Always enjoy staying at a Residence Inn. Hotel staff were great, gave me an early check in to accommodate my schedule. Large and comfortable room. The kitchen is a nice amenity. Perfect location for where I needed to be.

우선 호텔에 붙어있는 주차 간판이 별로였습니다. 주차 경사로에서 호텔로의 접근은 잘 표시되지 않았습니다. 웹 사이트에는 주차 경사로 접근이 어디에 있는지 명시된 것이 없습니다. 그리고 램프는 풀 사이즈 트럭 친화적이지 않습니다. 운동실은 파손되었습니다. 2개의 엘리베이터 중 1개만 작동했습니다. 수영장이나 온수 욕조를 사용할 시간이 없었지만 매우 작았습니다. 방은 깨끗했고 수압은 좋았습니다. 유럽식 아침 식사는 매우 좋았습니다. 그리고 Fiserv Forum까지 여유롭게 걸어갔습니다.

굉장한 경험! 프론트 데스크 직원은 환영했고 방은 매우 깨끗했고 인테리어는 아름다웠습니다. 콘서트를 위해 하룻밤 만 거기에 머물 렀지 만이 호텔로 돌아가고 싶습니다. 한 가지 이상한 점: TV 리모컨이 다른 방과 연결/방해되었을 수 있습니까? 한밤중에 다른 사람이 볼륨을 제어하는 것처럼 보였고 수동으로 TV를 끄는 것 외에 조정하기가 어려웠습니다.

My husband and I travel to Milwaukee each year for his birthday. We chose this hotel for its location in proximity to our dinner reservation and the attractions we had planned. There were several negative reviews for this hotel regarding check in, cleanliness, and parking, I'd like to share my feedback to ensure travelers do not deter from staying at this hotel for those reasons. Upon arrival we were promptly greeted by a friendly front desk staff and were able to check in promptly at 4pm. We were able to conveniently park in their side lot while we brought our belongings up to our room. The room was extremely spacious and had beautiful upgrades and convenient amenities such as a full kitchen. The high ceilings really made this room unique. Everything in the room was very clean. There is a parking garage directly across from the hotel which was easy to access and only cost $22.00 a night to park. When staying in downtown MKE it is to be expected that you will pay for parking, and knowing our car was in a covered garage was peace of mind. We choose to Uber to our destinations, so we didn't have to find parking multiple times, and we never had to wait more than a few minutes for our ride to arrive. My only disappointment was there was no happy hour. I was under the impression there was a cocktail hour offered, but it didn't take away from our stay, as there were several liquor stores within walking distance to grab a drink for the room while we got ready. Breakfast in the morning was plentiful with options, fresh, hot, and the egg bites were delicious. The last thing I will add which is huge for me, they have complimentary water, hot water for tea, and coffee in the lobby at all times. I hate forgetting to bring a water bottle for the middle of the night when staying at a hotel, so I loved this feature. I would absolutely stay at this hotel again in the future! Don't let the negative reviews sway your decision. This was a beautiful, newly converted hotel that you should absolutely check out next time you are staying in the area.

I have stayed here before and the location and price were right. This time however I was very disappointed and honestly feel I should recieve a refund do to the condition of the room. For starters there were roaches behind the bed and by the desk area and the carpet was seemed together terribly . Did not appear that the room was cleaned very well at all. Then I went to take a shower and notice it had zip ties and tinfoil holding some of the shower head together. I had a first floor room and the window latch was broken as well. This was very dissatisfying and definetly made it hard to sleep after noticing roaches behind the bed . I usually never leave reviews if I’m not satisfied with something but I feel an obligation to leave this review to prevent any traveling business people from picking this hotel because the location is great but it is a party hotel if you ask me. I would definetly like to be refunded for this terrible experience.

Even so there is a small small next to the checkin where you can get a small selection of useful items including foods for the microwave to prepare in your room. No frills hotel, meets the basic needs. First night walking on the carpet in our room barefoot & the carpet seemed damp, like maybe they steam cleaned it. I used the pull out couch for my 5 year old, when setting it up I noticed a heavily wet spot in the carpet by the mini fridge, the pullout is fine for kids that can sleep on anything but I found it too thin to even comfortably sit on. By morning the wet spot by the fridge was even bigger, we informed the front desk & they said they'd let maintenance know to go up to check, to our knowledge they never did. The pool was nice & luke warm at all times, they use salt water which is nicer than the chemical smell of chlorine. The included breakfast buffet is ok. The waffle maker is always a hit with kids. We recommend skipping the eggs and sausage, they gave us tummy troubles. Coffee was awful according to my husband & tea provided is just plain Lipton. Location right off the expressway is great, travel to downtown events was less than 15 minutes away. Plenty of stores & restaurants nearby. For a fully booked weekend stay it was very quiet. We would consider going here again for the price, pool & location.

건설 중이라 제빙기가 작동하지 않는다는 사실을 제외하고는 전체 경험이 좋았습니다. 내가 도착했을 때 소파 아래에 쓰레기가 있었고 기본적으로 청소해야했기 때문에 스스로 청소해야했습니다. 그리고 호텔에 붙어있는 레스토랑은 찢어졌지만 그 외에는 괜찮았습니다.

Always enjoy staying at a Residence Inn. Hotel staff were great, gave me an early check in to accommodate my schedule. Large and comfortable room. The kitchen is a nice amenity. Perfect location for where I needed to be.
