댈러스 다운타운에서 차로 10여분 떨어진 곳에 위치해 있으나, 시내버스(109번)를 이용해 다운타운 접근이 용이했음. 인근에 비숍 아트 구역이 있어 걸어서 가 볼만 함. 좀 오래된 건물을 나름의 컨셉을 가지고 방을 꾸몄고 무인으로 관리하지만 적시에 서비스를 받을 수 있었음. 다만 첫날 비가 왔는데 창 측 천장에서 비가 새어 나왔음

I’ve been renting this home for the past 5 years with 5 star reviews and am considered a super host by other major vacation home rental websites. I am now extending to VRBO/Home Away City living at it's best! This completely updated 104 year old home is a historic home just outside of Downtown Dallas in a fun, artsy neighborhood called Bishop Arts. Original hardwoods throughout... Perfect for the business traveler, vacationer, traveling nurses, medical students, groups and families with kids. A great location for sporting events for Mavericks, Stars, Cowboys, Rangers and concert venues all within 5-20 minutes. Also, in close proximity to, Deep Ellum, Uptown, Love Field, White Rock Lake, Trinity Groves and more. Sleeps 6 comfortably...3 queen beds and one large leather sofa (can add inflatable mattress if needed). This home also has high ceilings, a double vanity in guest bathroom, an office area with desk. 65" flat screen TV in living room and master bedroom includes 35" flat screen TV. The hotel is so quaint and sweet, the decor transports you into another era, beautifully decorated and unique. The rooms are small but darling, however we were put in a room right next to the entry stairs door and early in the morning people just kept slamming it so we didn’t really rest well. The service was just okay front desk didn’t give us any info and we had to walk around ourselves to get to amenities. The location is very odd it’s right in the middle of a neighborhood with homes right next door and an elementary school is right across the streets. They have parking in the back but it’s a tight squeeze it’s mainly for compact cars and street parking is a mess you are sharing with the neighborhood.

Everything was fantastic. I guess it is always good to mention something that could be helpful. In this case it will be the annoying 6 digit plus # code every time you enter the building, use a lift (you must take two to get to the room but only one needs the code) and enter your room. So many times the code just does not connect properly and it got frustrating at time with up to 6 times to enter the room one time. I am sure they can find a better solution for future travellers (even 5 digits).
