you are looking at is private.The back deck sun lounger area, Weber, bicycle rack & washer/ dryer, all located to the rear of the building, are shared with the bottom duplex.IMPORTANT as we price to NOT exclude single travelers & couples from enjoying our home:- The maximum occupancy of the unit at all times is 8pp including children- Integrity in numbers matters. 방은 넓습니다. 지원시설이 좋습니다 👍다이슨 헤어드라이어와 중국인들이 좋아하는 주전자가 갖춰져 있습니다. 하지만 내 사람들은 살아요 기분이 끔찍했습니다. 1.) 장거리 국제선 항공편을 타고 예정된 체크인 시간인 오후 3시보다 2시 30분 일찍 호텔에 도착했습니다. 체크인 담당자인 잘리사는 일찍 체크인하려면 75달러를 내야 한다고 매우 단호하게 말했습니다. 협상의 여지가 없었습니다. 2) 체크인을 도와준 다른 서비스 직원에게 상황을 설명했더니, 5일 치 객실 요금과 400달러의 보증금을 내야 한다고 했습니다(저는 Ctrip에서 예약할 때 5일 치 객실 요금을 전액 지불했습니다). 그리고 확인하고 기다려야 합니다. 저는 적극적으로 씨트립에 전화했고, 체크인 절차를 완료하는 데 1시간 30분이 걸렸습니다. 3.) 호텔에 체크인한 첫날, 샤워를 했는데 뜨거운 물이 뜨겁지 않았어요. 샤워를 할 수 없었습니다. 룸서비스에 전화했더니 수리공이 와서 고쳐주더군요. 뜨거운 물이 조금 더 뜨거워졌습니다. 2일째에도 뜨거운 물 ♨️이 계속 나와야 한다고 생각했는데, 안타깝게도 2일째에도 뜨거운 물 ♨️이 나오지 않았습니다. 룸서비스에 전화했지만 아무도 전화를 받지 않았어요. 저는 프런트 데스크에 7번이나 전화했지만 아무도 전화를 받지 않았습니다. 나는 호텔 프런트 데스크로 내려가 온수 문제를 보고할 수밖에 없었다(나는 또한 태도가 매우 나빴던 Jalisa를 만났다.👎. 그녀는 단지 당신의 요청을 기록해 두겠다고 차갑게 말했다. 나는 온수 문제를 해결해 줄 사람이 언제 올 것인지 다시 물었고, 그녀는 늦은 시간이라(현지 시간 오후 9시 45분) 모른다고 말했다. 나는 호텔이 24시간 서비스를 제공한다고 말했다. 그녀는 아니라고 말하며 계속해서 나를 위해 변명했다. 나는 매우 화가 났다. 이때 내 옆에 있던 남자 서비스 직원이(다른 손님의 서비스 절차를 마친 후 참을 수 없어 나를 도와주러 와서 누군가에게 연락해서 고치겠다고 말하고 방으로 돌아가서 기다리라고 했다.(남자 서비스 직원의 도움으로 약 10분 후에 온수가 나왔고♨️ 샤워를 할 수 있었다) 4,) 그 후 며칠 동안 나는 프런트 데스크를 지날 때마다 Jalisa(프런트 데스크 직원)를 만났고, 그들은 나를 쳐다보았다. 차갑게. 이건 제 6일 5박 숙박 경험이에요. 😅😅

The location is excellent, few minutes away from the upscale mall The Galleria in River Oaks and also near many highways and restaurants. There is also on-site parking for a fee (about 18 bucks a day) However, the facility is dated and the staff isn't too helpful. There were some creepy characters and some halls smelled like ****. I definitely didn't sleep very comfortably. There are much better options nearby for a bit more. This propoerty has a bad vibe.

우리는 Hobby 공항에서 비행 후 머리를 쉴 곳이 필요했기 때문에이 호텔에 머물 렀습니다. 그래서 위치는 완벽했습니다. 우리는 결함없이 우리에게 제공된 무료 공항 셔틀을 이용했습니다. 운전자는 정시에 친절했습니다. 점원은 친절했고 우리가 밤에 필요한 것을 제공했습니다. 우리가 지불한 가격과 위치에 대해 이 호텔은 우리가 필요로 하는 것에 완벽했습니다. 나는 아침 식사 옵션이 더 많았을 것이라고 생각하지만 어쨌든 우리가 거기에 도착했을 때 많이 먹지 않았습니다.

酒店距離霍比機場很近，步行可達！或者乘坐40路公交，1站。千萬別在機場打taxi，宰了25刀，滴血啊！因為距離機場近，還靠近馬路，房間不是很安靜。美式早餐，樣少能吃飽吧，有水果，蘋果香蕉！房間床品睡着舒服，品牌在那，衞生條件也不錯。圖片是休斯敦自然博物館的，湊數用！

허리케인 베릴로 인해 원래 예약한 호텔이 전원이 공급되지 않았습니다. 우리는 메리어트에 전화를 걸었고 그들은 모든 것이 괜찮다고 확인했습니다. 호텔은 공항에서 가깝고 지하철로 불과 몇 분 거리에 있습니다. 방은 깨끗했습니다. 14-hour 비행 후 우리는 좋은 잠을 잤습니다. 아침 식사 OK.
