Renovated by award-winning architects, this original tiny house is your home away from home, while enjoying affordable 5-star premium boutique experience! The owners are mom-and-pop, all time Superhosts with over 600 nearly 5-star reviews. We welcome you all!The Space:The historic Bungalow, the original tiny house of 700 square feet area of space is ample for up to 4 guests. Again, fully renovated for modern convenience but keeping all historic charm intact. The bungalow has one-bedroom, walk-in closet, one bath (Jack and Jill) with a claw foot tub, large eat in kitchen, laundry/pantry room and a cozy comfortable living room. A private outdoor area with seating is available for your use. There is other outdoor seating for larger groups. Stylish furnishings and a fully equipped kitchen await to show off your culinary talent. The porch, deck or front steps of the property is a wonderful place for you to hang out and watch the sunset over the Napa River, it is quite stunning. There are dedicated AC window units in both the living room and the bedroom. The Bungalows have heating and cooling, unlike some Victorians. Boutique Bungalows have over 600 nearly 5-star reviews! Our reviews speak for itself, but I can attest, our Boutique Bungalows are at the top-top-tier accommodation for any short-term rentals and hotels available in the area and the region. For its premium offer at affordable budget, value is stupendous! Here are what guests are saying: “immaculate, stylish, cozy, kitchen with all imaginable tools, most comfortable and cozy bed, all with exceptional hospitality of host who responds quickly.” For all that, Bungalows are an affordable option to costly Wine country accommodations. 99% of guests rate the value five stars. Many are also surprised by how close the wineries are, and as I have highlighted, guests agree that it is a “great jumping-off point” to what the Bay Area offers. Waterfront Weather: The microclimate of the bungalows is an enjoyable place to stay. It is +/-15 degrees cooler with its waterfront breeze in summer thanks to the proximity to the Bay. In winter, it also has a moderating effect on the chill factor. One guest exclaimed, “this was the most relaxing vacation I had in 25 years,” sitting under a shade looking at the Napa River right from the property (BB3). Bungalow Two has a private dedicated car park right next to the unit.Guest Access:Each Guest/group have access to their entire freestanding bungalow, affording complete privacy. Unlike 90% of STR in the area, our Bungalows are fully detached, charming houses with each having its own private yards and views to the Napa River from the Property grounds. A quick walk down to the Ferry Terminal with service to San Francisco and the SF Giants Ballpark, Saturday Farmers Market, numerous waterfront restaurants & bars, walkways, and nature trails. Walking distance is Mare Island with its outdoor Breweries, wine tasting rooms, and historical shipyard and officers mansions worth taking a tour. The ferry ride across the Bay is an absolute treat in itself. Leave your car and hop on a Ferry; for couples, it is a much better way to visit San Francisco. Vallejo is famous for its waterfront festivals(Pirates, Vintage Car Shows ++), Sear Point Raceway, Six Flags Amusement Park, and a gateway to this beautiful Bay Area. Treat Bungalows as your jumping-off point to Marin, East Bay, San Francisco, and VA hospitals in Fairfield. Only a short ride to the world-famous wineries and San Pablo Bay Wildlife Sanctuary for fantastic bird watching. And for trivia, Vallejo was the original capital of California!Getting Around:Centrally located, Vallejo is an excellent hub for your Bay Area attractions with easy access to Sonoma/Napa wineries, North and East Bays, and San Francisco. You have quick access to major highways via HWY 37, Interstate 80, Interstate 780, and direct ferry services. You could forgo a car if you opt to. I would recommend renting a car for families and people who wait 5 minutes for the nearest parking spot kind of person. Bungalows are accessible via automobile, ferry, Bart, Bus, and Uber/Lyft.Note: Even though Bungalows are located walkable distance to major transit options, I recommend having a car for grocery shopping and other site seeing in those days you need to rent cars. If you are a family of three and above, renting a car is highly recommended.Other Things to Note:FREE Parking: There is plenty of unrestricted street parking immediately in front of Bungalows. There are no parking rules: unlike any other cities in the Bay Area. FREE WIFI: Fast Xfinity/Comcast Wi-Fi for guests: 225 MPS speed. Sofa Bed: Please inform us of any two-guest reservation that requires sofa bedding. Sofa bedding comes automatically for three + guests. For two guests not using the main bed together, please inform us. Sofa Mattress: 4" thick memory foam bed for comfort. Pack and Play: If you need the pack and play, for children under 36" tall, please inform us no later than 72 hours (about 3 days) before check-in. Booking time is the best for asking for the pack and play. If you forget, I must charge $25 for the setup fee. Bedding/Linens: I am a linen snob. Nothing in our Bungalows is polyester or microfiber. All 100% cotton single ply long staple yarns for bed sheets and 100% cotton turkish towels only. Cleanliness is Godliness: Cleanliness is the top priority of other premium features we provide. IE luxurious bathrobes. Our cleaning fees reflect living wages for our hard-working cleaners creating jobs for locals. Contact less Checkin and Checkout: So easy! The door code is your last four digit of your phone number activates at agreed checkin time and deactivates 11:30 AM checkout date. Checkout Instructions: We do not ask guests to conduct laundry list of chores before they leave! We are easing COVID rules, and all guests must do is put away dirty dishes or soak dirty pans. This is if you used them at all. This is to aid cleaners for a quick turnaround so other guests can check-in earlier if necessary. Bungalows: Bungalow one is styled mid-century modern, Bungalow two is French Cottage, and Bungalow three is French Provence. They are separate freestanding little houses on one large lot with ample outdoor space in between. Located on the hill overlooking the Bay, it provides relaxing views, but you need to climb stairs. Quiet and Peace: Many guests cannot believe how peaceful and quiet our neighborhood is. So close to the Marina but far away enough for any traffic noise or commercial traffic.Interaction with Guests:I am available for any questions as they arise. There is also a guest information manual in the home, listing attractions in the area. Our cozy home is perfect for families and groups of friends. It is situated in a quiet and homey neighborhood.The house has a great location being only a 30 minute drive to Napa and a 45 minute drive to downtown San Francisco. You may also take a ferry to San Francisco which takes 1 hour.Supermarkets (Safeway), restaurants and other shopping establishments (Target, Costco, etc) are all within a 10-15 minute drive away. Starbucks and McDonald's are walking distance.Our home is a 3 bedroom house with one of the rooms converted to a home office. The master’s bedroom has a queen size bed while the second room has a full/double sized bed. Our charming and cozy home is perfect for small groups. There is a spacious backyard that is great for relaxing.The house is centrally located between Napa and San Francisco. It is a 30 minute drive to Napa and a 45 minute drive to downtown San Francisco. You may also take a scenic ferry to San Francisco which takes 1 hour.Supermarkets (Safeway), restaurants and other shopping establishments are all within a 10-15 minute drive away. A gas station with Starbucks is 3 minutes away.Our home has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Both bedrooms have full sized beds. It comfortably fits 4 people.The guests may park their car in the driveway (it is an inclided driveway) and there is also ample street parking.About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About checkIn:Check in after 4:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 18.About events:No events allowed.

넓은 객실과 욕실, Six Flags와 가까운 곳에 호텔에 머무는 동안 많은 무료 주차 공간과 Napa에서 차로 약 20 분. Napa에 가까이 머물고 싶다면 훌륭한 옵션입니다. 나파와 소노마 포도원을 방문하기 전 밤에 여기에 머물렀고 다음날 나파 중심가에 머물기로 결정했습니다.
