This home is ten minutes from the beach, five minutes from Wickham Park, one hour from Orlando, and close to some great spots to eat and hang out! There is a beautiful fenced in private pool in the backyard with chairs and a grill to relax and an updated open kitchen with extra counter space. All of the appliances you need, and the kitchen comes ready with pots, pans, a coffee machine, and microwave. Four bedrooms with three queen beds and a 1 full beds, so you can comfortably sleep eight people at this house. I'm quick to respond to all messages, texts, and calls, and I'm always happy to give recommendations for the area. This is a non-smoking property. This premier home boasts a large private salt water pool & hot tub, with plenty of outdoor entertaining space that includes an outdoor kitchen with smart TV, fireplace, hammock, and plenty of outdoor seating. Inside is all new furniture, appliances, granite bar/countertops and 4 more smart TVs including in 2 of the bedrooms. Easy drive to the beach and all that Melbourne has to offer. Relax in style without the huge crowds. SECURITYThe property is protected by 5 security cameras around the perimeter of the house. Two in the front yard overlooking the driveway and front door, one along the side of the house overlooking the side garage entrance and two in the backyard overlooking the back entrance and pool area. These cameras are not actively monitored but are used by authorities in case of a safety or security incident at the property. Head off to sleep in comfort in one of the three bedrooms, two with queen mattresses and one with two twins, all with comfortable mattresses. While the entire home is air conditioned for you, each room in the home has a ceiling fan for you as well, and there is a portable fan if needed. On your first morning wake up to Keurig coffee pods, creamer, sugar/sweet n low so you don’t need to rush anywhere and can take that rejuvenating morning pool dip as you decide what to do with your day since you are conveniently located to hundreds of Florida’s top attractions and things to do with local events weekly. There is a regular drip coffee pot as well for those who prefer but you will need your own coffee/filter.Guest access: Our Entire Home is open and available for our guests to use. Неплохой недорогой ресторан на 1 этаже. Отель можно бронировать на 1 ночь при поездке в центр Кеннеди.

Het Island Hotel of Space Coast is een typisch betaalbaar motel in de Verenigde Staten, dat, zoals veel van zijn soort, een beetje verouderd is. Toch werd het motel goed onderhouden en alles zag er top verzorgd uit. De eigenaren waren bijzonder vriendelijk en behulpzaam, wat het verblijf aangenaam maakte. De kamer, bedden en beddengoed waren allemaal schoon, en ik had geen enkel probleem met de hygiëne – alles was wat verouderd maar verder in prima staat. Wat betreft het ontbijt was het eenvoudig, maar voldoende: wat brood, jam, ontbijtgranen, koffie, thee en melk. Voor de prijs kun je uiteraard geen uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet verwachten, maar het was prima voor een snelle start van de dag. Al met al biedt het Island Hotel of Space Coast een goede prijs-kwaliteitverhouding, met vriendelijke service en een verzorgde, schone omgeving. Het is ideaal voor wie op zoek is naar een no-nonsense verblijf zonder te veel poespas.
