A unique, centrally located 1 bedroom rental with a pool and a yard full of flowering plants! Just 10 blocks from the beach in a wonderful neighborhood. Only a 3 block walk to a bakery, restaurants, brewery and such. 2 newly updated parks 8 blocks as well. Inside a large bedroom, spacious bathroom and extras will help make your stay a memorable one. The pool, slide and pavilion with comfy couches can be used privately the whole stay. They are just a few steps from your door. Plenty of shady places to chill in the back yard or grab a tan in the sun! Lawn games and pool floats as well. A stocked Kuerig with 12 coffee types to kick start the morning. Single sleepers for guests 3 and 4. Lots of privacy, good times and relaxation to be had and… at the most inexpensive rental total in town! For guests staying 3+ nights you can use the golf cart free one day for a few hours(more info below). PLEASE look at all the pics/description of the property in and out, to see if this is for you. We feel it works great for 2 people, 3-4 if you have children. 4 adults are welcome if you are looking to save $, but may be tight while inside. Reviews: since we began in Feb ‘22, we’ve averaged 5 reviews a month. 90%+ have been 10 star(rest 8+), thanks to so many wonderful customers.My biggest surprise: how many people chose to never leave the pool area for how relaxing and fun they found it! Also our repeat winter monthly renters! A constant beach breeze thanks to being by the sports fields and so close to the ocean. Add in the pool’s slide cascading water into the pool and a tranquil afternoon is about to be had. Or grab the basketball for some hoops. Many people also like that 3 of my neighbors are police, so a very safe environment. We also do not charge for extra guests, laundry or have any hidden fees. We make sure to have the lowest($45) cleaning fee, since I do it myself and appreciate you staying here. You get a free parking spot in the pavemented driveway. Then only 20 easy steps past blooming plants to your door and backyard oasis. To enter the rental it’s only a 6” step up, so very accessible for kids and older folks. 10% off all rentals 28+ days. Only $25 for ALL fury friends if paid on the reservation($35 if late). So, please just remember to 1. add them to the reservation and 2. keep them off the bed/couch. All of these will save you quite a bit of $ to spend around town. Personalized keypad entrance. Got kids? There is also a 8’ enclosed trampoline. INSIDE: Along with the queen bed there are 2 Cimino 29.5” Sleepers(Wayfair) that double as a couch/ottoman. This is where guests 3 and 4 would sleep. All bedding/pillows included. Comfy and interchangeable. An AC-heater window unit to keep the room at your perfect temp. It is also very quiet at just 55db. The bathroom has a large counter/mirror and lots of storage. Stand alone shower and large soaking tub, shampoo/conditioner/soap included. Plug-ins keep the area smelling fresh. There is a large fridge, microwave, air fryer-pizza oven and Keurig machine(coffee pods included). There also is a 2 burner stovetop if you choose to cook. 4 wine glasses. There is also an ironing board, iron and hair dryer. Lots of extra blankets and pillows. Even a back massager after a long day.The bedroom has a large ceiling fan and there is also a standing fan in the closet to adjust to your comfort level. The queen size bed is extremely comfortable with 4 cozy pillows, the softest of sheets and 4 blankets to choose from. 2 very comfy sleeping spots for guests 3 and 4. A 6’ mirror by the window is convenient for makeup and getting ready for the night out. Seven foot high windows, with shutter style blinds beautifully and easily adjust the very well lit area. After the sun sets gently thru the trees and bedroom blinds, 3 auto night lights make moving around the area simple. Also handy for when entering the rental at night, you can see very easily with all the lights off. 2 “touch” reading lamps are on each side of the bed, each with 3 brightness settings to not bother others sleeping. 4 folding tables for computer/eating. The area is also full of plants, often blooming. A washer/dryer are in the garage if needed also for those sandy clothes or drying water logged towels, just inquire. So simply a beautiful, safe and relaxed feeling while inside with thoughtful touches around. We are so proud of it and we think it would make your trip to Jax Beach even more memorable!OUTSIDE: There is a pool with a slide, plenty of seating, clean grill and Edison lights at night. Lots blooming flowers border the the front and back yard. A 16’x8’ pavilion, with a constant breeze, is right outside your door for all seasons/weather with 5 seats. A hammock to also to relax on! 2 plastic patio loungers and 2 metal chairs as well. So plenty of comfy seating of all sorts and weather conditions. There are also yard games to play like ladder golf, bocce and lawn jarts. A basketball hoop on the road and another in the pool. At night there are 4 solar lights on the sides/backyard of the house for safety. The rental also controls 2 pool side patio lights, one on each side of the keypad door. So if it is dark outside the back yard is always lit up. Ease, comfort and safety all night long. In the colder months we have a chiminea out back, stocked with wood for you to use. The back yard is also fenced for dogs/children and is grassy. A small cabin is in the back for kids as well. It is not visible directly from the rental, but around the corner. The keypad lock also lights up when pressed, no key needed. If you are old school and feel more comfortable with a key, please inquire. We live on the property as well, but between school, working and camping we are gone a lot of the time. You will seldom see us and if so, you will notice us giving you your complete privacy at all times. The back yard pool area is yours the whole stay. While you are back there you will have it all to yourselves. When you are away from the rental we sometimes do use the pool area as well.*4pm check-in helps me with school pick up/cleaning the rental, but can usually be moved up. Same with 11am checkout, is usually lenient if we can! Just inquire. We would rather you sleep in or enjoy the pool before departing…While on the bed you can see the pool slide, front yard and a Netflix movie all at once. Kids: playing you: relaxing, worry free! We have 2-3 bikes and backpack beach chairs available upon request, no charge. Styrofoam cooler for beach. Pool/beach towels and koozies are always available. A set of Taylor Made golf clubs and new balls as well to use for a round. Jax Golf & Country Club is only 4.5 miles away. ***** We also do have a street legal GOLF CART that can be rented!! Take it to the beach, dinner or to see the area in such a fun way for the day. 2 comfy seats up front, 2 in the back for kiddos, but adults definitely fit instead. 2 back seat belts. Covered in festive stickers from our travels. Rent the VRBO for 3+ days and you can use the cart for free for a few hours. Monthly renters can use it once weekly for free for a few hours. $100/day or $50 for 3 hours after that. Much cheaper than the $245 + 7.5% local rentals charge. Just inquire.!!!LOCALS!!! rent if for company coming in town(or even a kids bday). Esp if you don’t have a pool. Get them out of your hair every night, into a clean, chill and safe place that has a pool you can use with them!!-or- Rent this property along with a larger one(a few are in walking distance). Nobody needs to sleep on the old couch everyone just sat on all night. Cheap nightly rental to split and pool to use for all.Around the property: Grill gas- very clean along with utensils(2 Supermarkets are 1.5 miles away) Board/dice/card games in closet - all ages!!TV- Netflix, Disney, Hulu, local channels(ABC Fox CBS…) Pandora is add free, any song you can think of. As of 1/1/25 a repeat renter keeps his YouTube TV account on the tv as well. So you should have full tv, but that’s just a possible and probably free bonus. So much for such a low rental rate!!Books/magazines- fun games, reading, local hot spots and info, kids 8’ Trampoline out backSafe Neighborhood - Jax Police Sheriff lives directly across the street in case of emergency, but no jurisdiction to impede your fun. There is an outside outlet by your door for chargers and cooking outside. Very comfy outside furniture that is lightweight(5lbs) to easily move around for your sun/shade/yard preference. Our interaction is solely based on your preference. You won’t see or hear much of me while you are here. Either way, much less than a hotel of constant foot traffic and noise. I feel you deserve the P&Q you paid for and deserve. But, if you feel more comfortable meeting me, please let me know. Check in-out could not be quicker or easier also, any time of day, no interaction needed. All you will need is the personalized 4 digit door keypad code that you receive on the day of check in. Location, Location Location: Just 3-4 blocks away…. and all in the same direction is everything you may need while here!!! (google star ratings)————— .3miles - Strings Sports Brewery(4.7) - .4m to Cinotti’s Bakery(4.5) and Dwight’s Bistro(4.8 ) .5m to Pennman Diner(4.8) Surfwiches(4.5 ) Hot Wok(4.2)!!! A Gas Station right bedside these also. .5 miles Monkey’s Uncle Tavern(4.4 locals fave) and other handy stores like Dollar Tree, which is packed full of goodies, incl refrigerated items. Happening areas:1.5 north to Atlantic Beach food/drink/shops1.5 miles south to Jax Beach pier, shops, food/drinkI’ve lived here since ‘03 and know plenty of hot spots

