Gorgeous brand new 4 bedroom 2 bathroom house on 5 acres. Newly built and fully fenced in. Perfect for a quiet get away. Enjoy a hot cup of coffee in the morning while watching the sunrise. Enjoy an evening with family and friends by the fire pit while the kids play in the field. Close to town and many springs. Close to the Santa Fe canoe outpost and I75 🌿 Local Recommendations Here are a few of my favorite spots to visit (and eat!) while you’re here in beautiful High Springs: 🏞️ Springs & Outdoor Adventures 1. Gilchrist Blue Springs One of the clearest and most scenic springs in the area. I highly recommend renting a paddleboard and spending the day exploring the spring run and river — it’s peaceful, beautiful, and a true Florida gem. 2. Ichetucknee Springs About a 25-minute drive, but absolutely worth it. Float down the crystal-clear Ichetucknee River on a tube — it’s relaxing, fun, and one of the best ways to experience Florida’s natural beauty. 3. Poe Springs A quieter spot that’s great for swimming, picnics, and a slower pace. Perfect for families or a peaceful afternoon in the water. 4. Ginnie Springs Famous for its vibrant blue water and underwater caves. Great for swimming, snorkeling, or just lounging by the spring. It can get busy, but it’s definitely worth seeing at least once. ⸻ 🍽️ Where to Eat Spinwiches – A local favorite for sandwiches, wraps, and salads. Fresh and fast — perfect for lunch before hitting the springs. The Great Outdoors – A charming spot with Southern-inspired meals, live music, and a cozy patio. Come and relax in this unique and tranquil getaway. Enjoy a coffee in the front or back porch and delight in the beautiful outdoors scenes. You’ll love relaxing in the hammocks, swing or the jacuzzi or simply enjoy the surroundings where you'll see baby deer and cows in the neighbors land. Inside, you’ll find plenty of space to spread out and still enjoy personal spaces and create memorable times. This getaway is just 1 minute away from Ginnie Springs. Once here you will not want to leave.The spaceThis is a place were family can connect and have quality time together. The home is entirely fenced in for your protection and convenience. The master bedroom has a big bed with a comfy mattress! Aside from master bedroom there are three guest bedrooms and one guest bathroom which is shared for all 3 guest rooms. The house is equipped with night tables, WiFi, room purifiers for guest convenience, dressers, celling fans, washer and dryer, pots, pans, kitchen utensils, games etc. Kitchen is fully equipped with all sort of spices. Just bring your food in. There is a kiurig and free coffee pods, sugar and creamer available for our guests. There are two living rooms and each living room has a fireplace one is wood burning and the other one is electric. In the back porch you'll find a jacuzzi for 3 people. Guests can enjoy a large patio with 5 acres where you'll be delighted in a peaceful environment and have fun at the same time. Among all rooms we have 4 queen beds, 4 single beds and 4 air mattresses to fit 20 guests easily. The bunk room has a multi game table that includes pool and hockey among other games. We have a sleeping couch in one of the living rooms.Guest accessYou’ll be able to access the whole house and 4 acres of land. To the right there are two RV hooks available for rent. In total we have four bedrooms, two bathrooms, two living room spaces, kitchen, dining room, laundry, office, front porch and back porch and two covered garages.Other things to note*** Pet Fees ***Up to one pet allowed per reservation for a $ 75 extra charge.
