The primary renter must be staying in the unit.About the Community/Property:The Inn at Seacrest Resort Area: The resort area has a sizable pool and hot tub for the exclusive use of guests and owners residing at The Inn at Seacrest. For pool access, use the code provided. As there are no lifeguards at the pool, children must be monitored by an adult. Children under the age of 5 must wear swim diapers when at the pool. Please do not make exceptions, as accidents introducing fecal matter into the pool require a special disinfection process, which will result in the pool shutting down for up to 24 hours. Wristbands must be worn by all individuals wishing to access the pool.Beach Access Info: Private beach access for guests residing at Inn at Seacrest is through the Sunset Beach community. From the entrance area of the Inn at Seacrest, turn left onto 30A. The beach access is shortly thereafter on the right (south) side of 30A (directly across from the Seacrest Beach entrance). Wristbands must be worn by all individuals wishing to access the private beach.This private access point is monitored; guests older than the age of twelve will be required to wear a wristband to gain entry. Turn right at the light at the intersection of 30A and Highway 98. In just less than ½ a mile, turn right onto Orange Street (you will see the sign for "public beach access"). At the stop sign, the road will T; parking is available to the right or left. This beach access is fully equipped with restrooms and an outdoor shower area. Wheeled coolers, wagons and beach tents are permitted at the public beach access. Bike racks are available near the public beach access as well.Beach Chair Rental Service: Should you desire to rent beach chair service (chairs and umbrellas), La Dolce Vida provides such amenities. To rent this gear, please locate the attendant at the base of the stairs for beach access.
