"The Perch" says it all. This well appointed mountain modern gem is located a few minutes walk through the woods from the historic Lowell Observatory and a few more minutes from down town Flagstaff. Perhaps one of the best views in town.The unit has its own private entrance, a full kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, and microwave, separate bedroom with new mattress and bedding, Smart TV with many streaming and on-air apps, all new shower and fixtures in the bathroom, in-floor heating and on-site parking right at the base of the exterior stairs. Large table in the dining area also create various options to make yourself at home.Original restored windows frame the view from the living area that has a queen size sofa bed with a top-rated new memory-foam mattress. There is also a new single roll-away bed that makes a comfortable arrangement for family stays. Plentiful bedding is provided for all sleeping options.Lowell Observatory is a few minutes walk through the trees, as well as frisbee golf and Thorpe Park with a children's playground and tennis courts. 酒店很新，配備有游泳池和健身房。66號工具上比較安全的區域。晚上車幾乎停滿了。但是房間隔音很差，隔壁晚上開party音樂聲超級吵，一晚上都在走廊上聊天，開門關門。和前台説過了有好一點但是依然低音炮一直轟。 酒店不錯，咖啡好喝，入住體驗一般。

The Downtown Quartet boasts 4 adjacent pre-war remodeled bungalows on the western edge downtown. Each is detached w/fully fenced backyard. The Sunshine is a 3BR/3BA, Green Gable and Big Sky Bungalows are each 1BR/1BA, & Ruby Red is a 2BR/2BA. 5 minutes from Downtown Flagstaff shops & restaurants, Basha's grocery store, a 15 minute walk to NAU & Flag Medical Center. Private yards w/Adirondack chairs, picnic tables, BBQs & fire pits. Smart TVs w/speedy streaming Wi-Fi. Full size washer/dryers.SUNSHINE BUNGALOW: The pre-war home features three bedrooms - two on first floor master each with ample closet and full bath adjacent. Body wash, shampoo, and conditioner are provided in all the tub/showers.The master bedroom is upstairs. All of the bedrooms have a Samsung Smart TV with streaming WiFi access. In fact, the WiFi service is FAST and POWERFUL: 200 Mbps download speed and 20 Mbps upload speed. The good sized living room is comfortable and also features the dining room, which seats 6 comfortably and doubles as workspace. The family room is really a great room, sharing space with the kitchen and bar. Five minutes to Basha's grocery store, five minutes to Downtown Flagstaff, and a 15-minute walk to the NAU campus and the Flagstaff Medical Center. Easy access to mountain bike & hiking trails. It is an excellent base for day trips to the Grand Canyon, Oak Creek, Sedona, and the Arizona Snowbowl.During your stay, the entire single-family home is yours. The pre-war home features three bedrooms, two on the first floor, each with an ample closet and a full bath adjacent. Body wash, shampoo, and conditioner are provided in all the tubs and showers. Samsung Smart TVs in the living room, family room, and bedrooms with speedy streaming Wi-Fi. Full-size washer/dryer. The main bedroom is upstairs. All of the bedrooms have Samsung Smart TVs with streaming WiFi access. The WiFi service is fast and powerful, with a 200 Mbps download speed and a 20 Mbps upload speed. 호텔의 위치는 괜찮고, 식사와 쇼핑은 매우 편리하고, 고속도로에서 멀지 않으며, 시설은 비교적 새롭습니다. 방금 에피소드가 발생했습니다. 프론트 데스크의 고객 서비스 직원이 키 카드의 잘못된 방 번호를 썼습니다. 위층으로 올라간 후 그들은 다른 사람의 방을 방문했습니다. 진짜 세입자가 돌아오는 일이 생겨서 굉장히 당황스러웠습니다. 프론트 데스크 고객 서비스에서 방 번호를 쓸 때 어떻게 생각하는지 모르겠습니다.

The room itself was very modern, neat and tidy. They provided bottled water for the coffee machine but not enough creamer/coffee pods to last me through the morning. Food is good but very, very expensive. Service at the bars/restaurants is slow, and again, very expensive. The odds at the ****** suck. As in, don't plan on being able to play slots for long,bc payouts/bonuses are lowsy. I encountered 3 other couples/people riding the elevator at the same time as me (Fri and Sat), and both sports bars were low energy for a weekend. Which made me think this hotel isn't doing well.

호텔 맞은편에 좋은 환경에 골프장이 있습니다. 아메리칸 스타일의 아침 식사는 상당히 제한적이며 내가 좋아하는 와플이 없습니다. 두 번째 방에는 8열의 출구가 있으므로 폐쇄가 너무 강하지 않고 항상 덜 안전합니다. 호텔은 좀 낡았어야 하고 시설은 좀 낡았지만 관리상태는 나쁘지 않습니다. 전반적으로 알겠습니다.

酒店很新，配備有游泳池和健身房。66號工具上比較安全的區域。晚上車幾乎停滿了。但是房間隔音很差，隔壁晚上開party音樂聲超級吵，一晚上都在走廊上聊天，開門關門。和前台説過了有好一點但是依然低音炮一直轟。 酒店不錯，咖啡好喝，入住體驗一般。

오랫동안 확인했고 실망하지 않고이 호텔을 찾았습니다. 호텔의 디자인은 심플하고 편안합니다. 시설이 새것이고 방이 깨끗합니다. 일부 객실은 도로에 있지만 시끄럽게 느껴지지 않습니다. 호텔의 남동생은 우리 차창의 서리가 솔선하여 눈 삽을 가져다주는 것을 보았고 서비스는 매우 좋았습니다. 주변에 먹거리도 많고 월마트도 매우 편리합니다. 유일한 단점은 욕실 팬 소리가 약간 크다는 것입니다.

시설 : 호텔 시설은 잘 관리되어 있지만 내 방의 옷장 문 손잡이는 열리자마자 떨어졌습니다. 프론트 데스크에 전화해서 생수가 있는지 물어보고 문 손잡이가 떨어졌다고 말한 덕분에 그는 메모에 기록할 것이라고 말했습니다. 내가 청구될 경우를 대비하여. 맙소사, 이 전화는 내 돈을 공제할 것으로 추정되지 않습니까? 하룻밤만 묵었습니다. 아침 식사는 간단하고 스타일이 많지 않습니다. 야외 수영장은 온수입니다. BTW 그랜드 캐년으로 여행을 선택한다면 여기에서 그랜드 캐년까지 차로 1시간 30분이 소요되며 그랜드 캐년에서 며칠 더 머물고 싶다면 여기에 머무르는 것은 권장하지 않습니다. 다른 도시에서 차로 운전하고 머물 곳을 찾고 다음날 계속 출발한다면 좋은 선택입니다.

Clean and no smell. The happiest thing for us as a group of three is that the manager assigned a room (with 2 beds) that includes a smaller room (with 1 bed) so that the three of us can have one's own bed. This is better than 3 people on 2 beds as all the other hotels/motels would treat us. The air conditioner, though, is noisy because of the age. Since the temperature is not hot in early August, we can do without air conditioning.
