Relax with the whole family or all your friends at our fun cabin in the heart of the Lost Sierra. Our home caters perfectly to friend group getaways or fun family gatherings. We are one of the few home in Graeagle with 4 bedrooms - we have space for everyone. BBQ, play cornhole, ping pong, outdoor Connect4 or lounge in the hammock in our backyard while enjoying the smell of the pines and sound of the aspen leaves dancing in the wind. Our yard is fully fenced in so we are perfect for you Doggos or Kiddos to run freely. Our living rooms boasts a wood fireplace to relax during those cool Sierra nights and enjoy playing Foosball or board games in our game room. 5 min walk to tennis/pickleball, the mill pond & town or drive out and explore great breweries, restaurants and hikes in the Lost Sierra. Graeagle has streams, lakes and river to fish and play - along with 5 stunning golf courses within a 15 minute drive.About pets:Pets allowed: dogs (limit 2 total).About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:There are no drinks allowed on Ping Pong Table. Comfortable home with all new appliances with view of the meadow from private patio, close to Graeagle village shops, pond, tennis courts, golf courses, fishing on the Feather River, hiking in Plumas National Forest.Completely furnished and recently spruced up including new kitchen appliances, new linens and towels, new vinyl flooring, new curtains and blinds, master bedroom has new Cal King bed, guest room has 2 new XL twins, fully equipped kitchen with new microwave and dishwasher, new washer and dryer, living room has fireplace with insert, Internet and smart TV, desk.Private patio has furniture and gas BBQSingle story house. One step to front porch has a hand grip.We are taking Covid precautions including extra cleaning and disinfecting surfaces(No daily maid service)Pets OK if small and well behaved.No smoking allowed inside the house or anywhere in Graeagle Meadows due to fire risk.Enjoy nature and get away from it all! This is a beautiful part of Northern California. A large back deck is perfect for entertaining with a barbeque, grilling supplies and lounge chairs. A gate keeps small pets safe and secure. A front deck captures the morning sun for a hot cup of coffee. Coffee supplies are provided. The home has an open floor plan with a professional pool table and wet bar. A reliable Wi-Fi setup creates a comfortable 'office' for those who have remote work arrangements. Televisions with Direct TV and premium channels are provided in the living area and primary bedroom. Welcome to Blairsden's oldest home, located on the corner of Bonta street and Second street right in downtown Blairsden. This home was originally built in 1912, the north half, and in 1936, it got a addition of the south half and the upstairs, the reason why the house has two front doors, Originally one door for each part of the house! The entire house was renovated starting in 2020 and completed in 2023, so it is brand new and ready to go for the next 111 years! Blairsden was originally a railroad town, where people would get off the train to visit the Feather River Inn and the Lakes Basin Mohawk Valley area. In todays world, its still the same location, location, location! Right across the street is The Grizzly Grill know for its long standing presence of fine dining. Also, within walking distance to the Corner Barn, which regularly has weddings and other events. Blairsden is 1 1/2 miles to Graeagle, 3 1/2 miles from Plumas Pines, 14 miles to Lakes Basin, 5 1/2 miles to Johnsville and the State Park.
