The ground floor of this house is clean, sanitized and completely renovated. This duplex is unpretentious and comfortably furnished. There is sleeping space for for 5 persons via queen beds and a sleeper sofa.Bring your clothes as we provide all sheets, towels, beach towels, and anything else we can think of to make your stay enjoyable and easy! Upon arrival you will receive a welcome package.The kitchen stocked with coffee and tea details to everything you need for meal or snack prep. All you need to do is purchase groceries. Wall AC, TVs, and solid surface floors help make this home quite and comfortable. You can enjoy the backyard fire-pit, charcoal grill for barbecue with outdoor seating lounge chairs. Vacationing with friends is great but vacationing with family or for work in your own private dwelling is even better!BED CONFIGURATION: 2 queen size beds, both cotton duvets are in each bedroom. The Sanctuary II has a queen sleeper sofa for kids or extra guests.OUTDOOR AMENITIES: Charcoal grill available for use with lounge chairs for a relaxing outdoor experience. It is time for you to escape to the ocean on a barrier island just off of the Atlantic! Pull up and stay a while. You don't have to fight to get a parking space or walk a long ways to the door. No wait for fesk clerk or elevators either. We have multiple parking spaces. Welcome to your “Beach Escape”.This newly renovated three bedroom two bath house sleeps eight comfortably. It offers two queen bedrooms, a queen sofa sleeper in living room, and 3 XL twin beds in jellyfish bedroom. There are smart TV's in each bedroom and in the living room. There are no closets but wall hangers with hangers for clothes. Centrally located, only a two minute walk to the beach less than 15 min walk to Daytona Beach Walk. Less then 5 miles from the Daytona International Speedway and about an hour from Orlando and St. Augustine. You are located next to 7-11 for quick food, supplies and treats. Restaurants and bars within walking distance. There are pedestrians walking by this busy area and the neighborhood has a mix of all cultures and ethnicities like most of the Daytona Beach Area. This family beach bungalow has it all. Come join us for those long days on the beach, swim in the emerald green water, and see the amazing sunsets. We will provide entry codes a couple days before your arrival and are able to do a contactless entry. See you on the sand! Big table for family dinners cooked at home or ordered in. This spacious non-smoking unit is the perfect fit for most groups! The beach is just over the bridge. Minutes from Embry Riddle. Races and concerts at Daytona Speedway are nearby. Plenty of food, fun, and shopping options minutes away. Close to golfing and fishing. The property is easy to find and very delivery friendly!An event venue is located right across the street for weddings, anniversaries, and other big parties. Look up The Palmetto Club for info. Plenty of room for a bride and her tribe to get ready in comfort. Large mirrors in 2 bedrooms.For added comfort, we have a dehumidifier and an air purifier in place for air quality. This home has a step up front porch with handrails and a step down into the boat bedroom. Oceanfront property at Ocean Jewels Club, 935 S. Atlantic Ave. and close to everything Daytona Beach is famous for! Just steps from the beautiful beach *(DUE TO PAST HURRICANE DAMAGE, 1 OF 2 POOLS ARE TEMPORARILY CLOSED). HEATED POOL IS OPEN. There is a grocery store (Winn-Dixie) 1.4 miles away and a 7-11 right across the street from the condo. Visit the Main Street Pier 1 mile away where you will enjoy rides, shopping and many restaurants on the boardwalk. Less than 5 miles is the Daytona Speedway, 1 1/2 miles to Daytona Lagoon (water park), 1 1/2 miles from the Daytona Beach Bandshell where they have many concerts of all genres. Our complex has 2 full size pools, but only the heated pool is open right now because of hurricane damage. *** since the hurricanes , the sea wall is being constructed on and beach access from on site gate is unavailable . There are 2 pools and only 1 is available. Parking is limited and closed on main center , due to work being done to the complex. BBQ pits are not available or the seating past the grass.1 bed 1 bath with futon studio style openGround level condo - there is public beach access next to our pool that is available but the on site is working on the complex and the sea wall is at a hault .. The continental breakfast was delicious. Warm cinnamon rolls, fresh-made pancakes, omelets, amazing coffee machines that freshly grind your coffee beans. Anytime we had a request during our stay, it was immediately fulfilled. Front desk staff was very kind and accommodating. Hotel and pool are very clean. Super easy beach access. Overall would absolutely stay here again.