Subject: Concern Regarding Bottled Water Charges Dear Team, As a frequent business traveler, I have stayed at many hotels over the past three years. However, this is the first time I have encountered a hotel that charges for the two bottled waters provided in the room. I was surprised to see a charge of USD 6 per bottle (excluding tax), which I find difficult to understand. While the bottles did have labels, I would not have consumed them had I known they were priced this high. I believe such practices are out of step with the current trend in hotel services, where complimentary water is typically provided to guests. Small issues like this can unfortunately damage the overall image of the hotel. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, and that the bottled water charges will be waived accordingly. This experience will make me more cautious when staying at BONVOY hotels in the future. Sincerely,

"Piece of Paradise" is just that! Located within walking distance to dining, shopping and night life. Lovely bedroom poolside, breezy cabana and plenty of places to sun. Separate living space for relaxing and eating. In the winter, use the fire pit for cozy evenings. I want to make this an enjoyable stay for you, so please, if you have any special needs or requests don't hesitate to ask. This is a separate space at my home, with its own entrance into the space and exit to the pool and backyard. I live on the property with my 16lb. hypoallergenic dog, Chica. I will allow dogs as long as they are hypoallergenic and don't weight over 20lbs. I had a very unfortunate accident where a bigger dog jumped on my dog and to make and to make a long story short it wound up costing me $3500.00 plus. It is too bad that this happened because I love dogs all sizes, but I can't risk this happening again. About pets:Pets allowed: dogs less than 20 lbs per pet (limit one pet total).Dogs allowed as long as they are hypoallergenic.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.Accompanied by an adult at all time.About customRules:All floors are wood so I ask that you respect that regarding water. My wife was extremely impressed with the service from check-in to checkout. Friendly staff from the housekeepers to the maintenance and cooking staff during breakfast. We would highly recommend this establishment to anyone traveling to the Jacksonville Beach area. We know we'll definitely be back in the future!!!

Despite its pleasant location, this hotel is disappointing: it looks tired and in disrepair. The room smelt of damp and there was no hot waternat 8:00 in the morning. . Breakfast was a train crash which was best forgotten. This is a pet friendly hotel and smells like it!

아주 좋은 여행이었습니다. 방은 깨끗하고 바다 바로 앞이었고 야외 수영장은 따뜻해서 날씨가 조금 추웠음에도 불구하고 아이가 수영을 즐겼습니다. 우리는 그것을 좋아했습니다.
