Access your own full bathroom and hilltop balcony that has comfortable sofas, outlets, and TV.Travel crib and high chair available :) Be mindful with young children though that there are stairs inside the home and outside in the backyard leading to the elevated deck.HOUSE RULES:VISITORS. We are happy for our guests to host friends and family while staying at our property. However, we do require prior approval any time there will be more than 8 people in the house at once.PARTIES. We have a strict no-party policy. We define "party" as (a) any gathering at the house of more than 8 adults without our prior consent or (b) any celebration that, between 9 p.m. thru 9 a.m. exceeds volumes of (i) 30 decibels outdoors and (ii) 70 decibels indoors. We use NoiseAware sensors, which do not register or record audio of any kind, but simply measure decibel levels.CHILDREN. Children must be supervised any time they are in the back yard (because of the stairs and swim spa) and the front yard (because of the steep driveway).MISCELLANEOUS. Please keep doors and windows closed while the A/C is on.SWIM SPA. The swim spa is approximately 6' x 12' in size and has jets that allow guests to swim in place. Alternatively, the swim spa can heat to 104 degrees to be used as a hot tub. Guests must adhere to the following swim spa rules:(i) Swim at your own risk(ii) No glass or food by or in the swim spa(iii) No diving(iv) Children must be supervised at all times(vi) No running by the swim spa(vii) No swimming while intoxicated.PENALTIES. This brand new townhouse is right in the middle of Bishop Arts and has a massive 25'x25' rooftop deck with a view of the Dallas Skyline! This property is only 18 months old and includes all luxury finishings, furniture and housewares for your use! We have consistently been Airbnb Superhosts since March 2021 with a 4.97 rating on their platform.We have smart locks so you do not need to depend on meeting anyone upon arrival, though we are always available if you need assistance. Our cleaning company follows enhanced COVID protocol so the unit will be freshly cleaned and sanitized for your stay!Please note, if you are looking for a party house, this is not the house you are looking for. We do not accommodate parties for any size group.Please be considerate of our neighbors at all times. We are very sensitive to and respectful of our neighbors and we do not want to lose the privilege of being able to offer our property on VRBO, so please respect our neighbors and our Quiet period after 10pm on weeknights and 11pm on weekends. Please understand that we very much want you to enjoy your stay, but we want to be very considerate of our neighbors right to enjoy their homes in peace.Please do not have more than 10 people on the property at any time. This is our second stay here and it did not disappoint. There was some confusion about which gate was working, but a call to customer service quickly fixed that. (If anyone is unsure about this contactless hotel, customer service has always been great!) The only thing that was worse this time was the WiFi, a lot slower than last time, probably because we had an edge room this time. Would love to stay again in the future!

I’ve been renting this home for the past 5 years with 5 star reviews and am considered a super host by other major vacation home rental websites. I am now extending to VRBO/Home Away City living at it's best! This completely updated 104 year old home is a historic home just outside of Downtown Dallas in a fun, artsy neighborhood called Bishop Arts. Original hardwoods throughout... Perfect for the business traveler, vacationer, traveling nurses, medical students, groups and families with kids. A great location for sporting events for Mavericks, Stars, Cowboys, Rangers and concert venues all within 5-20 minutes. Also, in close proximity to, Deep Ellum, Uptown, Love Field, White Rock Lake, Trinity Groves and more. Sleeps 6 comfortably...3 queen beds and one large leather sofa (can add inflatable mattress if needed). This home also has high ceilings, a double vanity in guest bathroom, an office area with desk. 65" flat screen TV in living room and master bedroom includes 35" flat screen TV. 위치와 청결도 최고! 나는 Warwick에서의 체류에 약간 실망했습니다. 호텔이 바쁠 때 발렛을 시작하는 것은 악몽입니다. 주차 옵션이 많지 않아 이 서비스를 이용해야 했습니다. 늦은 저녁에는 차량을 주차하고 프런트 데스크에 열쇠를 맡겨야 합니다. 그러나 여전히 발렛 요금이 부과됩니다. 수하물을 도와주는 직원이 많지 않습니다. 프론트 데스크는 기꺼이 도와주지 않습니다. 나는 그들이 직원이 부족하고 과도하게 일할 수도 있다는 것을 이해하지만 그것은 또한 보여줍니다. 가운, 슬리퍼, 셔틀 차량 이용과 같이 우리가 얻지 못한 특정 편의 시설이 있습니다. 다시 이것은 직원 때문일 수 있지만 여전히 실망스러운 경험입니다. 나는 4 성급 미만의 경험에 따라 계획하는 것이 좋습니다.

The hotel was wonderful… The staff is very friendly, the hotel is clean, the bar was vibrant and the rooms are spacious. You can’t beat the location of this place. It’s literally a five minute Uber ride to any major point. Such as the Kennedy assassination or Terry Blacks for some great barbecue, or if you’re in town for a convention to the convention center. we used Uber to get around if not, we use the electric scooters . Never needed to rent a car because a Uber ride from the airport will run you around $50. The hotel is in a great location. Funny of dining options, one of our favorite places to stay. This is our second stay here and it did not disappoint. There was some confusion about which gate was working, but a call to customer service quickly fixed that. (If anyone is unsure about this contactless hotel, customer service has always been great!) The only thing that was worse this time was the WiFi, a lot slower than last time, probably because we had an edge room this time. Would love to stay again in the future!