높은 층은 훌륭했습니다. 전망이 아름다운 안뜰은 편안했습니다. 엘레베이터와 가까워도 방이 아주 조용해서 전혀 문제 없었습니다. 침대는 편안했고 베개는 매우 푹신했지만 내 스타일은 아니었지만 훌륭했습니다. 자쿠지에는 제트기가 작동하지 않습니다. 프론트 데스크의 Justin은 물이 뜨거워서 절반은 작동했다고 말했습니다. 나는 전반적으로 즐거운 시간을 보냈고 다시 여기에 머물 것입니다. 그것은 해변에 바로 있고 좋은 수영장이 있습니다. 울타리가있는 수영장과 별도의 멋진 어린이 수영 공간이 있으며 주차는 무료입니다. 직원분들이 전체적으로 너무 친절하셨어요

청결에 매우 만족합니다. 대부분의 직원이 매우 친절했습니다. 제공하지만 하루 동안 당신을 데려 가기에 충분했습니다. 수영장은 내 요구를 충족하지만 묻지 않고도 쉽게 사용할 수있는 수영장 수건이 없었습니다. 위치는 데이토나 스피드 웨이와 공항 모두에서 교통량이 많지 않고 짧은 13 데이토나 해변에서 1분 정도 거리에 있어서 머무는 동안 가보지는 못했지만 길 건너편에 쇼핑몰이 있어서 좋았습니다. 나는 하루를 추가로 예약할 만큼 숙박을 즐겼습니다.

We ended up at the Daytona Grande after the Hilton Oceanfront overbooked and we were on our way with no place to stay! Admittedly not the safest, but I had to book this place while driving from the Orlando airport and just looking for something that wasn’t a total dive but still decently priced without a ton of extra fees. No free breakfast here which is something I especially appreciate as a family of 6, but in this case it was just me and my teenage son in town for an archery championship. After the highly stressful day of travel we had, the Grande was like a little slice of Heaven! It was clean, quiet, and beautiful. We decided after having to skip lunch with flight delays and all that, we just wanted a good meal and a good bed and we got exactly that. My son and I split truffle fries to start, the crusted crab filet, and beignets for dessert. All were wonderful (and we’re from Dallas where there is no shortage of excellent food) and enjoyed Oceanside on the dimly lit quiet patio. My only criticism is that the tables should be turned perpendicularly to the ocean and hotel so that everyone at the table gets a view of both rather than one facing a wall while the other faces the ocean. Rooms were nicely decorated, had comfortable, intuitive lighting, handy USB plugs, and most importantly REALLY COMFORTABLE BEDS! We have a Tempurpedic at home so my sleep is usually pretty abysmal at hotels. Now, this wasn’t as comfy as home, but I slept hard and woke without being sore since the bed was genuinely comfortable. My only complaints about the room were that the window sheers, while stylish, really gave no privacy at all, so if you wanted privacy you had to sacrifice light. Water pressure wasn’t great and the bathroom needed more towel bars and hooks. This would’ve been way more of a nuisance with the whole family, but they also came midday and restocked towels and made up the beds, which we see less and less of these days, even at nice hotels in the name of being “green”. But it was spacious and clean and otherwise nicely equipped. Elevators were fast and never held us up. Beach access from the elevator was nice as we didn’t have to walk through the lobby in swimsuits. Parking was slightly inconvenient being caddy corner across the street, but not bad at all. We considered but didn’t try room service mainly due to price and unknown wait (when we had tournament times to consider) but the little shop/cafe in the lobby was great and convenient and priced about as you’d expect (pricey, but not too ridiculous). We got coffee and breakfast sandwiches both days. I think the biggest issue with this place is the visibility. It’s tall to be sure so you’re not going to miss it, but the entrance and signage is on the far side and behind a little aqua building (I think called Sand Dunes) which had to be apartments or a teeny hotel that I can only assume refused to sell to the Grande in development so the Grande built around it. It keeps it from having the opulent entrance that the Hilton does

Location was perfect for what we needed. The pool was nice and access to the beach was perfect. The staff was less than inviting and some were just rude. The rooms were good sized but HOT. Needed to buy a fan to sleep. The AC units do not work as they should. The fan in the bathroom does not do it’s job. Had to shower with the door open to breath. The doors do not seal thus allowing even more hot air into an already hot room. If my room had not been prepaid I would of left after the first night. We were miserable trying to sleep. This LqQuinta does NOT live up to the many I have stayed in over the years. Very Disappointed!
