We define "party" as (a) any gathering at the house of more than 8 adults without our prior consent or (b) any celebration that, between 9 p.m. thru 9 a.m. exceeds volumes of (i) 30 decibels outdoors and (ii) 70 decibels indoors. We use NoiseAware sensors, which do not register or record audio of any kind, but simply measure decibel levels.CHILDREN. Walking distance to the free street car to downtown. Filled with luxurious Cantoni furniture, brand new beds, and all the comforts of home. The house has been completely remodeled and is close to the Convention center, downtown, the Kessler theater, and many more attractions! This is our second stay here and it did not disappoint. There was some confusion about which gate was working, but a call to customer service quickly fixed that. (If anyone is unsure about this contactless hotel, customer service has always been great!) The only thing that was worse this time was the WiFi, a lot slower than last time, probably because we had an edge room this time. Would love to stay again in the future!

The hotel was wonderful… The staff is very friendly, the hotel is clean, the bar was vibrant and the rooms are spacious. You can’t beat the location of this place. It’s literally a five minute Uber ride to any major point. Such as the Kennedy assassination or Terry Blacks for some great barbecue, or if you’re in town for a convention to the convention center. we used Uber to get around if not, we use the electric scooters . Never needed to rent a car because a Uber ride from the airport will run you around $50. The hotel is in a great location. Funny of dining options, one of our favorite places to stay. This is our second stay here and it did not disappoint. There was some confusion about which gate was working, but a call to customer service quickly fixed that. (If anyone is unsure about this contactless hotel, customer service has always been great!) The only thing that was worse this time was the WiFi, a lot slower than last time, probably because we had an edge room this time. Would love to stay again in the future!
