You'll love the historic Victorian Rose, built in 1892 and fully renovated! Ideal location--just half a block off the main street and 1 block below the beautiful town square. Luxuriate in 3 gorgeous bedrooms, one luxury bath and one ornate powder room half-bath. The gourmet kitchen is newly remodeled; beautiful living room with sumptuous dining room. Brand new central Air Conditioning and heating--no radiators. Walk to battlefields, museums, stores, and restaurants. Travel back in history to the High Victorian in this period-perfect décor. The best designer touches have been added to give you an authentic experience of history, with all the modern conveniences tucked in.This house is historically significant because it was built for Catherine Culp, daughter of Henry Culp, and was close enough for her to walk to her mother's home, situated on the famous Culp's Hill. There are genuine period antiques here, and every room is decorated faithfully in Victorian style and luxury.With this ideal location, you can walk to the Lincoln Town Square, the battlefields, Gettysburg College, the shops and restaurants. Yet the street is quiet at night and you can enjoy the peacefulness of the gracious porches and the lovely back garden. There is private parking for 2 cars at the back of the property--very valuable so close to all the main attractions! No worries about parking meters and tickets here. Charming, newly renovated 3 story home located in the heart of downtown, historic Gettysburg. Lincoln Square, Lincoln Train Station, local shops, many restaurants, Majestic Theater, Gettysburg College are all within a few minutes’ walk. Our home offers comfortable sitting areas with smart TVs, on all three levels, providing plenty of areas for relaxing. Our third level sitting area has a game table for games of chess, checkers, backgammon, cards and games. We have an original claw foot soaking tub to enjoy after a day spent touring the Gettysburg Battlefields. No worries, the tub also is equipped with 2 shower heads. We have a lovely front porch with rockers and a quaint, shaded sitting area out back. This sweet home boasts of many cozy areas to congregate and the eat in kitchen is no exception. The kitchen table can seat 8. Our kitchen is newly equipped with a gas range/ oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster, blender and plate/ cup service for 12. Free high speed internet and basic cable are provided. We also have an assortment of teas and coffees for your enjoyment as well as a DeLonghi coffee system for our coffee connoisseurs, along with a coffee grinder to make the most perfect cup of Joe. No worries, if a more simple coffee or tea is preferred .. a Keurig is also available. We offer a keyless entry system into our home for easy access to come and go as you please. For your convenience, we offer 2 complimentary parking spaces on the 1st floor of the covered parking garage, literally just a few steps away from the house. Our home has been fully approved by the Borough of Gettysburg and is ADA compliant, having a first floor ADA accessible outdoor ramp, full bath and first floor bedroom. 자유 스키 리조트에서 약 20 분. . . 호텔 시설은 매우 새롭고 아침 식사는 수제 와플을 만들 수 있습니다. 폭설을 만났을 때 식당에 앉아 눈을 볼 수 있었지만 불행히도 눈이 너무 커서 군인 기념비를 잘 알지 못했습니다. 방은 비교적 크고 매우 깨끗하고 깔끔하며 매우 비용 효율적입니다.
